Outdated facility. Cancelled my room key at 10 am before checking out. Charged US$35 for breakfast. Super greedy!

Fünf Tage die ich nicht vergessen werde. Diese Region ist dramatisch schön und mittendrin dieses große angenehme Hotel. Sehr einladend und mit großer Freundlichkeit ausgestattet. Die Erreichbarkeit und Lage des Hotels ist perfect. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals ist vorbildlich. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über das mit gebuchte Frühstück. Guter Kaffee, frisches Obst und Backwaren.

The environment was well curated for the conference that I had attended. Enough space to host the large number of people that turned up for the conference. The living spaces were good. The staff friendly and the overall experience is one that one wishes to experience again.. and again and again... You get my drift, okay?

Our group reserved rooms 2 weeks ago and travelled from far . We received confirmation that all was booked only to arrive and be treated like second class citizens..never seen this before. We were asked to go to another hotel yet we were hosting a very important event. Elephant hills is the epitome of disorganisation of the highest order. Utter rubbish

The place is well kept, nice gardens, room functionality is on point. The breakfast was good, the food selection well balanced. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.I would definitely come back again.

I cannot fault this hotel. There was a mix up on arrival and I was told a room which I believed had been booked was not available. I was angry after a long drive with no food and was rude to the staff at reception which I regret and for which I apologise. I calmed down by the pool and ate some food and the matter was resolved. Trinity was exceptional as a manager. He was courteous and helpful, despite my behaviour. He worked to find a solution, I had a room within two hours. I was upgraded the following day for the remainder of my stay. Sharon even went so far as to provide a fruit basket and other treats. The food is exceptional. The pool extremely good. Jefto and Trymore operated a complimentary shuttle to the town centre and were kind and accommodating. Great rooms. Lovely views from balconies. Trinity went further and helped organise a helicopter trip. The conference facilities were excellent.
