Tom Square Boutique Hotel

Beautiful cozy place, very clean and welcoming. Awesome breakfast too. Minutes walk away from major touristic attractions. The only challenge is to reach it by car, a better option would be transit.

The good. *opening windows *water is hot but with limited pressure  *free drinking water on request *fridge that works, very old but keeps drinks cool *nice decent coffee mugs and kettle *back rooms quiet from street noise *linen not changed daily, towels were, room tidied each day, for cheap hotel was good service *bathroom clean but small light not working The bad. *the bed in Snapper room is extremely uncomfortable, not sure of other rooms, but you can feel the springs when laying on it. Probably most uncomfortable bed ever spent night on. If you have back problems avoid, easy fix is to purchase a proper bed topper. *some rooms extremely small, beware and read carefully which room you are in. *back rooms exposed to hotel straight opposite, need to sit in dark with blinds closed for privacy, put in sheer curtain! *step up to half bath/shower half a metre, not easy to get in and out safely. *noise travels straight thru between floors, could hear above snoring and every word spoken, take ear plugs!! *linen and towels have been used for years, thin and worn. All need replacing.  *ripped sheet on bed, housekeeping did not notice, we did, pointed out and promptly changed, big tick for management *there is a very bad sewer smell walking up stairs and in bathrooms. Understand its an old run down area but its not pleasant nor nice. All in all, not impressed at all and would in future will pay a little extra, move closer to centre and up hill, but if you have a low budget and happy for all its problems, its ok, just.

Old house made into hotel. No elevator. Very bad for old people or people with knee problems.

Otel ***et temizdi girişte birinci kattaki odada kaldık üst kata çıkan merdivenler odanın içinde çok ses olmasına sebebiyet veriyordu. ses yalıtımı çok kötü. Başka odada çalan alarmı kendi arkadaşımın telefonu çalıyor sandım. Ses çok olduğu için çok rahat uyuyamadık.

The owners and the staff make you feel home, they are so kind and welcoming that we did not want to go away!! Great rooms: all brand new (fridge included) and set with impeccable taste, very clean and comfortable. Perfect position to walk around many point of interest. We could not have asked for anything better!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I'm ever in Istanbul again I would be happy to stay here

Me encantó. El personal muy atento.. desayuno genial. Muy cómodo. Muy buena predisposición de todo el personal. Bien ubicado y habitación confortable. Sólamente decir que eche de menos una televisión. Por lo demás perfecto

Из плюсов: - приветливый персонал - уютная атмосфера - адекватная цена Из минусов: - паутина везде - самый главный минус - тотальное отсутствие звукоизоляции. Слышно все и отовсюду, спать невозможно. Спали на 2 этаже. ………………………………..‘’

Поехали на пару дней с ребёнком в Стамбул, забронировала этот отель, но когда приехала, была в ужасе от района, где он находится. Там страшно с ребёнком даже днём было. Дочь плакала, говорила давай здесь не будем, уехали от этого ужаса, объяснив женщине с ресепшна, что здесь страшно. Конечно же оплату всю сняли и ничего решили не возвращать, на букинге указали что мы не приехали
