"Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber das Badezimmer ist komplett ausgestattet und die Putzfrau stellt den ganzen Tag über jede Menge Wasser in Flaschen bereit.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und voller nordöstlicher Merkmale von Harbin. Wir probierten viele Sorten wie Brötchen mit klebrigen Bohnen, geschlachtetes Gemüse, mit Pilzen gedünstetes Hühnchen, gebratenes Schweinefleisch, gefrorene Birnen usw. Das köstlichste war der Hirsebrei.
Das Restaurant ist großartig und die Kellner sind herzlich willkommen und bieten jeden Tag spezielle nordöstliche Snacks an, sodass die Leute das Gefühl haben, köstliches Essen zu Hause zu genießen.
Die Rückerstattung der Anzahlung erfolgt nicht langsam. Ich habe den vollen Zimmerpreis bezahlt, weiß aber nicht, warum ich trotzdem eine Anzahlung erhebe."

During check in, the staff at the counter were helpful even with language barrier.

"Ich habe dieses Hotel fünf von zehn Malen gebucht und die Zimmerausstattung ist schlecht gepflegt. Sobald ich eintrat, war die Tür extrem schmutzig mit Fußabdrücken und unbekannten Gegenständen. Ich habe es mit einem Alkoholtupfer abgewischt und es sah aus, als wäre es überhaupt nicht richtig gereinigt worden. Die Haushälterin von Huasu schaltete mitten in der Nacht sein Telefon ein und startete es neu.
Als das Hotelbadetuch geöffnet wurde, waren Haare darin und das Handtuch war undicht. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption wurde mir ein neues Badetuch geliefert. Als ich es öffnete, weiß ich nicht, ob es gewaschen, aber nicht abgewaschen wurde, oder ob das Badetuch ohne Reinigung wiederverwendet wurde.
Die vielen Erfahrungen, die ich in den letzten 22 und 23 Jahren gemacht habe, waren wirklich gut. Ich werde nie wieder so zurückkommen."

"Die Zimmer waren gut aufgeteilt, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht und drei Tage dort verbracht; das gesamte Personal war jederzeit unglaublich aufmerksam und höflich, sodass es mir fast peinlich war.
Das Hotel bot Nachmittagstee (der italienische Kaffee war köstlich) und späte Snacks an. In den Zimmern, Aufzügen und der Lobby gab es reichlich Mineralwasser, was uns Südstaatlern, die zum ersten Mal im Norden waren, viel Geld für Flaschenwasser ersparte.
Ich habe im Ausland immer in Mercure-Hotels übernachtet, aber ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass die Huazhu Hotels Group, eine Tochtergesellschaft in China, es noch besser machen würde. Meine Reisebegleiter meinten, es sei viel besser als andere Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in China, und es wird meine erste Wahl für zukünftige Reisen sein."

"Harbin Junyi Hotel, ich wollte ursprünglich eine Bewertung dafür schreiben. Lassen Sie mich zunächst über die Highlights sprechen. Die Fotos sind besser als die in diesem Gebäude. Die Umgebung des Raumes ist nicht die neueste, aber er hat alles, was er haben sollte, und ist sehr schick.
Das Parken ist ebenfalls einfach, aber nicht so bequem wie ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, aber wenn ich mich an **s Gruppeneinkauf halte und nur Frühstück esse, empfinde ich es als etwas weniger gut.
Am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir nicht wirklich etwas gespürt. Am zweiten Tag haben wir das Hotel gewechselt und der Unterschied war offensichtlich. Am nächsten Tag waren wir in einem frisch renovierten 4-Sterne-Hotel, das tatsächlich nicht so gut war wie andere .
Ich muss noch die Souvenirs erwähnen, die ziemlich gut sind."

"Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit."

ZzhanshengDer Boss, der Boss und alle neuen Familien sind wirklich zu freundlich. Der Service ist wirklich nichts zu probieren. Das Essen ist sehr lecker! Es gibt auch Wasser, das Eis erlebt!! Der Hinterhof hat eine kleine Schneeberglandschaft und das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist direkt voll. Xifu ist definitiv das beste Volk im Schneetal, keiner. Freunde, die in Snowtown spielen, haben Recht, hier direkt zu leben. Das Erlebnis der sechs Sternen. Die Verkehrs- und Landschaftsarrangements sind völlig ohne Druck, der Chef ist direkt dabei. Ich kann wirklich keinen Grund finden, hier zu leben. Das nächste Mal wird es sicher sein, dass Sie wieder in New福 bleiben!! (Danke für die enthusiastische Gastfreundschaft!!)

GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

BBforBeeIm Allgemeinen war es ein schönes Aufenthalt im Echarm Plus Hotel. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter sind genügend freundlich, um uns bei der Ein-/Auscheckung unsere Gepäck zu tragen. Gute Lage - Spazierweiterung nach Harbin Zhongyang Dajie und Suofeiya Kathedrale. Harbin war unser letzter Halt nach Yabuli, Xuexiang, Yanji und Changbaisan. Wir dachten, das Hotel sollte besser sein als die, die wir während der Reise verblieben leider wir enttäuscht, dass das Hotelheizsystem nicht gut funktioniert genug, um das gesamte Gebäude warm zu halten 😅 Gefühl kalt 🥶, wenn wir in Das Hotellobby und auch das Zimmer. Einer meiner Freunde musste um Zimmer bitten verändert um 1am 😭

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend und boten während meines gesamten Aufenthalts einen effizienten Service.
Die Hotelzimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt und boten eine komfortable Umgebung zum Entspannen. Die Betten waren gemütlich und sorgten für eine gute Nachtruhe nach einem anstrengenden Tag voller Erkundungen in der Stadt.

First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home.
The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond.
When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious.
In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!
