Very good location, clean 3 star hotel with good breakfast as well. The plus thing is the location and cleanliness. Every where is within walking distance. For muslims there is a mosque opposite for Friday prayers. Halal restaurants within next doors as well, Craving for Singapore frog porridge? The original shop is just next door, Easy for business travellers or families. some rooms are without windows though so if you are fussy please state your requirements. will come back and book again!

Roseland Sweet Hotel ist ein Preis für Geld Hotel; und es würde viele ähnliche Hotels leicht online gefunden werden. Aber was Roseland herausgestellt wurde war einer ihrer Mitarbeiter Kiet Anh, der ein Bellboy, Front Desk, Concierge alle in eine gerollt. Die Woche, in der ich da war, arbeitete er jeden Tag und alle Stunden, ich sehe ihn praktisch die ganze Zeit, wenn ich im Lobby bin, ob ich raus komme oder zurückkomme. Sein helles, glückliches und freundliches Demo und sein sehr persönlicher Kontakt stehen nur in den 5 oder 6 Sternhotels im Einklang mit dem Service. Er war es, was mich das Unterschied machte, in Roseland zu bleiben; was sonst ein gutes, aber ziemlich durchschnittliches Hotel wäre. Roseland ist sehr glücklich, dass er ein Personal wie er eingestellt hat, und angesichts der Zeit und der richtigen Versorgung würde ein ausgezeichnetes Managementpersonal in der Gastfreundschaftsindustrie. Meine Wahl des Hotels wird noch Roseland für meine nächste Reise sein, aber nur wenn Kiet da ist. Danke Kiet, für meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm und erinnere dich daran, und danke für die Hilfe, dass ich mein geschlagenes Handy für Reparatur schickte; Sie haben wirklich mein Leben gerettet!! Bis bald!

Ich bin mit der Zimmerausstattung und allen Vorräten sehr zufrieden und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Grand Theatre, des Coffee Apartment, der Pink Church, des Ho-Chi-Minh-Platzes und des Postgebäudes. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten, darunter auch einheimische Restaurants, die ganz in der Nähe sind✌ Ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten.

Ein schönes altes koloniales Hotel auf den Bächen des Saigon River bietet komfortable und saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal mit einem Restaurant und einem Touristeninformationszentrum, das auch ein Spa hat und alles ist vernünftig bezahlt. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben 🙂

After two nights in the Roseland Corp Hotel I just don’t know where to start describing this horrible experience as everything - the service, the rooms, the prices - was just so, so bad. So I just start at the beginning: We arrived on a Thursday. Arranging a pick-up from the airport was surprisingly complicated, it took several mails with the service manager for no reason but in the end there was a quite unfriendly driver waiting for us at the gate. They charged us 750.000 Dong which is way above the common taxi-rate (150.000 Dong). When we arrived at the hotel they charged my credit card for the room - twice. As the woman at the front desk didn’t understand English that well, it was quite complicated to convince her of her mistake and get the money back. The Roseland Corp hotel has an impressive entrance area. It’s nice, really. But unfortunately this doesn’t translate to the rooms. They are terrible, probably furnished in the 80s and not renewed since. They have whirlpool bathtubs made of plastic, lots of wood in the room, curtains that haven’t been washed for ages, and you can hear everything that is going on outside of your room. The first room we got smelled like cold cigarette smoke. I complained and they upgraded us to a bigger room (after we looked at a series of rooms, one of them still in use by a paying guest). But even the upgraded room was by far worse then everything we have seen in Vietnam. I wanted to cancel the whole reservation but they wouldn’t let us go. Instead they promised us the best room of the hotel the next day and we stayed. The first night was terrible. The bed had a very, very old and thus noisy spring mattress. The slightest movement made a noise. The walls and curtains had stains all over it. There’s no constant hot water, I had a cold shower in the morning. Shower and toilet happened to make weird unexpected noises. The best room in the hotel was basically the same as before but with a better view and a less noisy mattress. At this point I was ready to drink on that but unfortunately all the mini bar contained was two bottles of water. Breakfast was…well, let’s not talk about it. All of this would have been okay somehow if this hotel wasn’t so pricey. It’s like paying for a filet mignon and getting McDonalds Cheesburger. When we checked out the woman at the front desk (the same who messed up the payment) kindly asked us to sit and wait in the entrance area so she can check if everything is okay. We waited five, ten, fifteen minutes and nothing happened. When we asked her if everything was okay, she was surprised to see that we are still there. Yes, everything okay, she said. I can’t say the same. P.S.: Neil, the doorman, was the only exception to this experience. You are great, man! Please find a new employer.

The hotel itself is great. Very comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious. Talking to local expats they said the brunch restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in the city and I would tend to agree. The view was nice and the room was spacious. The sauna was also great! The location of the hotel was also fantastic! Perfect for exploring District 1! Hotel was also clean and staff were friendly. The staff also gave us money for a taxi when we couldn’t get any of our ATM cards to work! Very helpful! Couple of things that could be improved: the swimming pool area seems less for relaxation and fun and more like a “business trip doing laps pool”. The space could be used better with maybe a bar and some more lighting at night? Also, we asked for a room upgrade as we had extended our stay and I feel like the staff should have just told us “no upgrade available” but they at first promised a bigger room and then took us on a roundabout tour of all the “club member” features that we weren’t interested in and then said the only room available to upgrade to is worse than the current one. I think in this situation just better to say “nothing available sorry” and move on. Anyway, overall a fantastic and relaxing experience. If I was to come back I would definitely choose the Intercontinental because I know I’m going to have a wonderful time!

Meine Freunde und ich hatten letztes Wochenende eine großartige Erfahrung im Royal Hotel Saigon. Das Hotel liegt in der Nguyen Hue Street und ganz in der Nähe vieler berühmter attraktiver Orte in HCMC. Wir brauchen nur wenige Minuten, um diese Orte zu besuchen. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet des Hotels gefällt uns. Es gibt viele Lebensmittel, und sie sind alle so frisch und gut. Ich selbst liebe Phở besonders. Die Angestellten sind auch nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir einen Kurztrip nach Saigon machen.

The hotel location is good and convenient. The front line customer service staff and door men are courtesy and friendly. The deluxe room is big and clean.

(so groß wie Superior). Bei der Buchung fühlte ich, dass es ein größeres Fenster zwischen den Luxus-Zweiern gibt und ein Fenster. Mein Zimmer ist nicht so groß wie Superior, nur ein Fenster so klein wie Fotos. Das Deluxe Double-Foto von der Buchung Website verwendet Premier Deluxe Double-Foto? Oder in das falsche Zimmer geführt? Hey, die Rezeption hat überseeisches, also reserviere ich das nächste Mal das gleiche Zimmer und bestätigen. Ich reservierte 1 Deluxe Doppelzimmer. Aber zuerst nahm ich mich in ein Superior Doppelzimmer. Dann sagte ich ihm, ich habe ein luxuriöses Doppelzimmer reserviert, das Fenster ist das Fenster, und dann hat er mich ins Zimmer gebracht, wie ein Foto, das ich hochgeladen habe. Ich dachte, das Zimmer, das ich wohne, ist anders als Fotos von der reservierten Website, ich möchte das nächste Mal sehen.

Great stay, large hotel which is kept lovely and clean. The staff are very friendly even helped us print out Cambodia visas. Breakfast buffet had a great selection (best breakfast buffet we have had in a while!) Nice pool and small gym area. Would recommend!
