Für unseren kurz Urlaub, waren wie sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war für ein All inkl. Hotel sehr gut. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Der Strand war sehr nahe und man hatte im allgemeinen eine sehr gute Lage. Evtl. Etwas Fluglärm. Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört.

Gehen Sie zum ibiza Hotel, um zu erleben, dass Musik schlagen muss. Von Angesicht zu Angesicht mit dem Hard Rock Hotel hat derselbe Chef einen anderen Stil. Gesamtsieg über Hard Rock. Mit Ausnahme der öffentlichen Toiletten ist es am besten, wenn der Mann ungefähr 1 m7 groß ist, es nicht zu versuchen. Es ist bequem, in den Raum zurückzukehren. Das Zimmer ist in der Hochsaison voll und der Preis ist sehr hoch. Wenn Sie die Richtung auf derselben Etage ändern möchten, müssen Sie 300 Euro hinzufügen. Sie müssen aufgeben, hahaha! Einige Freunde aus dem Vorjahr sagten, dass das Hotel sehr laut ist. Ich denke, das ist mein Problem. Wenn Sie auf die Musikinsel für Erwachsene in Ibiza kommen, haben Sie Angst, laut zu sein. Ob es sich um Taxis handelt oder das Hotel Musik, Live-Discs und Musikkünstler-Darbietungen abgespielt hat, dann you Tun? Außerdem können Sie der Rezeption sagen, dass sie ruhig sein soll und der Raum in Ordnung ist. Ich fürchte, Sie möchten, dass der Partyraum dem Geld gegenübersteht! Oder es wird empfohlen, ein Taxi zum Fünf-Sterne-Familienhotel Mirador im oberen Teil der Stadt zu nehmen. Es ist absolut groß und sauber genug. Wenn die Kirche eine schöne Melodie hat, denken Sie nicht, dass es zu laut ist, um nach Ibiza zu kommen. Die schlechte Bewertung ist ein Grinsen über sich. Hotelzimmer Audio kann direkt über USB aufgeladen werden! Die verwendeten Toilettenartikel sind Ferragamo! Die Menge an Wasser ist auch groß, die Gesamtqualität spitzt Hard Rock, genießen Sie es von ganzem Herzen! Spezielle Glasschalldämmung ist sehr gut, ich schlafe jede Sekunde jede Sekunde! Es gibt genug Sterne am Strand, um genug zu sehen. Sie müssen nicht xx Filme im Raum sehen. Der Protagonist des Hotels ist ein innerer Swimmingpool. Es ist einfach, tagsüber Freunde zu finden und um die Sonne zu tanzen! Wenn der Tanz gut ist, können Sie es versuchen! Ein anderer Partypool wird seine große Energie erst in der Nacht verbrauchen! Jeden Tag gibt es keine Wiederholungen der 100 besten DJs. Glücklicherweise trifft er Martin Martin. Nichtansässige stehen an der Straße. Ein Ticket von 60 Euro ist keine Fälschung. Denken Sie daran, die Tasche nicht mitzubringen. Die Sicherheit ist sehr streng! Kneifen Sie nicht Ihre Hausschuhe, treten Sie nicht auf die Zehen und brechen Sie! Turnschuhe sind die beste Ausrüstung für Bundy! Freunde, die keine Freunde finden möchten, können sich auch ans Strandbett legen, warme Kellner-Tipps geben (4-5 Euro reichen aus), Zeit für ein sonniges Spa haben oder auf See fahren! Die sanfte Meeresbrise, der feine Sand und das klare Wasser, sogar die Sonne, geben Ihnen ein Gefühl der körperlichen und geistigen Erholung (erinnern Sie sich an die Sonne). Erst in diesem Moment haben Sie verstanden, warum Ausländer gerne sonnenbaden und viel Zeit am Strand verbringen und nicht an verschiedenen Attraktionen fotografieren. Bitte halten Sie keine Handybürste in der Hand. Es ist wirklich komisch. Lassen Sie Ihren Körper und Geist los, um mit Ihren Geschwistern zu trinken, die Musik neben Ihnen lieben. Sie können das Armband nicht sofort nach dem Check-in abnehmen. Während dieser Zahlung müssen Sie kein Portemonnaie mitbringen. Denken Sie daran, dass maximal zwei Personen, die sich im Zimmer aufhalten, ein Armband tragen und zur Entfernung auschecken müssen. Der Gesamtverbrauch ist ein Wort: teuer! So ist es auch der Favorit der europäischen und amerikanischen Stars und der Reichen im Nahen Osten. Nur wenige Asiaten und Südostasiaten. Ich habe seit einigen Tagen keinen mehr gesehen. Viele Leute haben miteinander gesprochen und Japaner oder Koreaner gefragt, haha. Asiaten hier sind wie weiße Menschen in abgelegenen Gebieten Chinas. Es kommt selten vor, dass sie Nein zu Chinesen sagen Stolz! Dann nutzen Sie die Gelegenheit, um die Größe des großen Mutterlandes bekannt zu machen und Ausländer einer Gehirnwäsche zu unterziehen :) Das Frühstück beginnt um 8 Uhr und die Auswahl ist reichhaltig, natürlich Champagner und Kaviar, das Essen ist frisch und lecker und der Service ist aufmerksam! Begegnete eine Reihe von Sternen, aber leider konnten einige nicht gerufen werden. Übrigens: Gelegenheit, sich mit dem Gründer von sanpchat anzufreunden ^ _ ^ Dieses Mal werde ich zu der Erfahrung gehen, um allen Bericht zu erstatten. Ich hoffe, ich kann meinen Geliebten dazu bringen, das nächste Mal zu genießen! Komm schon! !! !!

