Extremely comfortable and clean rooms, relentlessly helpful staff and an wayback-machine ambiance. Kind of olden-day, grand hotel. Der Concierge war sehr hilfreich, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabel und es ist eine tolle Lage für die Stadt, aber ...... 1. Haben einer Dachbar ist ein Vermögen. Wir wurden von der Rezeption angeregt, es zu besuchen, da es wunderbare Ansichten hat. Ich fragte, ob Sie buchen müssten und nicht gesagt wurde, offen von 7. Es hat wunderbare Ansichten, wie wir entdeckt haben, als wir dort aufstiegen, aber es wurde am Montag und Dienstag geschlossen! Warum? Es ist die Spitzenreise und wir wurden ermutigt, dort aufzutreten! Sehr enttäuschend. 2. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber es gab nur eine Person, die fertiggestellt und gelegt Tische und sichergestellt, dass die Lieferungen waren ausgefüllt. Es gab Ketten für Brot, Saft, Bacon und Eier. Es war 9:00 Uhr. Scham als es ist eine tolle Lage.

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking for my birthday. We had never been to Granada before but are extremely happy we did. The hotel is quite quirky in its decor and its not a modern hotel, which it don't claim to be!! We found the staff there extremely friendly and helpful, particularly Rosario at the bar and pool area and the hotel manager. Our room was spectacular, with spectacular views of the mountains and surrounding areas. Really exceeded our expectations. The pool was very cold but so was the local beer. We did not eat at the hotel but the snacks that came with our drinks were very tasty and a nice touch. What we paid for the room and what we had was excellent value for money and we would return tomorrow!! Breakfast was quite basic but what they had was tasty. Parking was a 10 minute walk away and we paid 12€ for 24 hours. The city was beautiful, with some lovely buildings and the walk from the hotel was a very pleasant 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, you will love it if you had an experience like us.

Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr gut, z. B. die Nähe zum Alhambra-Palast, die Einrichtung ist neu, das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Frühstück ist köstlich, der Zimmerpreis ist sehr günstig und das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich . Aber ein noch ernsteres Problem ist, dass die Schalldämmung zwischen den Stockwerken sehr schlecht ist. Beim Spülen der Toilette im Obergeschoss gibt es eine riesige Stereoanlage. Sogar das Duschen kann Menschen wecken. Ich wurde zweimal um Mitternacht und um 7 Uhr morgens geweckt. , Vor allem morgens fühlte es sich an, als würde jemand oben duschen. Nach mehr als 10 Minuten Duschen war es so laut, dass ich nicht mehr schlafen konnte. Es wird empfohlen, im obersten Stockwerk zu bleiben.

Stayed for 2 nights on a room only basis. Spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Rooms have a good mini fridge, and there is a kitchen next to Reception with a kettle, microwave, cutlery and crockery. Bus stop outside goes to the Alhambra for €1.40. Good selection of bars outside the hotel, and about a 10 minute stroll to the Cathedral, or Bib Rambla all on the flat. At the start of the narrow road to the hotel is a roundabout. Here is the Marquis’s sister hotel - great for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bread, coffee and a large bowl of fruit & yogurt will set you up for the day for under €10. Just around the corner you can catch the C32 bus to Albaicin for €1.40. Lovely views going up a very steep climb. Get out at St Nicolas Square at the top. There are a couple of cafés next to the square where you can enjoy a coffee or beer, with the most amazing views of the Alhambra, then catch the bus or walk downhill (about 20 mins) back into the centre. We were worried about driving and parking in Granada, so we parked up in a little town outside of Granada, called El Fargue (coming in from Murcia), and caught the N8 bus in. Cost €1.40, and travels down the only main road through every hour, just after the hour, to Jardines del Triunfo, which is the other end of the main Gran Via de Colon - a 15 min flat stroll from the hotel, or a 5 min taxi ride. N8 bus returns to El Fargue from the same place at half past the hour. Saved the stress and expense of driving and parking in the City. Very successful. We will certainly do it again, and we will also stay at the Marquis Urban again.

