This is a charming hotel in a great location. The staff were superb and very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I get to Istanbul. However, I had a "garden view" room, and next time I will opt for something a little higher up.

Excellent property!!! My only suggestion would be better blankets on the bed but otherwise would 10/10 recommend and will gladly stay there again!

Malik and the entire staff were more than we could ask for. Helpful from the beginning with check in, information, reservations and just being welcoming. Great communication. The breakfast staff is magnificent. The views are great from the roof and location is super convenient to the best sites in Sultanahmet. We book the family double room and it was perfect for family with two teens. One of the bellmen lost a family member while we were there and the entire staff works as a family to cover and support. So much more than a hotel. No doubt we will stay again. Thank you very much Malik, Yunnus, and all of the staff.

Excellent staff ..and a good property in the city center .. good value for money

Fantastic location right next to the Blue Mosque and the main attractions. Hotel staff deserves 5 stars for their kindness, promptness, precision and advice given. They organized at our request both the taxi transfer and the tour with a private guide and I would recommend both of them, as Istanbul can be quite difficult to navigate on your own with public means of transport and the guide not only gives you an overview of the main sights but can help you skip all the long queues. Rooms were very clean (and I am a picky one), with full range of toiletries in the bathroom, guest slippers available too; rooms were tidied and cleaned every day, towels also changed every day, you could smell a nice clean perfume when entering the room. We had a family room, which consisted of two separated bedrooms each with its own bathroom, not super spacious but just the right amount of space. I appreciated the fact that our rooms were quiet and silent, I had brought ear plugs but never used them as I slept soundly with no disturbance (I thought that being next to a mosque we would have heard the call to prayer but didn’t hear a sound). Breakfast was satisfactory, you could find both sweet and savoury options, although more oriented towards a Turkish breakfast. All in all we were very satisfied with this hotel, we would definetely stay there again and we would absolutely recommend it to others. I hope they will keep the same standard of service also in the future.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the main attractions of Sultanahmet. Their terrace has a good view, too.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The wife and kids really enjoyed the time spent there. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt at ease. the staff were brilliant especially Malik, Omer and Abdulla. The location of the hotel is literally minutes from the blue mosque. Everything from the word go was perfect. We had a wonderful experience at the Haci Bayram Hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
