"Das Habsburg Hotel in Harbin war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat von Anfang an ein europäisches Thema. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt Sie immer freundlich, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und sind sowohl Einheimischen als auch Ausländern gegenüber zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war makellos und geräumig, die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass es im Zimmer zu heiß war und die Temperaturregelung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Abgesehen davon gab es am ersten Tag der Ankunft kostenlose Snacks sowie Gutscheine, um das volle Erlebnis eines russischen High Tea sowie eines Cocktails am Abend an der Bar zu genießen. Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und ist ein erschwingliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Die Lage war perfekt, es befand sich in der Nähe der Songhua-Seilbahn, der Zhongyang-Straße, wo Sie lokales Streetfood genießen können, und in der Nähe der Sophienkathedrale. Wir haben auch das Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel genossen und der Service war fantastisch. Die Managerin Jenny war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und uns gut bedienten. Das Habsburg Hotel ist definitiv ein Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Harbin empfehlen würde."

"Der Service an der Rezeption ist höflich, die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert, das Hotel kann Touristen aus Hongkong und Macau empfangen, der Fernseher ist groß genug, das Doppelzimmer ist geräumig, es wird jeden Tag genug Wasser geben, es gibt Einweg-Toilettenartikel, das gibt es Ein Supermarkt neben der Hoteltür, braucht klein, aber was man will, kann man kaufen. Das Hotel liegt zwar in der kleinen Straße, aber die Lage ist in der Tat gut, zur U-Bahn-Station sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt auch mehrere lange Haare auf der unteren Schicht, auch mit Staub. Die Dusche läuft langsam ab, außerdem hat die Putzschwester am nächsten Tag die Haare möglicherweise nicht gereinigt, beim zweiten Duschen ist der Abfluss völlig unzureichend, mehr sickert vom Rand zur Türstelle, am Türrahmen sind Wasserflecken zu sehen, das sollte nicht sein Eineinhalb Tage. Es kommen immer noch kleine Insekten hinter der Haupttür hervor. Sie leben schon seit vielen Tagen und wurden immer noch nicht beseitigt. Aber angesichts des Preises, der Lage und der Raumgröße blieben wir trotzdem noch zwei Tage."

"Strategicocation, few second walk to Zhongyang Street. I book executive room 810 excellent, clean and all look new and has free welcome fruit for the day of my arrival, free flow of orange and Chinese tea at lobby 24hours. Reception helpful and guide me direction of whatever tourist spot I want to go, specially the man sitting near the exit door. Many yummy food stall outside of the hotel, highly recommend a beef noodle stall on the right of the hotel. If you take airport bus to hotel, you just need to take bus for line 3 RMB20 per pax, teh bus stop I. Front Ibis hotel, you jsut need to walk 2 mins will reach Wanda Holiday Hotel. If you want to go the subway station, just walk 4 mins can reach. Overall highly recommend this hotel. Definitely I will stay this hotel again for my next Harbin visit."

"The location was good. It was kind of middle of all attractions which takes 10-20minutes taxi commuting to Ice world, Cable car, Zhonyang Pedestrian Street. We visited Harbin during the Ice and Snow Festival, the weather was around -20/-25 celcius degree. And room was extremely hot with the floor heating, which was really good to keep yourself warm. Also floor heating helped us to dry some of our boots and pants 😂 It is recommended for sure."

"I was super impressed with this hotel. We booked at the last minute (literally standing outside in -30 degree weather) when our other hotel cancelled on us and didn’t tell us. The Baroque rooms were very clean and comfortable with fantastic jacuzzis. The location was also great, we loved exploring the street it was located in. Staff were also very nice and friendly. I used the free shuttle and it was seamless - so well organised !
Then my brother needed extra room last minute and amazingly they got him one even though he arrived very late

Finally, the absolute star comes because they found my lost sunglasses ! Wow! No one ever has handed things back when lost at a hotel

"Das Hotel war sehr gut. Grosses Zimmer, alles war drin. Wir haben immer viel Wasser Flaschen, Cola und Tea bekommen. Frühstück war gut, mehr chinesisch aber jeder konnte für sich etwas finden. Lunch ( Gebäck und Früchte) und Abendessen ( feine Suppe) war jeden Tag gratis. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel.
Der Metro Station war ca.3 min zu Fuss. Nicht weit vom Hotel waren viele Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufszentren.
Einziges was hat uns nicht gefallen war Lobby. Das Hotel befindet sich auf 11 bis 13 oder 14 Etagen. Unten war Lobby. Nicht schön in einer Ecke.
Aber alles anders war gut und sauber."

GGastnutzerIch war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

GGastnutzerMy son and I had a great time staying at this hotel! This hotel (there are 2 locations, being mindful which one you are booking) is located on the Central street, pedestrian street only. We booked the Panoramic suite and enjoyed our balcony overlooking the touristy street. I strongly recommend the hotel! There is one area of improvement, though. By our opinion the breakfast is pretty basic and focused on the local cuisine, only. Thus, I think it would be great to provide some choices for people who would like fresh fruits and vegetables in the morning (more of a wester style breakfast). We are very thankful to the staff for making sure that we enjoyed Harbin experience (summer in Harbin is great! so much to do!)

