Tolle Lage und freundliches Personal, aber sehr alt und sehr dreckig. Ein guter Ort für Leute, die vom Pullman Hotel träumen. Aber nichts geht über Pullman, da das Hotel sehr schmutzig und voller Ungeziefer ist. ABER ich kann WIRKLICH sagen, dass das Personal in jeder Hinsicht sehr freundlich ist. Das Essen ist nicht so gut im Vergleich zu denen, deren Marken „Accor“ lauten. Dieses Mal musste ich aufgrund des Mangels an Accor-Markenhotels in Hanoi im Pullman Hanoi übernachten. Wenn ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel der Marke Accor erwischen könnte, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht buchen.

Gute Frühstücksauswahl, sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und tolles Kundenservice-Personal. Ich liebe Pullman wirklich. Ihr Service enttäuscht mich überhaupt nicht. Das ist die Art von Service, die einen dazu bringt, für den nächsten Aufenthalt wieder in das Hotel zurückzukehren. Sehr empfehlenswert.

All staff are not friendly and supportive. They seem to prefer international guests to domestic guests. I am not satisfied with their service attitude.

This is a nice hotel to stay in. There are currently renovations ongoing and I expect that it will be a better experience once the renovatios are complete. The bed is nice and big. Room is big. 2 chairs are in the room allowing for nice relaxing time when done with work. The breakfast is very good. They make excellent cold Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk and also cook the noodles if you need. Very tasty breakfast. Great start to the day. Bonus point: they also allow you to take away a cold coffee once you are done with breakfast. Amazing service.

I travel alone for a business trip and a meeting. I arrived at 1 pm, and the hotel was kind enough to allow me to check in early. The room is excellent, friendly, and clean. I got on the 14th floor. Breakfast was great, with a wide range of choices and appealing options. I recommend the Pullman Hanoi Hotel for your stay in Hanoi.

A little old hotel, the location is in the center of the Hanoi city. You can get down to eat pho and drink AHA coffee in the street.

Room has a weird smell. Breakfast was good. They have swimming pool and gym, but we didn't use them.

Hotel rooms were clean but found cockroach on my breakfast table . Hospitality was ok ok in spite of being a very good brand . People were also not that warm they were just keep on telling us this is chargeable , that is chargeable which were clearly mentioned and written. So overall it’s was OK experience.

Service and amnesties pretty lackluster for 5*. Lots of misunderstanding, e.g. we asked the room service to bring fresh drinks at 10PM, they came almost at midnight while we were sleeping but rang the bell and knocked until we got up. Restaurant also pretty weak, medium rare steak was gray withoyt a drop of juice left.

Everything go well and nice stay there

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pullman Hotel Hanoi, Vietnam, and it was a great experience! From the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was deeply attracted by the elegant environment and thoughtful service here. First of all, as soon as you enter the lobby, you are attracted by the spacious and bright space and exquisite decoration, which feels very comfortable and warm. Especially when it came to check-in, Phuong Anh was very helpful to me and I am very grateful to her. The rooms are very spacious, well laid out and fully equipped. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also very clean and tidy, and the toiletries are of high quality and very reassuring to use. In terms of service, it makes me feel the warmth of home. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and check-in and check-out are very quick and efficient. Here I have to mention Phuong Anh again, her thoughtful service really impressed me. In addition, the hotel's dining is also worth mentioning. Breakfast is rich in variety and tastes. It is highly recommended to the friends who will come here for business or travel, I believe you will also love here!
