Travelodge Halkyn

We stayed here for one night, chosen as it was the best price hotel n the area. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. suited our needs ok, no issues at all, great value and friendly reception staff.

I have been staying at Halkyn on and off for the best part of 20 years, and as always had a fantastic stay. Despite being on the A55 the noise from the road is minimal, and there is plenty of parking so no fighting for a space. The staff are really great. They are friendly, helpful and always have a smile, and if you want it, time for a chat. Halkyn is well situated as a base for travelling both ways on the A55 into North Wales and Cheshire without having to travel long extra distances because of the road being a dual carriageway. The room was clean, well supplied, and there was plenty of extra tea and coffee available if it was wanted. Despite being on the A55, the room was quiet and a good night's sleep was possible. I have used Halkyn as a base many times before over the last 20 years and will definitely be staying again in the future.

The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff was professional and friendly. The bed was nice and comfortable. Quite at night so had a great sleep .easy to find the hotel. I will be back again soon if I am back In the area

Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Room was spacious with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Bright bathroom with shower over bath. There are no USB sockets in the room. There's quite a few parking spaces. Burger King next door. Great location to visit Flint. Very reasonably priced hotel.

The staff were professional & friendly. Check in was seamless. The hotel was easy to find. The rooms were clean & airy. There was no road noise. A restful nights sleep. Great value for money. There was a machine for refreshments & lots of tea/coffee/milk in the room.

It's a basic hotel that makes the most of what it has. Lovely staff who were very accomodating and friendly and a really good nights sleep. Because it's a little off the beaten track it benefits from being very quiet and peaceful which easily makes up for the no frills, what you see is what you get, appearance. Suited my budget and felt very welcome thanks to the wonderful Travel Lodge staff.

My partner and I Stay here regularly. We love it here as it is a nice quiet location with friendly staff and clean rooms. We have never had any issues with our stay. Highly recommend and great value. Burger king is next door but there is a vending machine in this Travelodge with Snacks if needed.

stopped here again with friends as itslocalto beach front towns and places to shop. We stopped here New years eve. The staff were great, thet were very friendly and Andy was helpful with local taxis, pubs etc.The hotel was spotless and very quiet. We will be stopping again this month.

Location was perfect, recommend it for anyone that wants to stay close to Chester, Liverpool but tucked away from centre of big cities. Only reason I didn’t rate it excellent was because of the bleach smell which triggered my asthma really bad
