Das Festivalgelände befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Nordtors des Hotels; man erreicht es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß über die Straße, was die Lage des Sun Island Garden Hotels sehr praktisch macht.

Rooms are quiet, well ventilated yet warm even in deep winter (important), a little aged in the corners here and there, but in good condition. Roomservice works very well. Breakfast could use some fresh, healthy ideas (i.e. fruit, variations of bread, ...), but friendly and helpful staff here, too!
Please do not mistake this good Manhattan HOTEL for the not so inpiring and completely distinct Manhattan Appartment in the same building."

Wir riefen nach zusätzlichen Handtüchern und es dauerte eine Weile, bis der Roboter uns die Handtücher brachte. Der Reinigungsservice könnte in diesem Bereich verbessert werden. Um Essen zu bestellen, kann man nur im Restaurant essen, daher ist der QR-Code für die Speiseoption im Zimmer ziemlich irreführend.
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens, es ist in Ordnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt oder einen Transitflug. Sie haben einen Bustransferservice in der Ankunftshalle, Gate 3, vom Flughafen zum Hotel und das ist gut.

GGastnutzerIch gebe selten Bewertungen an andere ab, aber ich muss dieses B&B bewerten, weil ich noch nie eine so gute Erfahrung gemacht habe. Das B&B ist sauber und ordentlich. Ich habe den Nordost-Hot-Kang-Kopf mit dem Nordosten gesehen. Die große Blumendecke ermöglichte es uns, die Eigenschaften Nordostchinas zu erleben. Der Chef stellte uns auch eine kostenlose große Blumendecke zur Verfügung, damit wir im Zimmer fotografieren konnten und fuhren am nächsten Tag nach Xuexiang, sodass wir am Nachmittag nichts zu tun hatten. Der Chef sah, dass wir uns zum Spielen im Schnee entschieden hatten. Es war so günstig Für nur 200 Yuan können Sie viele Aktivitäten genießen (Schneebananenboot, Snowbike, Bumperball, Schneemobil, Schneekreis und Skifahren). Schnee und der Chef haben mir sogar geholfen, kostenlos Fotos zu machen. Der Chef und seine Frau waren wirklich nett. NnurelyaWe love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

GGastnutzerSouthern Little Potato kam zum ersten Mal nach Harbin und sah das Snow Valley so schön, dass es so primitiv ist Super enthusiastisch. Sie sind eine einfache und interessante Familie. Sie war aufmerksam und unterhielt sich mit uns über die Kultur und Besonderheiten des Nordostens Die empfohlenen Gerichte waren auch sehr lecker, als ich eine Erkältung hatte, also bereitete sie speziell Medikamente vor und schickte sie super fürsorglich und warm. Die junge Dame ist nach Hause zurückgekehrt, um ein Unternehmen zu gründen. Ich hoffe, dass es ihrem Gasthaus immer besser geht. Ich freue mich darauf, das nächste Mal wieder bei ihr zu übernachten.

GGastnutzerIch war total begeistert von dieser Unterkunft! Das Zimmer war blitzsauber und die Bettwäsche in meinem Lieblingsweiß – sehr elegant und komfortabel. Absolut empfehlenswert! Unser Fahrer Binzi war pünktlich und zuverlässig und ein exzellenter Fahrer. Selbst die anspruchsvollsten Bergstraßen und die schwierigen Bedingungen in großer Höhe meisterte er mühelos und sorgte so für eine angenehme und sichere Fahrt. Dank seiner Fahrpraxis, insbesondere in Höhenlagen, fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Das Beste war der hervorragende Service: Er war stets herzlich und freundlich und bot uns proaktiv seine Hilfe an. Ob beim Tragen unseres Gepäcks oder bei Restaurantempfehlungen – er war unglaublich aufmerksam und wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut. Während der gesamten Reise verzichtete der Fahrer auf jegliche Shopping-Stopps und respektierte damit unseren Wunsch nach einem authentischen Reiseerlebnis ohne Shopping. Das machte unsere Reise noch schöner! Absolut empfehlenswert!

OOtautahianWir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es einen TCM-Sitz buchstäblich auf der anderen Seite des Blocks gibt und meine Schwester dort Akupunktur erhalten könnte.
Das Hotel war modern und hell und es war einfach, Taxis draußen zu bekommen.
Meine Schwester genossen vor allem das Frühstück größere, weil es eine Menge Dongbei-Nahrung gab und die heißen Gerichte jeden Tag veränderten. Während wir dort waren (Frühling Festival) gab es freie Snacks an der Rezeption, wie Hulutang, gefrorenen Pfirsiche, Eiertarten.

AAnonymer BenutzerI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

GGastnutzerThe room we stayed in was quite different from the main image of the hostel. Considering it opened a long time ago, the conditions weren't bad. However, it was sad to see that many parts of the hostel were no longer lively. I chose a room with a window, but it didn't get any sunlight. It must have once been a place filled with travelers' souls and memories from the past.