Fantastisch! Wer kommen wieder. Es war alles wahnsinnig schön. Wenn es einen Mini Punkt zu kritisieren gibt ist das das wlan öfter abbricht und wir etwas Probleme mit dem Strom hatten im Zimmer, wurde aber schnell behoben. Der Reinigungsservice könnte auch minimal besser sein aber alles noch okay. Dafür ist der Rest einfach perfekt. Wunderschöner Blick von der Dachterasse. Kinder dürfen nur unten an den Pool und wirklich nicht merklich. Nicht zu vergessen die wunderbaren Loccitane Produkte in den Zimmern und öffentlichen Bereichen. Das Hotel liegt ca 10 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Flugzeuge aber kein hörbar je nach Windlage. Taxikosten ca 15-20€, Bus kostet 4€ und hält Hotel nah. In 20-30 min je nach Fußmarsch zur Altstadt. Wunderschön ! Direkt gegenüber ist ein Strand , es ist nicht der schönste aber ok. Ebenfalls direkt gegenüber die schöne Promenade. Man kann es absolut nicht mit Platja d‘en Bossa vergleichen. Hier ist es wirklich schön. Auf der Partymeile neben an eher Ballermann feeling und viele Engländer. Dort würden wir niemals ein Hotel buchen. Zimmer: Sehr schön und modern. Wunderbare Aussicht mit Meerblick. Die seitlichen Zimmer haben auch teilweise Meerblick. Wir fanden es ziemlich schalldicht und können die negativen Bewertungen wegen des Zimmers zum Flur hin nicht nachvollziehen. Man hört Nichts. Täglich eine Flasche Wasser und Kaffee wird auch immer wieder aufgefüllt. Gut die mangelnden Kleiderbügel und Stauraum okay das wäre ein Punkt zum verbessern aber absolut nicht schlimm. Bose system im Zimmer. Service : Absolut perfekt. Überall so liebe Mitarbeiter. Egal ob an der reception , beim Frühstück oder der Roomservice. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels aber hier hat man wirklich das Gefühl sie lieben ihre Arbeit. Gastronomie: Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht. Und ganz ehrlich wer hier noch irgendwas zu meckern hat, scheint mit seinem Leben unzufrieden zu sein. Absolute Spitzenklasse. Und wie schon erwähnt wir waren schon mehrmals in höherpreisigen Hotels. Egal ob man um 8:00 Uhr beim Frühstück ist oder um 11:30 Uhr. Es sieht immer so aus als ob man der erste am Buffet wäre. Liebevoll abgerichtet. Extrem lecker und von Salaten oder kleinen Desserts jeden Tag was wechselndes. Das Omelett oder die Avocado alles so so lecker und klasse abgerichtet. Ich kann nur sagen spitze !!!