I stayed at the hotel for only two nights, but wish I had stayed for longer! The hotel - as well as the city of Granada - was really nice: I especially liked the courtyard and the cloister corridors - very beautiful. I had a nice and clean room with a large terrace with a view of the mountains. I was there in July so the terrace was too hot to enjoy during the day, but lovely and cool in the early morning and late evening. The breakfast buffet was fine with a large selection of food. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of major sights and shopping areas, but you can also easily catch a bus to the centre of the city a short walk from the hotel.

Hotel im vierten Stock gut gelegen. Das erste Zimmer hatte schlechten Geruch im Badezimmer und setzten uns neben einer Familie von Inzivisten, die uns schlafen lassen. Die Rezeption liegt zwischen 8 und 22. Am nächsten Tag wurde die Luft vernichtet und wir baten um Zimmerwechsel für die schlechten Nachbarn, die wir hatten. Sie haben uns ohne Probleme und mit viel Freundlichkeit geändert. Es gibt keinen Mini-Kühlschrank. Gute Lage. Große Räume sind nicht schlecht für den Preis.

A causa della nostra esperienza della prima notte non posso assolutamente dare piu' di 3. Vi racconto: arriviamo alle ore 14 e la ragazza delle pulizie era ancora intenta a pulire il ns mini appartamento al primo piano. Molto piccolo ma puo' anche andar bene tanto noi non mangeremo mai, ma un po troppo buio, c''e una zona finestra vista strada altezza occhi, quindi non si puo' tenere aperta, ma pazienza quello che rimango basita e' l'odore. La ragazza dice che i precedenti clienti hanno fumato. Mahh a me non sembra molto odore di fumo, ma siccome non siamo di grosse pretese, lasciamo gli zaini, loro ci consigliano di lasciare aperto e far girare l'aria. Rientriamo alle 23. l 'odore non e' andato via, e assolutamente non c'è neanche un miglioramento cosa che doveva accadere se fosse fumo, ma piu stiamo dentro piu mi rendo conto che l odore e' di umidita' quindi non andra' mai via. Mi sento leggermente presa in giro ma con calma vado dall host che gentilissimo mi dice che fino a domani mattina purtroppo non ha una camera da darci. Allora abbiamo dormito li dentro perche oramai a mezzanotte era difficile andar via ma e' stata una sofferenza atroce. Mi ha dato molto fastidio la presa in giro. Loro sapevano benissimo e quindi cosa pensavano che fossimo degli stupidi??? Posso immaginare che fosse anche un problema recente, ma tu quella stanza non me la dai visto che ho anche una bambina di 8 anni! ma scherziamo. La mattina alle 8 siamo gia alzati con i bagagli in macchina in attesa del cambio appartamento che ci viene poi prontamente dato. Sotto questo punto di vista nulla da dire hanno fatto il massimo, ma io ci sono rimasta male solo per il fatto che ci abbiamo provato perche cmq lo sapevano, sono stati loro subito a dirmi dell odore e subito loro a dirmi che la mattina mi davano il cambio. Se fossero stati piu' corretti mi dovevano trovare una soluzione sin da subito! Veramente uno schifo star li una notte. Ripeto carini hanno fatto quello che potevano vero, ma avrebbero potuto a mio avviso fare di piu'. a parte questo devo dire che il secondo appartamento mansardato davvero carino a mio avviso un po piccolo perche quello sarebbe stato per 4, ma aiuto in 4 non ci si muoveva, hanno veramente studiato le misure al centimetro e mettono la cucina tanto per, non c'e' spazio per muoversi e mangiare. Quindi se prenotate in questa location considerate gli appartamenti piccoli A parte questo è situato comodo a 10 minuti dal centro e a 10 dall alhambra, Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi abbiamo trovato nella via, ma i parcheggi free sono davvero pochissimi e noi abbiamo avuto molta fortuna ma siamo ancora a giugno con pochi turisti.
