Ich ging zum Hotel zum Familienbruch, nachdem ich andere Bewertungen gelesen hatte, war ich nicht auf meinen Aufenthalt freue. Ich fand das Personal freundlich. Das Zimmer, das wir geblieben hatten, war sauber das Bett war komfortabel. Ich habe nie irgendwelche Lärm am Abend gehört. Das Frühstück hatte viele Wahlen. Das Problem, das wir hatten, während wir dort blieben, war der gebrochene Toilettensitz, der nicht repariert wurde. Mein Sohn hatte ein Familienzimmer gebucht, das mit seinen drei Kindern bei 11.30pm angekommen war und fand, dass das Zimmer ein Doppelbett hatte und ein Einzelbett die einzige Lösung, die sie gegeben wurden, war, zwei Z-Betten in das kleine Zimmer zu schütteln, weil es keine anderen Zimmer gab,

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Four Seasons Hampshire. Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte dort und waren mehr als zufrieden. Das Hotel ist ein alter englischer Landsitz mit Historie und dennoch lassen die Zimmer und die Hotelanlage nichts zu wünschen übrig . Wir bekamen ein geräumiges Zimmer mit eigenem Ankleidebereich und großen Bad, das nichts zu wünschen übrig ließ. Wir hatten vom Zimmer auch einen tollen Ausblick auf die unendlich schöne Landschaft rund um das Hotel. Die Landschaft um das Hotel sucht ihresgleichen. Die Hotelanlage ist größer als das Auge reicht. Man kann größere mehrstündige Spaziergänge rund um Wälder, Teiche, Wasserkanäle, etc. machen und verlässt dennoch nicht das Resort. Innerhalb dieses Bereichs kann man an Unmengen an Pferden (das Hotel hat ein eigenes Gestüt), Kühen, Schafen etc. bestaunen und alles ist wunderbar in die Landschaft eingebettet. Man kommt sich fast schon selbst vor, als wäre man Großgrundbesitzer, wenn man durch die Anlage läuft. :) Einfach nur toll. Das Hotel hat auch einen angenehmen Spa-Bereich mit großem Indoor-Pool, ganzjährig beheiztes Aussenbecken und Saunen und Dampfbäder. Ebenfalls gibt es einen tollen Fitness-Bereich mit umfassenden Kursangebot. Wir hatten zweimal Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant, was über ausgezeichnete moderne englische Küche verfügt. Auch das Frühstück war prima und der Original - English-Afternoon-Tea war wunderbar. Das Hotelpersonal ist ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich, motiviert , locker und professionell. 1a mit Sternchen. Auch außerhalb des Hotels kann man viel machen. London ist eine knappe halbe Stunde entfernt , Highclere Castle (Drehort für Downton Abbey) kann besichtigt werden und auch historische Orte wie Winchester oder Stonehenge sind nicht weit. Es war ein tolles Hotelerlebnis und wir kommen gerne wieder. Echter Four Seasons - Style eben!

Excellent location, very friendly staff. Room was very clean, shower was great! Breakfast included in the stay which included a decent range of food, they also had ‘to go’ bags and cups which I thought was a nice touch! Overall perfect for a business trip!

Ich musste in meinem Zimmer auf einen kleinen Hühner gehen. Der Toilettensitz war los und schleifte die Löhne ab, als ich auf dem Sitz saß. Ich fixierte es, was unbehaglich, aber ziemlich einfach war. Am nächsten Tag nach dem Reinigen des Zimmers wurde es wieder gebrochen. Klar weiß der Reiniger, aber sie stören es nicht. Alles scheint ein bisschen zu viel Problem für das Personal. Haben Sie irgendwelche Schläuche? Nein, Sir, lachend an sich, wir verkauften. Nächste Tag? Die gleiche Antwort. Die Nachten, die ich geblieben habe, passten mit zwei großen Funktionen zusammen. Einer sah wie eine Gesellschaftsparty aus, die zweite war eine Hochzeit. Daher gab es in den meisten öffentlichen Orten keine Möbel. Die Bar hatte acht Stühle für alle Gäste im Hotel, die nicht Teil der Funktion waren. Zwei Lager auf Draht. Einer ging aus. Nicht ersetzt - wieder schien der freundlich lachende Mann, das wäre eine lachende Forderung. Frühstück - das weniger sagte das besser. Das Essen war ok, aber das Problem war die Menge. Es gab eine Kugel oder gegrillte Tomaten, einige geschrotet Eier und drei Hashbrunnen in Kugeln, auf einem Buffet. Etwa sechs hungrige Menschen wandten sich um und warten auf Wiederversorgung. Nach fünf Minuten kommen ein paar Sausen raus. Fünf Minuten später, ein paar Bacon. Daher laden die Leute auf und gehen. Jetzt gibt es keine Hasenbraunen, keine Sausen, keine Bacon, keine Pilze, keine Bacon. Fünf Minuten später kommen einige Hasenbraunen. Es scheint unmöglich, sich selbst ein volles Frühstück vom Buffet zu servieren, wenn Sie nicht 30 Minuten warten wollen. Das Personal scheint alle 16 Jahre alt und hat keinen Hinweis auf was zu tun - es fühlt sich nicht fair, ihnen zu beschweren. Es ist die Küche, die nicht aufrecht erhalten kann. Sie gehen im Hotel und der ganze Ort riecht nicht richtig - Dampf, seltsam, unrein.
