Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre but taking grab can solve the problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered us an early check-in as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. Calling grab from the hotel was easy as many drivers dropped off customers at the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and clean, however the sound proof was not up to standard. We heard really loud noises from outside during midnight. The view was great with the lake.

Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

The staff are very nice, the room is clean and comfotable. I have great time in this hotel. Very convenient location in old quarter....budget friendly...receptionist ms.lieu and owner mr. Tung were allways there n very helpful....maids also very very accomodative....highly recommend this property....

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

Wir waren zur Neueröffnung in dem Hotel. Eigentlich nur per Zufall ein Gutschein gefunden, und da es noch relativ neu war.. haben wir uns gedacht, warum nicht. Das Interiour ist super hochwertig. Und die Fliesen/der Boden/das Bad ... mein Gott.. wir haben uns wie Könige gefühlt.. Das Personal war immer freundlich. Taxi für uns gerufen, Ausflüge für uns mit geplant, paar Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. (Wir haben für den extra Service nicht mal bezahlt :D ) Danke für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Das Bett ist unglaublich komfortabel und das Hotel hat vier fluffige Pilze (die selten ist, weil es normalerweise nur zwei Flachs). Manchmal kamen wir zurück, um einen Pauschal zu machen und liefen zu schlafen, weil es zu komfortabel war. Alle Grundausstattung wurde bereitgestellt und wir auch gebeten, die Waschbecken für eine Gebühr (50k pro kg) zu machen und es wurde innerhalb eines Tages getan. Die Lage ist großartig mit vielen Lebensmitteloptionen!

Die Lage des Hotels ist praktisch. Das Zimmer ist sauber und komfortabel. Alle Serviceleistungen des Personals sind tip top. Der Manager ist hilfreich, um viele Informationen zu Touristenattraktionen und Restaurants bereitzustellen. Sie arrangierte sogar ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen für uns, während wir um 6:30 Uhr zum Flughafen fuhren. Wir kommen wieder.👍👍👍

Ich habe 3 Nächte im Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel in den Alten Vierteln gehabt. Es fühlt sich wie mit Freunden zu bleiben, ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Personal wie Kim, Zoey, Mr. Duong (nachtswechsel) war immer so hilfreich und sorgfältig, mit guten Empfehlungen, wo zu essen etc.. Das Hotel ist ein kleines, aber gemütliches Hotel. Mein Zimmer war groß, sauber, mit Top-Notch-Einrichtungen (safe deposit box) und das bequemeste Bett und Kissen, auf dem ich jemals in allen meinen Reisen geschlafen hatte. Frühstück war eine gute internationale Verbreitung jeden Morgen. Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe, ist, dass der Luftkon im Zimmer nicht automatisch wechselt, wenn ich wiederkomm, sobald Sie Ihren Zimmerschlüssel einfügen (wie in allen anderen Hotels), und manuell wechseln muss. Die Position des Schalters ist auch lustig, direkt in der Ecke neben der Lampenschattierung, statt an der Einfahrt des Zimmers.
