This is my first experience of staying in a Bob W property. I was first attracted by its price and location and surprised by the highly utilised digital platform from check in to check out. Overall, you can expect Bob W to provide services similar to a hotel. They work with local partners to provide gym and breakfast and have a self-service luggage room for storing the luggage after check out, which is a surprise. There are also some additional to a hotel: a self-service kitchen and laundry is also available. With its price tag, if you decide to do a bit of laundry and cooking during your stay, it will be of great value. The interior of the room is as advertised: modern with nordic designs. The beddings and the pillows are very comfortable. I would say the pillow was the best I have had. (I stayed in five-star hotels with an extensive pillow menu and found nothing satisfactory...) You might notice there is no partition between the toilet and the shower. However, you don't need to worry about the water spilling all over the bathroom. The drain and the angle leading to the drain guides most water away efficiently. This shows their attention to details in their designs. Unfortunately, I must mention two major flaws in the cleanliness of my room, which dented the overall impression of the property. There was a leftover cotton pad from the last customer next to the cotton pad jar. Also, the toilet bowl looks yellowish. These two points might indicate problems in their quality assurance
