Mini Hotel Causeway Bay

A pillow has weird pollution on it and the room was too small compared to the cost. There’s no shampoo, treatment, soap, slippers etc. AC wind smells weird.

The hotel location is great! Rooms are clean and tidy . We check in late at night with the 24 hours reception and the staff in mini causeway bay hotel is very nice. Overall experience was better than last year.

We booked here same day before our stay. The room was small but clean. and we didn’t expect that it was really like a mini hotel. But maybe they can make their room soundproof because we can hear the noise from the room next to us.

Me and one of my friend booked 2 room with same room size, which are both 11m square. The price we paid are different, which me paid RM 150 more expensive than her (understood price up and down maybe due to some factors) BUT we get totally different room size??? (1st and 2nd pic was my room) & (3rd pic was her room). I am wonder why the price I paid more high and we both booked the same room type but why I get smaller room than her??? We speak out our doubts to hotel in charge person and at least they are willing to help to change the room for us without additional charge.

The location was so nice very near with the shopping area and just walking distance to causeway bay station.

This is probably one of the worst hotels ive been to. What do we expect from a hotel ? To sleep. This basic use was not provided by this hotel. Why ? It was freezing because the AC was broken, I couldnt turn it off neither adjust the temperature. I asked to change room, they said the AC was the same in all the other rooms (turned out it was not but ill explain later). So they actually brought me a small heater, to conter the AC cold.... What a waist of energy. Really not ecologic friendly. Also the AC was so noisy, I could hear it even with my earplugs on. One of the light was broken so the room couldnt be in the dark. How do you sleep with cold, noise and light coming from the hotelroom itself ? You dont. I barely slept 3hours, and had a huge business day the next day, I was exhausted. So I complained more loudly this time, and after negotiacions they finally accepted to change the room. What was my surprise when I noticed that actually in this room I could turn off the AC. Better sleep but still, all the rooms are not well maintained. Damaged by humidity and use.You also need to know that they do not provide soap for the hand, proper towel for the body (only small for the hand), toothpaste. All of this for the price of 107€ a night (888hkd).
