Ich hatte vor kurzem meine Hochzeit in der Ramada. Der ganze Tag war wunderbar, das Personal war sehr effizient und nichts war zu viel Problem! Das Essen war fantastisch und jeder war darüber wütend. Megan, der Hochzeitskoordinator war so aufmerksam, mit mir, mit den Gästen und vor allem mit dem Personal. Sie haben einen Brief mit allen Mitarbeitern und sie alle haben eine Gruppe riesig, sicherzustellen, dass alle Mitarbeiter vor, während und nach der Hochzeit wirklich mich berührt. Sie arbeiteten lückenlos zusammen und zeigten wirklich, wie komfortabel sie waren, sicherlich eine Arbeitsfamilie. In dem Tag mussten wir unsere Nahrung um eine Stunde zurück drücken, und alles war heiß und frisch, als es herauskam. Es war eine große Hochzeit, ich hatte Angst, dass es zu viel sein könnte oder sie zu belasten, aber alle Mitarbeiter während der gesamten Zeit arbeiteten mit einem Lächeln auf ihrem Gesicht, Freundlichkeit in ihrer Art und Weise und zeigten, dass sie sich auch genießen. Die DJ war so gut, alle aufzuholen und involviert, sicherzustellen, dass wir alle die Nacht weg tanzen!! Ich konnte das Wrexham Team nicht empfehlen genug!!

We stayed on Sunday 10th September in Delamere, one of the courtyard rooms and started with a perfect Roast Beef Lunch. Possible the best we’ve ever had. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. Whilst the bathroom was small, it was cleverly laid out and suited us well. Good lighting for makeup, which makes a refreshing change from most places we visit! Dinner was equally as good (although one constructive criticism would be that the there should be a better variety on the Cheese Board. However we’ve not reduced our 5 * rating because everything else was spot on). After a very comfortable sleep we thoroughly enjoyed a superb breakfast. Great choice, generous and delicious! We enjoyed The Pheasant Inn so much that we are planning to give vouchers to various family members as Christmas gifts and will definitely be back ourselves soon. Thanks for a great stay.

I have stayed here a few times the rooms are ok, a little dated not 5 star but they dont claim to be. Can be a bit noisy only to be expected in the city centre. The service was good, nice shower and the custard cream biscuits a real bonus! Overall very nice.

Wir blieben in einer sehr großen Deluxe Suite - es hatte eine separate Lounge, Schlafzimmer und großes Badezimmer. Bei einer Reihe von Coaching Inns (einschließlich der sehr verglichen Malton) und wir dachten, dass diese unser Lieblings-Sitz. Das Personal ging über und über das, was erwartet wurde - wir wurden sehr gut behandelt und das fühlte sich besonders. Das Essen war großartig (wir hatten ein valentines Satz Menü, das sehr schmeckt - Glück für uns in unsere Zimmerpreise enthalten war). Wir würden sicherlich sehr empfehlen, im Hotel zu bleiben und wir wünschen Chris und das Team alles Gute.

Chose this hotel because I have played golf a few times with my husband here and love the course. Arrived at 4pm (check in is 3pm) to be told room not ready as staff off sick. We sat and waited but the couple that checked in after us complained and were given complimentary bar drinks while they waited, we were not offered this so bit miffed that you have to vocally complain to be offered this! Checked in at 5pm and card to door didn’t work so I had to traipse back to reception to get card re-validated. Finally got into room and unpacked and we were so fed up we couldn’t be bothered to go to pool as planned as so little time left so just got ready for dinner which was booked at 7pm. Whilst getting ready the people in the next room to us decided for some reason to try the adjoining door to our room and walked in saying “oh so sorry” we were rather shocked to say the least!! The adjoining room was locked simply by a swivel lock so either side could lock/unlock the door from both sides. At this point we decided to take all of our purses, phones, car keys etc to dinner with us. I’m sure they were perfectly fine people but as we did not know them from Adam we felt insecure leaving stuff in the room. Dinner was good. Slept ok. Breakfast was a faff. It should be a self service hot buffet but instead there’s a big queue with one lady serving you. We waited for beans which were not heated so absolutely vile. Why is one young lady putting food on your plate? Felt like school dinner line!!!!! We went for our treatment after breakfast and were shown around the spa and pool etc which looked lovely but we had already checked out so would have been nice to have been shown around on the afternoon (well evening eventually) when we checked in. Not really sure what to say other than it’s a nice golf course to play with my husband! Sorry to my best friend for a very odd birthday experience for both of us.

Wir blieben hier vor kurzem in der Nacht einer Familienverheiratet und um die Szene zu setzen, war ich etwas fragwürdig über den Preis des Hotels Aufenthalt (£153 für eine Nacht) vor der Ankunft. Nach dem Eintritt in das Zimmer, das wir zugewiesen hatten, wurden meine Sorgen sofort bestätigt, da es sehr veraltet war, ja alles funktionierte, es gab Tee-/Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen und alles, aber es fühlte sich sicherlich wie es nicht gesehen hatte einen Fleck von Farbe oder ein umfassend sauber, seit der 90s. Normalerweise wäre das kein Problem, aber da ich eine solche hohe Gebühr gezahlt hatte, wartete ich sicherlich auf ein schönes Zimmer. Wir blieben in einem Premier Inn in der Nähe der Nacht vor und sogar bei fast 100 £ günstiger (£60) Ich dachte, das Premier Inn sei 100% schöner! Einige andere Familienmitglieder blieben in dem Hotel die gleiche Nacht wie wir und hatten Probleme ohne Kraft und gar kein Wasser in den Zimmern, so muss ich sagen, dass der Aufenthalt für unsere ganze Party hier relativ schlecht war. Auf dem Barbereich des Restaurants - der Service war sehr schlecht. Das Personal schien nicht sicher, was sie taten und waren außergewöhnlich langsam beim Service. Ich verstehe, dass einige der Mitarbeiter vielleicht neu sein können, aber das Problem war mehr, dass es fühlte, dass sie überhaupt keine Ausbildung hatten. Kredit, wo Kredit ist jedoch schuldig; das Frühstück im Preis des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll, wie das Essen während der Hochzeit war, so dass es keine Probleme gibt. Ich würde nicht mehr hier bleiben, wenn ich jemals zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen werde, hier finde ich nur im Premier Inn und bekomme ein Taxi.
