Fantastisches Zimmer mit privatem heißen Frühlingstube und fantastischem Service, um mit ihm zu gehen mit unserem Hauptkontaktpunkt Wang 雨. Sie war aufmerksam und hat uns immer sofort und professionell geholfen, konnte nicht mehr fragen! Das Frühstück war erstaunlich und das beste Frühstücksbuffet, das ich hatte. Das Zimmer war riesig und ausgezeichnet eingerichtet, und alles, was wir brauchen, wurde bereitgestellt. Keine Beschwerden über unseren Aufenthalt hier, und würde diesen Ort definitiv jedem empfehlen. Zum Erreichen der Aussicht war es fantastisch vom Balkon mit guten Aussichten auf das Feuerwerk des Neuen Jahres.

Da der falsche Fench nicht voll ist, hat der Besitzer das Zimmer kostenlos auf den neuen Standort aktualisiert. Der Wohnraum ist sehr komfortabel und die Bewohner sind sehr gemütlich. Und die Lage ist vom Landschaftsgebiet Nanshan entfernt und umgeben von vielen Bauerngerichten. Das Frühstück kann auch sein, das Hauptmahl ist ein wenig, die Gemüse sind nicht korrosionsbeständig, wird empfohlen, optimiert zu werden.

Dieses Hotel ist in der 5A Klasse des Himmelssee-Feriengebiets, drei Seiten des Sees, in der Bergsee, die Umgebung ist sauber und ruhig, die Zimmer sind die Nacht ruhig, weit von der Stadt und das Gefühl der Atmosphäre ist direkt gefüllt. Der Hotelpersonalservice ist intim und aufmerksam, der Begeisterung ist höflich und reagiert rechtzeitig. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, die Speisen sind frisch und passt zum Geschmack der Öffentlichkeit. Das Gesamtpreis-Verhältnis ist super hoch, es ist ein Schatzhotel, das sich auf den Urlaub im Tianjin Lake befindet, es lohnt sich, wiederholt Karte zu spielen!

Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen kleinen Flur am Eingang, der für mehr Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Rezeption hat uns proaktiv ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gegeben. Auf dem Campus gibt es viele Aktivitäten, die den Kindern großen Spaß gemacht haben. Der Panorama-Shuttlebus fährt rund um die Uhr zu allen Teilen des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Kinder liebten es, zwei Tage hintereinander in den heißen Quellen zu baden. Der Infinity-Pool 🏊 ermöglicht es uns, beim Training den Seeblick zu genießen. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Badesachen des Kindes wurden bei den heißen Quellen gelassen und vom Personal proaktiv aufs Zimmer gebracht 👍. Die erste Haushälterin des Hotels, Jiang Jiahua, ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar und bietet aufmerksamen Service und viele aufmerksame Erinnerungen 💯. Die Kinder sagten, sie würden beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

今年暑假的江浙滬高温天，讓人衹想躲進山裡。臨時決定帶娃自駕去溧陽天目湖，訂酒店時一眼相中了天目湖御水温泉森酒店——事實證明，這個選擇是整個旅程最正確的決定。 先説最讓家長省心的：酒店暑期打包的“景點+住宿”套餐，簡直是為我這種懶得做Excel攻略的懶人量身定製。套餐裏直接含了水世界、南山竹海等門票，省去了比價、排隊、擔心“踩坑”的時間。雖然這次衹來得及玩這兩個地方，但已經足夠讓孩子電量耗盡。 地理位置必須單獨誇：酒店離南山竹海景區入口步行也就五六分鐘，帶着吵着要坐小火車的小朋友，不用開車找車位、不用頂着烈日走遠路。 重點説説服務，網上好多評價説“管家服務是靈魂”，親測不虛。入住當天，王勤芳管家就主動加微信，發來詳細遊玩時間表和遊玩地圖。甚至連景點門票也是她幫忙預訂綁定，到了景點直接刷身份證，完全沒有手忙腳亂。她就像我們在陌生城市的一位“本地朋友”，把瑣碎和不確定性都擋在了門外，留給我們的衹有遊玩的精彩時刻。 到店後更是處處被照顧到：早餐的烏米飯和熱點，品種不算頂級奢華，但勝在現做熱乎，有專門的小童取餐區；每晚酒店都會有暖胃夜粥（綠豆百合或南瓜小米輪流換），玩累了回來喝上一碗，比外賣舒服一百倍。所有工作人員見到小朋友都會蹲下來打招呼，退房時娃還主動要跟前台阿姨説再見。 總之，如果你也是帶學齡前或小學低齡娃的自駕家庭，這家酒店屬於“住了不後悔，後悔沒多住一晚”的類型。下次來，一定要補上温泉和竹海漂流。

This place is a mountain area, great for relaxing and good for couples enjoying their private time. There is no TV in the room, which is good because you do not want distraction. A really good place for reflection and Getaway from the hustling and bustling life. The service provided is great, and very prompt. They also provide transport back to the train station. If you want to have dinner at their premises, do note that you need to pre-book with them. Or you could call delivery.

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Quchan Inner Hotel war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, alles war topnotch, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war erstaunlich, warme Frühling super entspannend. Die Umgebung war schön, wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt so viel, und würde es definitiv empfehlen! Besonders dank Generaldirektor Michael, er hat sich immer sicher gemacht, dass wir alles haben, was wir brauchen, und empfahl, das wunderschöne Fo Guang Shan Große Beleuchtungsstätte zu besuchen! Wir würden sicher zurückkommen!