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und der Bettbezug und die Kissenbezüge haben nordöstliche Merkmale. Auch der Chef ist sehr begeistert. Das Essen schmeckt auch super. Ich bestellte geschnetzeltes Schweinefleisch mit Fischgeschmack und der Chef vergaß nicht, mich zu fragen, ob ich aus Gründen des authentischen Geschmacks scharfes Essen essen dürfe.

IIlse Du PlooyDas Zimmer wirkte deutlich kleiner als auf der Website, war aber für Alleinreisende ausreichend. Obwohl die Wasserflaschen täglich aufgefüllt wurden, blieben die schmutzigen Teetassen während meines viertägigen Aufenthalts unbenutzt und wurden nicht gespült. Ich musste sie im Badezimmer ausspülen. Der Mülleimer wurde täglich geleert, aber die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Der Duschkopf war kaputt und schwer zu bedienen, und die Matratzenauflage war zu groß und rutschte ständig herunter. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war ungünstig, da es an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße mit Einbahnstraße und wenigen Ausweichstellen liegt. Taxis mussten daher erst ein ganzes Stück am Hotel vorbeifahren, bevor sie wenden konnten, um einen abzusetzen. Ein Nachteil bei der Nutzung von Didi's oder Taxis waren die unfreundlichen und ungeduldigen Fahrer. Während der Weihnachtszeit wurden besonders hohe Preise verlangt. Wir standen oft im Stau und mussten dann 2-4 km zurück zum Hotel laufen. Insgesamt war ich von der Stadt selbst enttäuscht. Viele Gebäude waren heruntergekommen und vernachlässigt, mit kaputten Fenstern und abblätternder Farbe, was mich an ********************* erinnerte. Die Straßen waren sehr schmutzig, und eine nahegelegene Schule verschlimmerte die Verkehrslage auf dem Weg zum und vom Hotel zusätzlich. Gerüchte, dass es über Weihnachten weniger voll sei und sich Harbin deshalb besser für einen Besuch eigne, stimmen nicht. Die Menschenmassen trübten das Erlebnis in der Sophienkirche, insbesondere die Influencer, die in lächerlichen Kostümen bei eisigen Temperaturen auf den Treppen und an den Ecken der Kirche posierten und so jegliche Fotomotive zunichtemachten. Die Stände und Läden rund um die Kirche waren sehr teuer. Ich besuchte einige andere Kirchen wie die St.-Aleksjew-Kirche und den Jile-Tempel, was sich absolut gelohnt hat. Die Höhepunkte meiner Reise waren das Wolga-Herrenhaus, die Barockstraße und die Songhua-Eisenbahnbrücke. Die Schneeskulpturen auf der Sonneninsel waren wunderschön, leicht zugänglich und nicht überfüllt. Es gab viel Platz, um durch den Park zu spazieren, im Schnee zu spielen und mit der Seilbahn über den Fluss zu fahren. Die Warteschlangen von der Sonneninsel-Seite sind nicht lang, aber auf der Harbiner Seite waren die Warteschlangen für die Seilbahn sehr lang. Danny's Beer in der Baroques Street ist ein absolutes Muss und bietet herzliche Gastfreundschaft, leckeres Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Es liegt 4,7 km von der Songhua-Flussbrücke entfernt und bietet gutes Essen zu sehr günstigen Preisen. Den Eisskulpturenpark und die Lichtshows habe ich aufgrund der dreistündigen Wartezeiten, des großen Andrangs und der Glätte nicht besucht. Der Tigerpark war eher mittelmäßig und größtenteils ärgerlich, da die Besucher die Tiger mit Fleischstreifen ärgerten, die diese nicht erreichen konnten – alles nur für ein Foto. Tierliebhabern rate ich daher von einem Besuch im Tigerpark ab. Ein großes Plus waren die öffentlichen Toiletten in der Nähe des Songhua-Flusses, die beeindruckend sauber waren.

Der einzige Verbesserungspunkt ist das Frühstück: Als wir ankamen (30 Minuten vor Schließung), war kein Joghurt mehr da, die Tabletts waren nicht mehr gefüllt. Man musste mitnehmen, was noch übrig war, und es war nicht möglich, die fehlenden Sachen auch durch Rücksprache mit dem Zimmerverwalter zu bekommen. Es ist sehr bedauerlich. Ein weiterer Verbesserungspunkt: Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und daher kein Tageslicht, was sehr störend war.

The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.

Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.

Wir gingen zum Eis und Schnee World, weil es zu nah war und es keinen Fahrer gab, der die Bestellung entgegennehmen konnte. Der hübsche Junge an der Rezeption half mir auch, andere Fahrer zu kontaktieren. Xiao Meine Tochter weinte, als sie zu Ice and Snow World ging. Als sie ins Hotel zurückkehrte, Das hübsche Mädchen an der Rezeption kam, um sie zu trösten. Sie umarmte meine Tochter und bedeckte ihre Hände und Füße, um sie ohne Einwände warm zu halten. IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