Komfortable Zimmer mit Schallisolierung (Meersicht sehr empfohlen). Sehr aufmerksamer Service (insbesondere Juani, unsere tolle Zimmerfrau). Sehr gutes Restaurant mit abwechslungsreicher Küche sowohl für Frühstück als auch Abendessen gut geeignet. Abends live Musikunterhaltung am Pool.

Das Hotel war hervorragend, mit freundlichem Personal gereinigt. Die Lage war ideal direkt am Strand und doch nahe genug, um in die Stadt Ibiza zu gehen (15Min) Wenn ich irgendeine Kritik hätte es der Pool-Bereich ist zu klein mit nicht genügend Raum für richtige Sonnenbetten nur Deckstühle. Die Zimmer sind auch mit Tee und Kaffee ausgestattet.

Nachdem ich vor 2 Jahren unseren Aufenthalt reserviert hatte, wurde ich vermordet, um die jüngsten schlechten Bewertungen zu sehen und hatte fast die Hoffnung, dass unser einer der Fluge, die abgebrochen wurde. Wir waren jedoch sehr angenehm überrascht, als wir zu einer schönen, kühlen Rezeption mit freundlichem Personal kamen. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber, Poolbereich, der auf dem Dach oben mit einer Bar war fabulös. Das Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Bars und Restaurants und in einem Wohngebiet, aber das hatte seinen Pluspunkt, da es nicht laut war bei Nacht. Frühstück war schön und unser 3-Nacht-Paus endete mit uns alle hoffen, dass unser Flughaus abgebrochen wurde! Ich werde hier sicherlich bleiben, wenn ich die Stadt Ibiza besuche - danke Royal Plaza!

Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal und auch das Essen ist absolut ok leider wurde mein anfangs positiver Eindruck bitter enttäuscht. Ich wurde wirklich sehr unfreundlich vom Pool gejagt mit der Aussage das der Pool erst um 10.00 Uhr Öffnet obwohl auf der Info Website vom Hotel ganz klar steht Pool öffnet 8:30 Uhr auch die Angaben über die Tiefe des Pools sind komplett falsch und meiner Meinung nach gefährlich für Menschen die nicht schwimmen können das sollte dringend überarbeitet werden und auf jeden Fall sollte man in diesen Bereichen deutlich besser auf die Gäste eingehen. Eine Entschuldigung oder sogar ein Dankeschön für die Hinweise hätte ich mir gewünscht kam aber leider nicht, bei solchen Preisen sollte man doch meinen Gast ein klein wenig angemessener behandelt wird. Schade dass der anfänglich so schöne Eindruck hier mit einem kleinen Dämpfer bekommen hat

Wir habe eine wunderbare Woche im Hotel The Ibiza Twiins verbracht. Das Hotel ist modern und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist professionell und überaus freundlich. Wir werden bei den nächsten Ferien in Ibiza auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel Buchen. Auch ein ganz persönlicher Dank an Herr Angel Parra der sich super um unser Anliegen gekümmert hat. Besten Dank. We spent a wonderful week at Hotel The Ibiza Twiins. The hotel is modern and everything is very clean. The staff is professional and extremely friendly. Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht und waren froh darüber. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön, leider gibt es aber viele kleine Mängel. Überall kleine Unsauberkeiten und unsere Balkontür liess nicht schliessen. Das sollte man vor dem Einchecken der Gäste kontrollieren - dieses Problem wurde vom sehr kompetenten Hausmeister aber rasch behoben. Zudem befand sich direkt neben dem Bett ein Sicherungskasten, der laute Geräusche von sich gab. Auch die Isolation zum Gang hin und den anderen Zimmern ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den Parkplatz war uns schon aus den anderen Bewerbungen bekannt, ist dennoch nicht das lässigste, wenn man schon in Ibiza Stadt ist. Am meisten gestört hat uns der Umgang mit den Covid-Massnahmen. Viele Gäste trugen im Eingangsbereich, in den Aufzügen und Korridoren keine Masken - wie auch, wenn die Maske beim Rezeptionisten auch immer unter der Nase hängt. Wir werden das Hotel daher sicher nicht mehr besuchen!

