Das Zimmer wurde gebucht und bezahlt im Family Transit Hotel. Das Zimmer hat uns in Schock gebracht, wo das Hotel auch liegt. Und wir sind zum Dragon Airport Hotel verlegt, unabhängig von dem Geld, das bereits ausgegeben wurde. Im Vergleich zum vorherigen war es ein super Ort zu bleiben, obwohl der Lärm der Spur Ihnen Informationen gab. Danke für die Betreuung des Hotelpersonals für die Beförderung von Dingen aus einem zuvor reservierten Familientransit Hotel. Im Dragon Hotel ... sauber. Sie fühlen sich sicher. Das Bett ist komfortabel. Ich will nicht sagen, dass gutes Frühstück, aber es gibt keinen Platz zum Essen in der Nähe. Im Allgemeinen, was das Essen und in den Rest von Hanay viel ärmer als Hoshimin. In der Nähe des Flughafens haben wir viele Hotels aufgrund der Situation gekostet. Und das schien uns die beste Option. Wenn Sie ein Touristen mit Ansprüchen sind, gibt es nicht ein Hotel in der Nähe des Flughafens, das Ihnen nicht passt.

If you are expecting a five star resort for the cost of a hostel you will be disappointed. If you are expecting friendly staff, that you may have try to communicate with because you are in their country, and you don't judge the area as unsafe because there are not many street lights, I think you will appreciate a stay here. I had a great experience with the staff. We arrived late at night, had little to no trouble getting into a room and we were more than satisfied with the room we were put in. The mattresses were stiff, but I did not find them any more so than other places in Vietnam. English communication was not as easily done, however, the staff was obviously trying to be very helpful in communicating with us. We utilized Google Translate and had no issue getting information for the stay. Also, I am in Vietnam, so I would expect that it is partially on me to try to communicate in Vietnamese. The hotel is in a back alley entrance with not many lights around. I would not call it dangerous. I walked around later at night and was able to find a family restaurant nearby as directed by the staff, as well as there were locals in a nearby square doing what looked like a communal dance class. The next morning the same square was filled with an organized volleyball match. It hardly seemed like a spot that was sketchy, more just dark. The area is not busy late at night as it is not surrounded by residential housing and it is about 2 km from the airport. The breakfast was a bit of fusion cuisine between local foods and western food. You could eat your fill of either, and the location is the top floor of the hotel giving it a nice view of the surrounding area. Again, a quick glance from that vantage point puts the alley entrance as a scary area into a different perspective. Lastly and most importantly, we had a special request with some luggage difficulty we had in our travels. It was a ridiculous thing for us to request from the staff and they went above and beyond to help us out. I would have no issue staying here again. Also, if there was a problem with the stay, I think I would have no problem sorting it out appropriately with the staff that I met there.

This is a small family-owned hotel. We reserved a room with two beds, but were initially offered one with a one bed. We had to ask for a room change, which may have often happened from reviews of other people. The two-bed room was somewhat large and clean. Amenities were basic. Bathroom was a bit challenging: we did not dare take a shower, but my child did and said it was okay. Toilet had no problem. Hot water was readily accessible. Breakfast was personally cooked and nicely done with egg, buttered bread, and some vegetables (tea was nice). The family seems to raise a herd of chickens. Very early in the morning after perhaps 6 AM or even before, a rooster crowed for about two hours every 30 second, and we had to be up. Well, it is nature and I have no complaint about this. The hotel views a big open field where the chicken herd as well as horses was enjoying the meal. Best part was that we were able to walk to the hotel and took about 15 minutes from the international terminal, although it was a bit treacherous along the way. Getting across a wide street without any signal was a challenge, like any other in Vietnam. It was okay after we got used to it. Nothing much around the hotel. The Hanoi Airport, unlike Saigon, has really nothing in the neighborhood. I think for one night, this hotel may be okay esp. for early flights.

Das Hotel hatte die schnellste Kontrolle in 20 Ländern und mehrere Städte, die ich besucht habe! Zum Flughafen um 6:30 Uhr dauerte es 5 Minuten, um unsere Grab Taxi anzukommen und 10 Minuten, um zum internationalen Terminal zu gelangen. Es ist in einem verödeten Ort und scheint wie ein ruhiges Dorf, aber es gibt mehrere Restaurants im Block und einen Komfortladen.

The location was good. You can get there to this hostel by walking through from the airport. The desk kid's attitude was so nice and helpful. They rent motorcycles and price was enough. But one thing! Bed sheets never changed. Hygiene was so bad!

房間比較大，設施還算可以，有冰箱，但沒有免費的瓶裝水供應。店主都不會英文，溝通起來比較費勁。附近有不少餐館。街上灰塵比較大，空氣污染比較嚴重。

Ich liebte meinen SleepPod! Es war größer als andere Kapseln, die ich in war, und es gab eine Menge Ausstattung, darunter ein Router, Fernseher und Snackdesk. Auch, basierend auf der Lage des Pods, war es sehr ruhig. Ich würde ohne zu zögern zurückkehren. Ich reiste im Dezember 2016.

We found this hotel after a bad experience at a nearby hotel. The owner was amazing and really accommodating as I had broken my ankle and she could not do enough for us. She even found a stool for me to sit on so I could shower without getting my cast wet. The first impressions were lovely, very clean reception area, the lift was great and the rooms very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms have everything that’s needed and very quiet for us to sleep. The en-suite shower room is lovely with a double walk in shower The owner will arrange taxis etc to the airport and even took us to a restaurant for dinner and refused to accept any money. I would not hesitate to return here and by far the best in the area.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.
