It’s an airport hotel, so you expect a shuttle. From the airport, you call the hotel and they send a shuttle (it took a few minutes after I’d called, at 1am). They return to the airport every 15 minutes. Easy. (Definitely easier than a number of other airport hotel shuttles I’ve used.) It’s an airport hotel, so you expect it to be noisy, right? Wrong. I chose a room on the opposite side to the road (use the hotel plan in the app - someone else posted it’s all even room numbers one side and odd the other side, that’s not correct). I didn’t have a view but I heard no noise other than a neighbor’s door slam. No cars, no planes, no nothing. Great sleep. It’s a Hilton, so you know what to expect. It’s not luxury, but you have everything you need - decent bedding, space, coffee maker, the right toiletries. Room was clean and furniture, bathroom etc all seemed fine to me. I had dinner in the bar and breakfast in the breakfast restaurant - all fine, and pretty reasonably priced (especially for an airport hotel). I arrived at 1am to be offered a warm cookie. Loved the idea, sadly I have a nut allergy (thank you for labeling the product clearly as having nuts!) Service was friendly everywhere - the front desk at 1am and other times of day, as well as the bar and restaurant. And the room price was reasonable, especially given it was a last minute booking (for the next night). Did everything via the app - check in, room key, check out, find out breakfast times etc. super easy. Only minor complaint is that the little store next to reception is not very well stocked, and a number of empty spaces indicated they usually stock quite a bit more than was there. That said, if you weren’t too fussy in your chocolate or snack quest, you’d find something. Would stay here again if I needed a hobby airport.

Nur schlechtes wird das Restaurant/Bar nicht öffnen bis später in diesem Monat, so müssen Sie sich herausfinden, wenn Sie aus. Auch müssen Sie gehen, um die Golfbahn zu holen Lebensmittel, weil nichts wirklich zu Fuß geht, sondern ein bbq Restaurant und Gasstation, aber zu heiß für das. Nicht viel zu tun, das ist nahe dem Hotel, aber ich würde für einen schnellen Einbruch für einen Notfall wieder bleiben.

Wir blieben hier für eine Übernachtung. Das Rezeptionspersonal war hilfreich und freundlich, als wir anreisen und ausreisen, unseren Kindern Wasserflaschen bieten usw. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unseren gemütlichen, sauberen, komfortablen Zimmern! Wir blieben im September 2019, aber dieser Fragebogen geht nur bis März 2020 zurück, so dass ich das markierte.

Personal war freundlich. Ich habe das Fitnesscenter gelebt, da mir das sehr wichtig war. Meine Cousine hatte dort auch ein Zimmer und wir hatten die beste Zeit. Wir konnten im Café essen und das Essen war in Ordnung. Würde nichts dagegen haben, wieder dort zu übernachten.

Es war ein großes und schönes Hotel. Ich wartete darauf, weil es ein Innenpool gab, aber ich habe es nicht verwendet, weil die Wasserqualität nicht sehr gut war. Sporteinrichtungen sind gut.

Ich mag nicht ppl stomping oben .. es scheint, als würden sie mir spionieren. Es war sehr komfortabel Bett. Der TV und Kaffeetasse war cool. Ich genossen die Parkplätze auch, obwohl es angemessen war, wollte ich mein Geld zurück

After we got our luggage at HOU, we called the hotel for a shuttle pickup and was told a shuttle would be on its way. We waited for about 25 minutes, but no shuttle came and there was no way of finding out status. We called again and the person that picked up said she would have to call the shuttle driver to find out, but that they were very busy, and she hung up on me. I thought it was odd to be busy after 11pm. We waited another 10 minutes and still no shuttle. We called a third time and the same person said she did not call the shuttle driver, but that he should be on his way, which was useless info. The shuttle finally came after another 10-15 minutes, and the driver was not particularly friendly, but I'm sure he had a long day so that's that. Arriving at the hotel, it was clear we needed to check in since we had all our luggage, but the front desk agent did not smile or greet me, and I had to approach closer to initiate the check in. He did not do any of the usual pleasantries like simply ask how my day or flight was. He did not ask any questions or offer to upgrade (since we're Titanium members) or anything, but just typed away and then told us our room number and gave us our card keys. He was so stoic and unpleasant I didn't bother to ask. As a side note, his personal appearance was not what I would expect of a front desk agent. He had a nose piercing bar, multiple ear and facial piercings, colored hair, disheveled attire, etc. I'm not a prude, but I would imagine a hotel as an establishment should have some guidelines for their staff, such as you would not expect staff to show up for work just wearing a bra or be smoking behind the counter. Within the room, with four people (and I believe this was noted on our reservation), we had the main bed, the sofa (not sofa bed), and a trundle bed. That's workable, but here's the problem: we only had one additional blanket and sheets other than what was on the bed, and no additional pillows. Two blankets and pillows (for two more people not on the bed) should have been provided already. When we went down to ask the front desk for another blanket, the answer was that there were no additional blankets. Are you kidding me? What we got were three additional sets of sheets, which we had to lay all out to have any semblance of the warmth of a blanket. Lastly, going down for the breakfast, the selection and quality of the food was lacking when compared to breakfasts at other Marriott properties of similar class. The attendants bringing out the food also didn't smile or look like they cared about their work. Again, maybe it was a tough weekend, or maybe all the customers were rough and they responded in kind, I don't know. Overall though, from before we arrived to when we left out the door, there isn't anything good I could say about our stay at all.
