Almost in the city center,,right on the Recanati beach,3 stars,very comfortable,few steps from the beach,clean rooms with tv,and room service,restaurant,good tasty italian food ,pasta,fruits,ice cream,delicious. Also has a bar ,balcony with lovely view on the beach and Vulcan Etna. Very friendly atmosphere ,nice decorated lobby and kind staff at reception. The bus station is very close ,so you can visit ,famous Taormina ,which is a 25minutes ride. Lovely journey .

Stayed with my daughter for a week. Had to ask to switch the room as the original one was smelly . The new room was small with a balcony, quite old fashioned but tolerable. The hotel keeps it 90s flavour, which is kind of cool. Breakfast and dinner was all right, stuff is really friendly. The best thing is the location, just at the beach at the calm site of Giardini Naxos. The closest supermarket is about 150m.

The hotel was well located to the bech and bus terminal. the hotel was satisfactory. the view of Mount Etna and beach was very nice.. Main issue was the coffee and juice machines. the coffee was actually chicory and not coffee at all. the juice was not fresh but seened to be some sort of powder mixture. breakfast was satisfactory. croissants had hairs in on first and second visit. not much help from reception regards trips and now to get there.

No wifi in rooms! Only limited wifi near reception. Its advertised as wifi available. Not true! No tour knowledge by reception staff saying that all tours finished - not true because i checked. There is a parking charge in distant car park of 24 Euros! This is NOT mentioned. No help with luggage.

orrendo. inizio dal fatto che le stanze sono minuscole,sono sporche,piene di polvere e di cose lasciate dal cliente precedente (nonostante ci sia scritto che il cambio delle lenzuola e la pulizia della stanza viene effettuata ogni 3 o 7 giorni). e noi sinceramente questa pulizia non l’abbiamo assolutamente vista. continuando poi con il menù,l’unica cosa che è stata gradita (per metà) è stata la colazione. pranzo e cena osceni,pasta dura e freddissima,presenza di capelli nei nostri piatti,e nonostante ciò è avvenuto più di una volta. caccole ovunque,asciugamani sporchi,doccia piena di sporcizia che ti sentivi male solo nel vederla. sconsigliato,l’unico punto forte è il mini bar e la vista sul mare.

Sono stata 3 giorni qui, assolutamente terribile Le stanze sporchissime e minuscole Il secondo giorno abbiamo trovato caccole, capelli e anche un paio di MUTANDE sporche Il cibo semicrudo e freddo. Il servizio non è disponibile e a volte vi tratta male. Esperienza che NON ripeterei mai più Vi consiglio di non venire qui, ma seriamente.

Posizione incantevole proprio sulla spiaggia e con vista mare, personale disponibile e cortese, pronto a risolvere ogni tipo di problemi, colazione dolce/salata varia ed abbondante con ampia possibilità di scelta, pietanze gustose e cura dei dettagli. Molto consigliato.

Consigliato, hotel molto attrezzato, camere pulite, cibo buono, personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliato anche per la locazione molto vantaggiosa, inoltre con vista mare. Prezzo non eccessivamente alto, unica critica rispetto alla mancata presenza di un frigo -bar in camera.

Sconsigliatissimo. Purtroppo ho dovuto pernottare per ben 4 notti in questo hotel in condizioni terribili per una gita scolastica. Camere sporchissime,asciugamani macchiati di marrone,letti e docce arrugginite, un vero scempio. Personale maleducato e svogliato,alla richiesta di cambiare l’asciugamano sporco ancora dal cliente precedente,ci è stato risposto che era solo ruggine e che non lo avrebbero cambiato,finché dopo varie insistenze hanno ceduto a cambiarlo. I letti hanno acari e cimici dei letti che ci hanno punto lasciandoci delle bolle,cibo servito con tanto di peli e freddo,l’acqua per la cena era mezzo litro a persona e se avessimo voluto ancora acqua avremmo dovuto pagarla 2,50€. Hotel perfetto per una vacanza da incubo. Non andateci assolutamente.
