"Zum ersten Mal in Harbin: Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel Habsburg verbracht, was eine gute Erfahrung war, und ich möchte sie gerne teilen! Zuerst haben wir eine Familiensuite gebucht, im 15. und 16. Stock. Die Raumtemperatur ist festgelegt, daher muss man die Fenster öffnen, um die Hitze abzuführen. Es gab zwei Luftbefeuchter im Zimmer, sehr gut! Außerdem war das Erhitzen von heißem Wasser sehr bequem und hygienisch; man konnte direkt eine kleine Flasche Mineralwasser einstecken, um sofort heißes Wasser zu bekommen, super! Im tiefsten Winter ist es doch angenehm, etwas Heißes zu trinken. Das Zimmer war groß, und der Sonnenuntergang über dem Songhua-Fluss vom Fenster aus war wunderschön. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich die Seilbahn 🚡, die zur Sonneninsel fährt. Zur Zentralen Straße sind es etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, und zum Morgenmarkt in der Hongzhuan-Straße ebenfalls! Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen, unten gibt es bekannte Restaurants wie Shanhetun und Zaozuo, die auch sehr gut schmecken… Man kann problemlos zu Fuß zur Zentralen Straße, zum Denkmal und zur Sophienkathedrale gehen. Ein Taxi kostet etwa 10 Yuan Grundgebühr! Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Lieferungen wurden von Robotern direkt zur Tür gebracht, und die männlichen Angestellten am Eingang halfen alle beim Tragen der Koffer, man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen! Da wir zweimal gebucht hatten, wohnten wir in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern, die beide recht gut waren. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr praktisch, und beim Check-out bekamen wir sogar eine Tüte mit Harbiner Spezialitäten-Bonbons, sehr aufmerksam."

"Ich habe dieses Hotel fünf von zehn Malen gebucht und die Zimmerausstattung ist schlecht gepflegt. Sobald ich eintrat, war die Tür extrem schmutzig mit Fußabdrücken und unbekannten Gegenständen. Ich habe es mit einem Alkoholtupfer abgewischt und es sah aus, als wäre es überhaupt nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Die Haushälterin von Huasu schaltete mitten in der Nacht sein Telefon ein und startete es neu. Als das Hotelbadetuch geöffnet wurde, waren Haare darin und das Handtuch war undicht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde mir ein neues Badetuch geliefert. Als ich es öffnete, weiß ich nicht, ob es gewaschen, aber nicht abgewaschen wurde, oder ob das Badetuch ohne Reinigung wiederverwendet wurde. Die vielen Erfahrungen, die ich in den letzten 22 und 23 Jahren gemacht habe, waren wirklich gut. Ich werde nie wieder so zurückkommen."

"Die Hotellobby ist ziemlich prächtig, und das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der Zhongyang Street, was die Anreise bequem macht. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet sogar Lammkoteletts und Guo Bao Rou (knuspriges Schweinefleisch süß-sauer), wobei das Guo Bao Rou super lecker 😋 ist. Die kleinen Kuchen zum Nachmittagstee schmecken auch gut. Da ich erst mitten in der Nacht eincheckte, wurde mir nach Absprache ein später Check-out bis 14 Uhr gewährt, und beim Auschecken bekam ich sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Zimmer etwas klein ist und ein großer Koffer kaum Platz zum Aufklappen hatte."

"Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden."

"Mein erster Aufenthalt im Qiuguo Hotel. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out sind alle Mitarbeiter sehr enthusiastisch und können alle Probleme rechtzeitig lösen. Der Service ist sehr gut und sie sind wie Familienmitglieder. Es gibt auch viele Toilettenartikel und verschiedene Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer, wie Nähzeug und Nagelfeilen, was viele Unannehmlichkeiten beseitigt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Der Raum ist außerdem mit einem Luftbefeuchter und einem Frischluftsystem ausgestattet. Toilettendesinfektionsmittel, man sieht, dass sich dieses Hotel wirklich darum kümmert. Außerdem gibt es im ersten Stock einen Freizeitbereich, der sehr prächtig aussieht und auch Saft, Zucker und Kekse bietet. Auch der Dekorationsstil von Qiuguo gefällt mir sehr gut. Kurz gesagt, ich bin mit dieser Zeit sehr zufrieden und werde bei Gelegenheit in Zukunft wiederkommen! Ausstattung: sehr gut Hygiene: Sehr hygienisch Umgebung: großartig Service: Erstklassig 👍"

"I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell."

"the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)"

"The hotel location is very convenient especially for travellers who intend to do short layovers in Harbin. The front desk staff is also very friendly and also collects all my taobao parcels even though I have many troubles with couriers before arriving. Plus point is there is free airport transports to and fro which is very convenient and there is also alot of food places that are walkable nearby the area. I will stay there again if I visit this area! :)"

"Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick, und das Personal nahmen große Aufmerksamkeit auf uns sie sogar eine nette Unterschrift Hotel-Doll. Von dem Zimmer konnten wir die berühmten Eisskulpturen auf der Sonne Island sehen, die die Erfahrung noch besonderer machten. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielfältig und lecker. 10/10. Der Schwimmbad ist groß mit schönen Aussichten, und jedes Detail des Hotels fühlte sich perfekt. Wirklich das beste Hotel für Panoramaaussichten in Harbin. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️"

