Dom und Uhrturm 5 Minuten entfernt finde ich billiger als teure Hotels bin echt zufrieden

The hotel is clean and location is good. However, the level of service by front desk is not good. Not much (perhaps forigner) friendly, and simply overcharging you.

The hotel is a good distance from the airport, so you don't have to drive all the way through the city. The accommodation is standard and nothing stands out. In my case, I was missing a hair dryer in the bathroom and the air conditioning didn't work, but that could have been an isolated incident. Overall, the hotel is clean and in my case, when the windows were to the inside, it was also quiet and peaceful.

Excellent not only for the staff, room, but also for the gym room. I have a great time in czech! Anyway, the hotel is near the station Dejvicka station and easy to reach to the city centre. Also, some delicious restaurant and supermarket just next or opposite the hotel! Amazing, I love Prague!

Clean and comfortable place close to public transport. The staff could be more helpful. I would stay here again.

I'm a fussy guest and this was an excellent stay with staff coming up to my room and bringing me coffee and sugar and a small jug of milk when there were no packets of creamer. Location is just perfect very near the trams..just outside the hotel Supermarket and pharmacy next door and Asian food across the road. Was just an amazing stay. Breakfast was brilliant. The service was great however, upon booking I have indicated two adults and two children. However, upon checking in; I was advised that the rooms are fully booked and I was amazed as I have paid and booked for the stay. I have requested an accommodation for children but I was advised that I will get a queen sized bed I have no choice but to accept it as I was travelling. Upon request of additional pillows I wasn't given due to they have given to other groups. What does that make a difference with my request. My family was squashed in a queen sized bed and two pillows only. In addition, I supposedly have breakfast with my stay and upon enter at the restaurant I was advised that I do not have breakfast included. It was frustrating as my first time visiting czech and had this experience. Overall, with the hectic coordination we ate at Katsura and it was best service and great food.

One of the nicer stays I had in Prague. Staff are very professional and I’m glad I got a great deal from this hotel. Highly recommend

Unfriendly receptionists

お部屋は大変綺麗に整えられており、グッド 地下には日本食店も有り、味も大変良く、サービスもとても良い。 朝食はご飯と味噌汁を食べられる。 こちらはそれなりのクオリティだが、そもそもご飯と味噌汁を食べられるホテルはここ以外私は見た事が有りません。 トラムと地下鉄の乗り場から大変近く、旅行の拠点としては文句無しの立地です。 但しお値段もそれなりにします。 上記参考になれば嬉しく思います。

酒店房間蠻大的，設施很全，早餐很豐盛，從酒店打uber到布拉格廣場才人民幣73元多，非常方便。若説唯一不足的，酒店隔音不是很好，隔壁有個老外打電話聲很響，後來到了匈牙利的酒店也是這樣，大概歐洲酒店都這樣吧。