Der Service des Hotels ist sehr gut, denn es war mein Geburtstag und meine Flitterwochen, um im Voraus Hallo zu sagen. Das Hotel hat das Zimmer speziell für uns arrangiert. Die Service-Einstellung des Hotelpersonals war super gut und das Personal an der Rezeption gab uns viele Reisevorschläge. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Die Altstadt und das Meer sind grundsätzlich zu Fuß erreichbar. Andere Bereiche können ein Auto mieten und auf eigene Faust losfahren. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Bedürfnisse haben, können Sie die Rezeption fragen. Es gibt nicht viele Taxis, aber alle haben Hochburgen, die sich in der Nähe des Hafens in der Innenstadt befinden. Das Hotel ist in einem top Zustand, das Essen in allen Restaurants wirklich lecker (die Auswahl und Qualität besonders beim Frühstück ist hervorragend) und hervorzuheben ist auch das freundliche Personal!! Das riesige Roof Top mit Pool ist einfach klasse - und dort Abends im Hayaca Restaurant zu essen, ist ein absolutes Muss!! Dort kann man bei entspannter Atmosphäre das Essen genießen und natürlich auch den Sonnenuntergang toll sehen! Vielen Dank insbesondere an Victor für seinen super Service!! Wir kommen wieder :-)

Just spent a long weekend at the Standard Ibiza. We had an excellent experience. Great bedroom - modern and chic, well designed , plenty of natural light , super comfy bed, good shower and plenty of storage. Hotel is in perfect location near to the marina, old town , restaurants shops and bars. It is very cool - roof top bar and pool area were lovely with good views. Decent gym. Lovely reasonably priced breakfast. And the thing that made it stand out was the superb service - from the wonderful Jose who picked us up and generally looked after us , the lovely Matias who looked after us so well at breakfast , the friendly check in staff and concierge and the manager who checked in on us regularly. Everyone was so welcoming and seemed to love their jobs and delivered a seamless and authentic experience for us. So thanks - we will be back.

This was our first stay at the ME after selecting it as our wedding venue for 2024 ! We were sold as soon as we pulled up and saw the view straight through the hotel to the pool & beyond, what an entrance. The staff couldn't've be more attentive, but not in an overbearing way, simply there when you need them & nothing is too much trouble. We were apprehensive about a late October stay as the weather want looking great, but we were lucky enough to have some blue skies & enjoyed the Bali beds by the pool, highly recommend for a chilled day by the pool. The rooms are modern & well stocked with amenities and most importantly, spotlessly clean much like every other corner of this hotel. The rooftop is lovely if you like to escape the vibes of the main pool and have a little peace and quiet ( adults only) We had the most amazing stay and cant thank Julia & the team enough Bring on 2024 ....

Reinigung der Zimmer Top Frühstück sowie Abendessen Lecker war für jeden Geschmack was dabei die Liegen am Pool sehr gemütlich und Abends an der Bar gemütlich ein Cocktail trinken mit Blick auf mehr 👍. Nachdem ich vor 2 Jahren unseren Aufenthalt reserviert hatte, wurde ich vermordet, um die jüngsten schlechten Bewertungen zu sehen und hatte fast die Hoffnung, dass unser einer der Fluge, die abgebrochen wurde. Wir waren jedoch sehr angenehm überrascht, als wir zu einer schönen, kühlen Rezeption mit freundlichem Personal kamen. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber, Poolbereich, der auf dem Dach oben mit einer Bar war fabulös. Das Hotel ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Bars und Restaurants und in einem Wohngebiet, aber das hatte seinen Pluspunkt, da es nicht laut war bei Nacht. Frühstück war schön und unser 3-Nacht-Paus endete mit uns alle hoffen, dass unser Flughaus abgebrochen wurde! Ich werde hier sicherlich bleiben, wenn ich die Stadt Ibiza besuche - danke Royal Plaza!

