Miłą obsługa prawie jakby jej nie było ale gdy coś potrzeba są na miejscy. NIESTETY BASEN I JACUZZI NA ZEWNĄTRZ porażka..zimna woda.Pyszne śniadania.

The hotel is on Jakaya kikwete road, opposite the police station the conference rooms are spacious and good for workshops and meetings accommodation is also very good food and reception is excellent.

Where to begin? From the reception desk, to the restaurant chef and waitstaff, kayak attendant, spa technicians and the housekeepers, the Heron Live will pamper you and treat you like you’re their most important guests! Don’t get upset- they do that for everyone! The location is stunning, the amenities incredible and the food superb. The rooms are modern, beds so comfortable and the view of the lake was worth the extra zlotys! I can honestly say, I’m missing it so much and wish I was there right now! The breakfast was just incredible. Made to order eggs, pancakes, anything your heart desires. The array of food at the buffet is fit for royalty!! Cheeses, smoked salmon, homemade breads, yogurt smoothies, even champagne! Kayaking was so much fun. The lake is clean and the mountains surrounding it are fabulous. Lots of hikers and bicyclists in the area too. I loved looking out at the fog on the lake in the early morning and seeing the fishermen out there before sunrise. The food at The Marina restaurant is delicious and beautifully plated. We brought several friends who live in the area for dinner and they couldn’t get over the view, the food and service. The beer on tap is so good, as is the melted goat cheese over wonderful greens and salad. Amazing cheese selection and seafood is fresh and yummy. Chocolates are handmade and so special. I am looking forward to returning, hopefully next summer. What a gem of a hotel with very special staff! Thanks for going all out for my sister and me!!

We stayed here 3 nights. Hotel is wery beautiful, delicious Menu in Restaurant, nice pool, SPA…. Perfect play room for kids. Hotel look like baby friendly, they have a pool for kids in SPA. We was there with our baby, he started cry becasue of wather, he cry only 5 minutes, but woman from SPA reception come to me and told me, this is queit area, he must be queit. Okay I can try shut up his mounth (one year old baby). Men in pool laughting and was loudly - nobody care. And you cant take a stroller to the pool area 🤨 ( very baby friendly) I did no understand this, becasue they have a pool for kids and they are happy, sad and loudly….

Top Hotel with dream location All was very good from the first moment of arrival. Great wellness, great F&B, the Hotel is beautifully located at the lake and is a pure stress relive. Me and my Partner enjoyed every Minute of the stay. Thank u Team of Heron Live Hotel!

This was my second time here, and it was an amazing experience. From the nice, beautiful room with a huge common terrace with loungers, to the SPA and the food experience, everything was excellent. You have to have lunch at Marina Restaurant, you have to have dinner at Botanika Restaurant, everything with a nice view of the lake and surroundings. Breakfast was great, with a big variety, good Billiard pool and bowling facilities with great cocktails at the underground bar. On the lake you can try the solar panel boats for a nice and environmentally friendly cruise, you can also connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers of the boat and play nice, relaxing music during the sail. At the SPA I would like to mention Ms. Klaudia that gave me an amazing facial trea**ent and Ms. Patricia that indulged me with an excellent Indian whole-body ritual. The staff of the restaurants was attentive as well, with a special mention of Mr. Patrick, who attended us on a few occasions and made an excellent impression. We loved it!

Nice hotel but price / performance is not coherent. +beautiful rooms +good food +beautiful location -There is no question of a wellness hotel: 1 mini infrared sauna for 1 person. 1 aroma sauna that is switched off (SPA staff does not care) and 1 Finnish sauna that is broken for an indefinite period. Rest area right by the pool so no rest. 9/10 guests with bathing suits and smartphone in the "nude area". Rooms should be equipped with insect/fly screens. 10 min ventilate and you had a whole swarm of mosquitoes in the room. We will not come back at the price (230€ per night / 1000 zloty).

Hotel zasłużył na swoje 5 gwiazdek. Piękne położenie i widoki. Więcej obsługi niż gości. Pyszne śniadania serwowane z widokiem na jezioro. Prawie jak w Szwajcarii. Ceny i menu w stylu posh jak przystało na 5 gwiazdek. Super strefa basenowa z zewnętrznym jacuzzi z widokiem. Jedyne do czego można mieć zastrzeżenia to wielkość pokoju który standardem pasował do 4 gwiazdek.
