Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Amman, umgeben von großen Einkaufszentren, was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ideal macht. Die oberen Stockwerke bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Ich hatte es wegen der Marriott-Marke W gebucht, aber das Zimmer war klein und schlecht eingerichtet, das Waschbecken direkt neben dem Bett. Beim Check-in bekam ich außerdem das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen. Dank der Koordination des Ctrip-Mitarbeiters konnten wir es schließlich ändern. Die Servicequalität ist dringend verbesserungswürdig, und ich werde Marriott per E-Mail eine Beschwerde einreichen.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

Ich würde es nicht nur als eine fünf-Sterne-Erfahrung, sondern näher an sieben Sternen bewerten. Right from check-in, the staff made me feel welcome with their signature warm chocolate chip cookie 🍪 — such a simple touch, but it set the tone for a great stay. 🛏️ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. Ausstattung: Dieses alte Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl es ein sehr luxuriöses altes Hotel in der Gegend ist, ist die Ausstattung offensichtlich veraltet. Service: Das Personal an der Rezeption beim Einchecken war nicht sehr enthusiastisch und wirkte während des gesamten Vorgangs kühl (vielleicht habe ich nicht die richtige Person getroffen?). Der englische Akzent war auch sehr stark, aber die Rezeptionisten waren äußerst verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert. Während unserer zweitägigen Reise mussten wir täglich nur mit dem Auto bis zur Lobby fahren. Nachdem wir nach der Zimmernummer gefragt hatten, nahm die Rezeptionistin den Schlüssel entgegen, um uns beim Parken zu helfen und ihn aufzubewahren (wir haben ihn nicht zurückgegeben). Wenn wir ausgehen, geben wir die Zimmernummer am Pagen-Schalter an, und der Mitarbeiter fährt uns sofort bis zur Lobby. Dieser Service ist hervorragend! Umgebung: In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Schokoladengeschäfte und Restaurants, darunter Hardee’s, eine lokale jordanische Kette von Hähnchen-Hamburgern. Die Portionen sind groß und superlecker! Wenn Sie dort sind, sollten Sie es unbedingt ausprobieren, wenn Sie Zeit haben!

The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

The staff is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Уютный отель,чистый хороший номер .европейский вид завтрака , так же есть что то из местной кухни,повар сделает вам омлет по вашим предпочтениям .доброжелательный персонал . Всё понравилось . Расположение не сильно имело значение ,так как всего два дня были в отеле ,перед полётом домой.