Wir haben das Hotel nur für eine Nacht gebucht und waren froh darüber. Das Zimmer an sich ist sehr schön, leider gibt es aber viele kleine Mängel. Überall kleine Unsauberkeiten und unsere Balkontür liess nicht schliessen. Das sollte man vor dem Einchecken der Gäste kontrollieren - dieses Problem wurde vom sehr kompetenten Hausmeister aber rasch behoben. Zudem befand sich direkt neben dem Bett ein Sicherungskasten, der laute Geräusche von sich gab. Auch die Isolation zum Gang hin und den anderen Zimmern ist nicht wirklich vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den Parkplatz war uns schon aus den anderen Bewerbungen bekannt, ist dennoch nicht das lässigste, wenn man schon in Ibiza Stadt ist. Am meisten gestört hat uns der Umgang mit den Covid-Massnahmen. Viele Gäste trugen im Eingangsbereich, in den Aufzügen und Korridoren keine Masken - wie auch, wenn die Maske beim Rezeptionisten auch immer unter der Nase hängt. Wir werden das Hotel daher sicher nicht mehr besuchen!

Positiv: sehr zentrale, schöne Sachen, seine saubere Negativ: Ich war 4 Nächte hier und dachte ernsthaft an meine Hostelswechsel nach der ersten Nacht. Als leichter Schlafanzug, Sie sind hier in der Hölle. Ihre so LOUD, ich kann jede Person in diesem Gastgeber reden, schlagen Türen, haben S*x, was auch immer, es fühlt sich wie die Wände aus Karton gemacht. Und da es immer wieder Leute kommen, die in der Nacht und sogar morgens nach Hause kommen, erwachte ich jeden Abend 100 Mal. Das WC vor meinem Zimmer wurde von so vielen Menschen während der Nacht, die zu Hause kamen, von der Party (obwohl es nicht ihres zu benutzen war!) und jeder schlug die Tür zu. Kontraktionsarbeiten direkt außerhalb des Gebäudes beginnt früh am Morgen, so auch wenn Sie Ihre Schlaf am Morgen gefunden haben, wird es nicht lange dauern, glauben Sie mir. Ich würde nie wieder an diesen Ort zurückkehren und empfehlen Sie es nicht.

The room was perfect size for my friend and I, with perfect places to hang things and the bonus of fridge in the room to keep our drinks etc cool. Die Erwartungen die wir in ein „Grand Hotel“ in dieser Preisklasse haben, werden hier enttäuscht. Wir haben für ein DZ fast 700 EUR / Nacht bezahlt, Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen, Wasser gab es gratis nur für die erste Nacht. Der Empfang entspricht eher einer Drittklassabsteige als einem Grand Hotel, schon der Eingang durch das Restaurant hindurch oder über die abgewetzte Türe ist wenig einladend, ebenso wenig der Frühstücksraum. Sonst bietet das Hotel innen nichts. Die Möblierung im Aussenbereich ist unbequem und nicht der Hotelpreisklasse entsprechend. Parkierung kostet extra 40 EUR / Nacht, die man bei diesen Verkehrsverhätnissen und wenig PP um das Hotel herum, zwangsläufig ausgeben muss. Personalfreundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft eingeschränkt. Telefonanrufe an Reception, Concierge und Houskeeping wurden nicht abgenommen. Das Hotel liegt zwar gut, aber nicht ruhig. Die Zimmer (303 & 304) sind modern renoviert und geräumig. Die Rooftopbar hat uns gefallen, obwohl auch hier das Ambiente noch verbessert werden könnte . Mein Urteil, Insgesamt zu teuer für das Gebotene. Aber das ist in Ibiza vielfach die Norm.

Sehr erschwingliches Hotel, besonders wenn Sie mit Mahlzeiten enthalten buchen. Wir buchen mit halben Tisch, sowohl Frühstück und Abendessen waren ziemlich gut. Kurz zu einem Supermarkt und der Marine. Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren grundlegende, aber sauber. Keine Beschwerden

Just returned from this hotel and already talking about returning next year. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has been refurbished to the highest standard. We went bed and breakfast and found the food to be excellent, we also had a few snacks around the pool and thoroughly enjoyed them as well. One point to note the location itself may not be for everyone, the bay is very small with a couple of hotels and five or six eating places. This is not a location to go for those who want to be out late, I would also advise families with kids to think twice as there is very little to keep kids entertained. On the day we departed I managed to leave my phone in the hotel room (412) and did not realise this until we were halfway to the airport. I called reception who immediately sent someone to the room to recover it and within 10 minutes it was in a taxi on its way to meet me at the airport. Thanks to Tony the taxi driver in car 16 for finding me outside departures and thanks to the staff on reception who made this happen.