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

Die Lage ist ideal, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen. Die Restaurants im Erdgeschoss bieten preiswertes und leckeres Essen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und unterstützt Sie bei Problemen – ein exzellenter Service. Nachteile: Obwohl die Renovierung relativ neu ist, ist die Ausstattung einfach. Das Zimmer ist recht feucht; beim Betreten strömt Ihnen ein starker, muffiger Geruch entgegen, vermischt mit aufdringlichen Duftstoffen. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer war mit Haaren verstopft; das Wasser lief erst ab, nachdem der Deckel entfernt worden war. An den Wänden waren feuchte, bläuliche Flecken zu sehen. Es gab kleine Fliegen im Zimmer; ob dies mit der Feuchtigkeit und dem verstopften Abfluss zusammenhängt, ist unklar.

RRace: ChineseVery good experience. There's complimentary afternoon tea 2pm-4pm with cake and supper 9pm-10:30pm have porridge. I was given a free upgrade to deluxe twin room as I needed a room near to washer room and lift. The staff helps guest to carry luggage up to room and down the stairs when checking out. Staff also helps to carry luggage to taxi. It's just 5 mins walk (300m) away from 中央大街 and also 15 mins walk (1.1km). Breakfast is delicious and suitable for those who do not eat pork. I will come back here stay again next time when visiting harbin.

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

IIlse Du PlooyDas Zimmer wirkte deutlich kleiner als auf der Website, war aber für Alleinreisende ausreichend. Obwohl die Wasserflaschen täglich aufgefüllt wurden, blieben die schmutzigen Teetassen während meines viertägigen Aufenthalts unbenutzt und wurden nicht gespült. Ich musste sie im Badezimmer ausspülen. Der Mülleimer wurde täglich geleert, aber die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Der Duschkopf war kaputt und schwer zu bedienen, und die Matratzenauflage war zu groß und rutschte ständig herunter. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ungünstig, da es an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße mit Einbahnstraße und wenigen Ausweichstellen liegt. Taxis mussten daher erst ein ganzes Stück am Hotel vorbeifahren, bevor sie wenden konnten, um einen abzusetzen. Ein Nachteil bei der Nutzung von Didi's oder Taxis waren die unfreundlichen und ungeduldigen Fahrer. Während der Weihnachtszeit wurden besonders hohe Preise verlangt. Wir standen oft im Stau und mussten dann 2-4 km zurück zum Hotel laufen. Insgesamt war ich von der Stadt selbst enttäuscht. Viele Gebäude waren heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt, mit kaputten Fenstern und abblätternder Farbe, was mich an ********************* erinnerte. Die Straßen waren sehr schmutzig, und eine nahegelegene Schule verschlimmerte die Verkehrslage auf dem Weg zum und vom Hotel zusätzlich. Gerüchte, dass es über Weihnachten weniger voll sei und sich Harbin deshalb besser für einen Besuch eigne, stimmen nicht. Die Menschenmassen trübten das Erlebnis in der Sophienkirche, insbesondere die Influencer, die in lächerlichen Kostümen bei eisigen Temperaturen auf den Treppen und an den Ecken der Kirche posierten und so jegliche Fotomotive zunichtemachten. Die Stände und Läden rund um die Kirche waren sehr teuer. Ich besuchte einige andere Kirchen wie die St.-Aleksjew-Kirche und den Jile-Tempel, was sich absolut gelohnt hat. Die Höhepunkte meiner Reise waren das Wolga-Herrenhaus, die Barockstraße und die Songhua-Eisenbahnbrücke. Die Schneeskulpturen auf der Sonneninsel waren wunderschön, leicht zugänglich und nicht überfüllt. Es gab viel Platz, um durch den Park zu spazieren, im Schnee zu spielen und mit der Seilbahn über den Fluss zu fahren. Die Warteschlangen von der Sonneninsel-Seite sind nicht lang, aber auf der Harbiner Seite waren die Warteschlangen für die Seilbahn sehr lang. Danny's Beer in der Baroques Street ist ein absolutes Muss und bietet herzliche Gastfreundschaft, leckeres Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Es liegt 4,7 km von der Songhua-Flussbrücke entfernt und bietet gutes Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Den Eisskulpturenpark und die Lichtshows habe ich aufgrund der dreistündigen Wartezeiten, des großen Andrangs und der Glätte nicht besucht. Der Tigerpark war eher mittelmäßig und größtenteils ärgerlich, da die Besucher die Tiger mit Fleischstreifen ärgerten, die diese nicht erreichen konnten – alles nur für ein Foto. Tierliebhabern rate ich daher von einem Besuch im Tigerpark ab. Ein großes Plus waren die öffentlichen Toiletten in der Nähe des Songhua-Flusses, die beeindruckend sauber waren.

GGastnutzerDer Preis des Hotels in der malerischen Gegend ist angemessen. ♥Das Verkaufspersonal des Hotels kam sehr spät und die Beratung war sehr enthusiastisch. Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu essen und zu unternehmen. Die nordöstlichsten Restaurants in der Nähe, Teerestaurants und Eisentopf-Eintöpfe aus den umliegenden Dörfern sind wirklich lecker und sättigend. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, die direkt dorthin führt zum Westbahnhof. Es ist praktisch für Reisen. Gefällt mir ♥
