GEFALLEN: Hotel & Zimmer: sehr schön neu renoviert, alles TOP. Essen: wirklich tolle Auswahl ;-) Jede Menge Fisch Variationen wie man es sich am Meer erwartet. Fleisch bleibt ein dezent im Hintergrund aber ist ausreichend vorhanden. Frühstück: alles was das Herz begehrt und wenn etwas nicht da ist einfach fragen. Alle sehr bemüht aber man sollte Englisch nicht fremd sein. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge Hier ist das MANAGEMENT gefragt: Wünschenswert wäre Informationsmaterial in Form von einen A4 – Übersichtplan, Rückseite Infos zu den Restaurants, Öffnungszeiten und deren Reservierungszeiten, sowie Infos zu den Fixen Veranstaltungen wie Joga, ... Der Buttler im Stock ist zwar kompetent aber überfordert mit der Fülle an Infos die fließen müssen. NICHT GEFALLEN: Essen: leider öfters kalt, weil die Warmhalteglocke nicht ausreichte oder eben schon zu lange gestanden. Personal: Großer Fehler vom Management mit der Einteilung. Es ist eigentlich ausreichend vorhanden, doch kommt es zu langen Wartezeiten auf Kaffee & Getränke, weil nur einer an der Kaffeemaschine steht. PARKPLATZ Kosten... Sollten bei den Preisen für Hotelgäste inkludiert sein gesperrte LIEGEN & BEREICHE... All Inklusive heißt eigentlich All inklusive. Da sollten nicht Bereiche und Liegen am Pool extra verkauft werden. INDOOR POOL: nur im Wellness & Spa - muss man zusätzlich zahlen. Dann bitte nicht als Highlight bewerben! VERANSTALTUNGEN zu Lasten der Gäste... jede Menge ”Models” für Veranstaltungen heran zu karren die dann die Ruhe stören. Das ist ”billiges IBIZA treiben” aber nicht das Niveau eines solchen Hotels.

The room was spacious enough for two of us. It had a really good sized balcony too. The beds were large enough for the two of us friends who went. We found them comfortable. A good bonus was the size of the fridge as we expected only a mini fridge not a full on normal size fridge. This was useful for us keeping water, soft drinks and other drinks too! The bathroom was plenty big enough with a shower. The towels provided were on the small side though. The gym looked as though it had enough equipment in there but we didn’t use this. The main pool was an excellent temperature so there wasn’t that shock as we jumped in. Generally you could always get a bed next to each other and people were very respectful. It was a much quieter area. The second pool is a shallow pool and always quiet. The reception desk were always very helpful and very good at organising taxis.

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da es neu war und wir ziemlich kurzfristig gebucht hatten, sodass es nicht sehr viel Auswahl gab. Beim Einchecken wurde uns erklärt, dass sie gerade erst eröffnet hatten und es vielleicht ein paar Kinderkrankheiten geben würde, aber um ehrlich zu sein, hatten wir eine wirklich gute Erfahrung. Wir hatten ein Upgrade-Zimmer, das wirklich geräumig war, und alles war frisch und neu. Das Bett war etwas härter, aber das stört mich nicht. Das Hotel selbst war ruhig und in einer ruhigen Gegend, was perfekt für uns war, da wir tagsüber einfach nur chillen wollten. Ein früherer Rezensent hatte gesagt, dass es keine A**osphäre am Pool gab, aber es gab einen DJ und es herrschte eine nette, entspannte A**osphäre, die perfekt zu uns passte. Die Mehrheit des Personals ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen und die Getränke waren gut. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, und ich denke, wir hatten es zu seiner besten Zeit, als es ziemlich ruhig war und alles neu war. Randbemerkung … Taxis sind auf Ibiza ein bisschen ein Nachtlokal. Die Rezeption hilft so gut sie kann, aber das ist wirklich nicht ihr Problem. Das Problem ist, dass es zu Stoßzeiten nicht genug Taxis gibt. Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs Personen und mussten zwei Taxis bestellen. Manchmal kam eines sofort und wir mussten fast eine Stunde auf das nächste warten. Man kann sie auch nicht einfach auf der Straße anhalten. Ich fürchte, es ist Glückssache.

We found the hotel pretty good, basic but clean. Useful to have the kitchenette in such hot weather. Pool area very quiet when we were there, tended to be busier in the afternoons where small groups would come and play music. I think as there’s no bar it would put some people off but we like the quiet during the day. Close to lots of amenities 5 mins walk, mini markets, shops, bars, restaurants etc. 5-10 mins walk to beach but bit further if you want a sunbed. Took us approx. 40 mins to walk to main bars such as Ibiza Rocks etc. which is a bit much in the heat of the day. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area if you don’t want a big night in the main Bay Area. Considering it’s San Antonio it was pretty quiet at night only one or two doors being slammed and people laughing and shouting so got pretty good sleep here if you’re wanting that.

Meine Familie und ich blieben hier zwei Wochen im August und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Lage - hervorragend. Nahe dem schönen Strand (Cala de Bou) sowie vielen Restaurants und Bars. Wenn Sie nach San Antonio gehen möchten, kann der kleine Taxi-Fähre Sie von der Jetty an diesem Strand übernehmen). Ein Taxi vom Flughafen bis zur Wohnung war nur €30. Ortliche Eroski Supermarkt ist direkt neben der Tür. Einrichtungen - ausgezeichnet. Unser Apartment hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Ein großer Kühlschrank, Eisen, Haartrockner, viele Handtücher, Klimaanlage usw. Der Schwimmbad war klein, aber ideal für unsere beiden Kinder plus es gibt eine kleine Bar und Restaurant für Getränke und Snacks. Personal - hervorragend. Die Rezeption war freundlich und glücklich zu helfen. Reinigungspersonal war brillant und auch sehr freundlich. Ich würde diese Wohnungen für Familien, die auf einem Budget sind, sehr empfehlen. Sie sind nicht fancy, sondern hervorragende Wert für Geld im Vergleich zu einigen der wirklich teuren Hotels und Wohnungen in der Nähe. Vielen Dank an Juan Antonio und sein Team. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Hotel was exactly what we were looking for, something stylish with good transport links to other parts of the island. Hotel was clean and facilities were as stated when booking. Andy’s food and drinks bar by the pool is incredibly overpriced for the type of food that is served, nearly €40 for an average sandwich and a cocktail. Breakfast is €18 per person, if you’re not a big breakfast person then there’s a supermarket opposite selling fresh fruit and bakery items. In terms of the staff 90% were brilliant and were available to help with any queries. However the remaining 10% I did find incredibly rude and unhelpful, making comments about me looking underage when they know full well I’m over 21 (as stated as an adults only resort) as they checked my passport when I arrived at the hotel. Location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit San Antonio for water sports (or nightlife, but we didn’t visit for that) buses towards the old town and other parts of the Island are also within walking distance from the hotel and are very reliable. Taxi’s can be very hit or miss, in our experience they tend to prioritise trips to San Antonio bars and clubs over journeys to places like the airport.

Das Hotel ist in einem top Zustand, das Essen in allen Restaurants wirklich lecker (die Auswahl und Qualität besonders beim Frühstück ist hervorragend) und hervorzuheben ist auch das freundliche Personal!! Das riesige Roof Top mit Pool ist einfach klasse - und dort Abends im Hayaca Restaurant zu essen, ist ein absolutes Muss!! Dort kann man bei entspannter Atmosphäre das Essen genießen und natürlich auch den Sonnenuntergang toll sehen! Vielen Dank insbesondere an Victor für seinen super Service!! Wir kommen wieder :-)
