Shameful, this hotel staff are disrespectful towards women. Absolutely unacceptable rude and very unhelpful Rooms are disgusting Food is cold and same iteams for lunch dinner Never enough food Had to eat out Floors are dirty stayed 7days not once was the room moped upon requesting the cleaner moped the room the smell was horrible had to buy dettol my self to mop the room Windows not clean finger marks Sofa was very disgusting Chairs broken beds broken door was unsafe Not a family friendly hotel at all We went with a baby requested chips for baby staff will mess you around was charged extra but was not given. Honestly do not go to this hotel

Rooms aren’t great. The food is something that you will definitely won’t eat and probably end up with snacks only or you will need to splash every day on restaurant outside the hotel. Everyone is trying to sell you something every 5 minutes so I you won’t have a rest. We were literally screaming to stop coming to us and trying to sell all kinds of stuff. The worst part is when my 11 years old was offered cigarettes, alcohol and asked if she got a boyfriend. If you parent be aware.

Don't go there at all unless you want waste your money and time , restaurant is sticky of dirt Food is awful, honestly is disgusting and they trying to give you as small portions as possible, alcohol is disgusting, mixed with water , popcorn for kids 2$, same ice creams Staff are very arrogant, didn't feel welcome there at all,after 12 o clock check-out they take your all inclusive wrist band of you and you are not allowed to use bars, restaurants etc So if you have late flight you stuck in the lobby without food and drinks I'm honest with you people... just don't book any holiday in this hotel.. you'll be well disappointed

We just came back on the 1st of March hotel was nicely set outside our room was good enough and large for 2 of us no problem they had only one heated pool that was ok too staff was working hard and friendly too but when it comes to food was really awful they have no idea how to run buffet for the hotel they have drinks is very poor quality that really puts u off in overall I believe management is really bad hotel might be good for Arab visitors but certainly not good standards for British and international visitors not good enough sorry I did read reviews after I booked the hotel and all those reviews are honest I have experienced there are many good hotels in Hurghada I had holiday and this one wasn’t ok I took the risk i will never go to that hotel again and recommend to no one the only good was young entertainment team that needs improvement too but they were trying their hardest good luck to you you are no where near ready for international tourists sorry

Simply a DISASTER!!! the room was so-so, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, water was added to Pepsi and alcohol because I saw it with my own eyes, during the day at the swimming pools they say that the beer has run out and they are waiting for the delivery, the food is really terrible, always the same, if only not skinny grilled chicken, we would look like models, beer in the restaurant was Heineken for $4 and Stella downstairs for $2, whiskey and vodka stinks of moonshine, on the day of departure check out at 11:59 because they take away your bracelet and you won't get any alcohol, and hand on heart, don't even go there because it will spoil your vacation because there are other places in Egypt if you want to go there that are worth going to, but 100% not here. The hotel must have at least 4.5 stars from guest reviews, otherwise give up. We wasted our time and money and if it weren't for these few slides, 1 heated swimming pool and the sun, nothing else good would have happened to us here. Honestly, I also read the comments, mostly negative, but I didn't really believe it, but we found out. I felt sorry for the children because they had to be fed with crisps and soups from the shop in front of the hotel. I could write a book about how many negative situations we experienced here, but people, please believe me, not this hotel!!! Positive opinions come from their people and 100% not from tourists!!!

Worst holiday experience of my life! Came back about 2 stone lighter from the lack of food we lived off one meal which we went out for as the food is vile! The guests push in ques for drinks and snacks we also witnessed on 2 separate occasions food being grabbed for trays with hands...🤢 Don't even think about showing off your flesh as you get dirty looks and spoken about like your doing something wrong! The entertainment is not for UK citizens. The drinks are served in plastic cups which are tiny and dare ask for a few you get judged! A plate of food sat in the lobby for 36 hours roughly. We had no hot water for most of our stay and power cuts fire alarms going off. I never usually write reviews but this place and any other hawaii hotels by accounts from local taxi drivers need to be avoided!

I haven't been abroad much and was very anxious about this holiday after I had booked it after reading the reviews. I couldn't pick out a single nice review of the place but the holiday was a bargain so we though we will just take it as it comes and make the best of it. We were very pleasantly surprised. The reviews on this hotel are very unfair as the staff are cleaning constantly in and around the hotel, the food was lovely and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ivan in the clothes shop, Ahmed who organises the Vesper tours and 2 who's names I didn't get, the lady organising the spa treatments and the man running the trinket shop near the reception area. Thank you for such a lovely holiday, we will be back. G

it was my first time in the Egypt this hotel was amazing and the staff was brill the food wasn't as bad as people made out we are defo going back there was many things there for kids to do the pools was amazing and the drinks was good and cocktails animation team was brill the staff there are always helping you and it was spotless clean go there and experience a amazing time

All i can say its our stay there was absolutely amazing there animation team (Kareem, PlayStation, Reem, Dodo, Ibrahim, and few other) made our stay absolutely amazing theres something very special and passionate about this team they play and have fun while making sure everyone around them is too there unique personalities positive energy and passion towards the work it’s absolutely amazing the amount of life’s they touch with there appearances its unimaginable. I cant thank them enough for making those 10 days we were there the most incredible ones of our life. They are genuinely amazing and delightful thank you for being the most amazing part of the holiday! ❤️
