Excellent location in the thick of action in Old Quarter of Hanoi. Hotel front counter staff was helpful and communicative. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

部屋は必要最低限という感じですが、宿泊にお金をかけたくない人には十分だと思います。フロントの方がとても親切です。外の音が聞こえるのが少しマイナスポイント。

This is a great hotel for the price, location is really really good, right in the old quarter but more local than the touristy area, which is great. There are some very very good coffee and pho places very close and a really good Aussie breakfast place not far either. Room was great, clean, private bathroom, quiet, highly recommended and would stay again.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old quarter, all the tourist spots are within walking distance and it was surprisingly quiet inside. Nancy the manager is very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Some annoying tiny ants over the wooden surfaces and out of date snacks in the ‘mini bar’ could be improved.

Great location. Semi updated rooms. I don’t complain much, but the Blue Hanoi was a bit of a let down as far as standard amenities. Our first and foremost complaint was that it seemed like someone literally shut our air off in our room every time we left it. Yes there is a key slot for power in the room and yes we left the key in it, but somehow we came back to a squelching hot room after every adventure. I also know that Hanoi is a hot, tropical, and tough to keep bugs out, but we have dozens of small ants in our room, sometimes even in the bed and we were in the 6th floor. Great location!!!

Location is everything… staff’s friendliness added to making my stay more comfortable… missed not having a restaurant open there, but due to the pandemic they’ve been closed… however, many choices of cafes and eating places close by and many varieties

After 5 days in this hotel, I have to say that the staff is worthy of 5 stars, very helpful and always willing to help, especially Ms. Khanh By with her beautiful smile. Sau 5 ngày ở khách sạn này, tôi phải nói rằng nhân viên xứng đáng với 5 sao, rất hữu ích và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ, đặc biệt là cô Khanh By với nụ cười xinh đẹp.

Location was pretty good. Hotel was also well maintained. 4th floor with a good view over the glass. But we went a couple they gave 2 individual beds but we remember we booked another room with single bed only. We didn't argue since we had so much of plans otherwise a nice hotel.