From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous. A lovely chilled vibe and funky design with well thought out little touches. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave us hints and tips. Our room was a studio, which was large with plenty of space, the bed was extremely comfortable, we asked for an extra pillow each and no problem, provided immediately, Bathroom was great and the power shower was brilliant. Air-conditioning was spot and a great relief from the 32 degree heat. Pool area is brilliant, sun beds readily available and the pool was so inviting and it was just such a relaxed vibe all day. The service around the pool was fantastic too and a special mention for Andrea, who was really nice, pleasant and a credit to your hotel. Food was exceptional and we loved the quirkiness of the menu, i would definitely recommend eating here. Good location, easily get a water taxi (less than 5 minute walk) for 4 euros each or a 15 minute walk to the main ***** area. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because as non-smokers we found it uncomfortable that smokers can smoke anywhere around the pool. Maybe, have a smoking area and a non-smoking area to satisfy everyone. Would highly recommend this hotel, thanks for making it a really enjoyable stay.

Fantastic holiday , we are here now . Food is lovely weather is just perfect , when we arrived we were given a quadruple room ( jet2 told us this was a interconnected room) which cleary wasnt we arrived to a one bedroomed with bunk beds ( one daughter is 15!!!) , we contacted reception and the following morning we were given the interconnecting room reception were lovely so kind and so helpful. Room was absolutely immaculate and lceaned daily very very impressed, The gentleman that transports luggage to your room was ever so helpful carries all our luggage nothing is too much ask for them they all work hard and always helpful, would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to families we are having a lovely time and will definitely be back here .

Wir haben uns hier Anfang Oktober eine Woche gefreut. Es scheint am billigeren Ende der Hotels zu sein, wenn Sie den Preis von anderen in der gleichen Lage in Kontext nehmen. Es war All Inclusive, aber die Getränke schien sehr seltsam, ich sah sie öffnen neue Flaschen und werfen sie in meinen Tasse, aber trinken den ganzen Tag und noch niemals sogar rutschig. Das Hotel war sehr gut, das Hotel war sehr gut, das Hotel war sehr gut, das Hotel war sehr gut, das Hotel war sehr gut. Das Unterhaltungsteam arbeitet sehr hart, aber das Hotel muss den Haushalt, mit dem sie ihnen arbeiten, aktualisieren. Die Abendunterhaltung war schwach. Viele Leute haben nicht am Abend im Hotel geblieben und gingen für Unterhaltung anderswo, was zusätzliche Kosten ist, wenn Sie für All Inclusive bezahlt haben. (Wenn Sie ausgehen wollen, gibt es zwei Orte, die den Kopf springen, wenn er da ist und Johnny Dee in Popeye's Bar fangen, indem er seine Neil Diamond-Action - erstaunlich, oder für mich mein Lieblingsplatz ist die Red Lion Late Lounge, gute Getränke, großer Preis, Die Unterhaltungszeiten wurden um 10:30 Uhr abgeschlossen und das war es. Nicht einmal jede Musik, die nachher gespielt wurde, keine Atmosphäre und noch nicht die All Inc fertig war bis Mitternacht. Ich würde das so anpassen, dass statt 11am bis Mitternacht es von 10am bis 11am auf der All Inc ist, wenn das Hotel nicht in der Lage ist, seine Gäste zu unterhalten. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, geräumig und schmelzfrei. Unser Zimmer war fantastisch und geräumig und wir hätten nicht nach besser gefragt. Speziell schreien Sie nach Alfonso auf der Rezeption, einem sehr gedankenvollen, sorgfältigen und doch lustigen Mann, der sich freuen konnte. Insgesamt habe ich ihm 5 Sterne und der ganz wichtige Punkt - Ja! Wir kommen wieder.

Ignore all bad reviews !! We loved this hotel and the staff are so nice! Orlando couldn’t do enough to help. Rooms are clean and big, everything was safe in the room and not noisy. Food is good price and loads to choose from
