This hotel was very clean and tidy. It looks very modern In the lobby and reception area. The staff were very polite and reasonably friendly. The food was very nice and there really is no complaints with any of that. The range of food was great. The pool is a very Impressive and stunning. But it would be more practical if there where gradiual steps to walk in. It's the slippy metal steps or jump in. The biggest let down was there wasn't really any evening entertainment for the kids. It was very much centered around the adults. Also my camera got stolen in the lobby area and there was no security cameras or much help any way to be honest.

Only downside is the indoor pool was a little chilly on the rainy day I used this & the beach is nearer to Limassol. Although you can get the bus from the bottom of the road and it was cheap. Don't believe bad reviews! There is so much choice of food in the restaurant. We used the touch screen board in reception to book the Italian & BBQ evening. Highly recommend to try this for something differenr. The Mocha cade was great as we didn't always want a big lunch. On the rainy days there is the indoor pool. The adults only pool was nice and chilled, the outdoor bar area by there is a sun trap in the afternoons. It's great to have the adults only bar too. The room was cleaned daily. We got the bus into Limassol a couple of times and also walked this. We did do a further bus route to Paphos which is lovely, does take time but was somewhere different. The animation team were always giving you an option to join in activities if you want to.

Absolutely love this hotel. It’s my fourth visit. My friend and I, have just returned after 10 days. Demetri, Asta, Ana. Girls in the mocha bar are just the best. Food is great choice of dishes. Hotel is spotless, staff can’t do enough for you.

If my review was based on the staff it would be 4 or even 5 star in many occasions as everyone was so helpful particularly at reception and housekeeping. The hotel itself is a bit tired and needs a refresh plus the area surrounding it is a real mixture of new developments and properties in need of development. Sadly there is no real beach area close by but there a good bus service which can take you to Limassol where there are more beach areas plus bars/restaurants. For the later try the area around the castle in Limassol. Food in the hotel is what you expect from All Inclusive which is ok but you do get the benefit of 1 al a carte meal during the stay which was far better. We were really surprised by the number of children at the hotel but it did not impact us too much.

Check in at Birmingham was quick with the new scanners. On arrival there was one drop off and it took around 60 mins to arrive at the hotel. As the buffet was closing in 15 mins the reception suggested we grab something to eat first and then check in which was a nice thought. On check in you have the usual 2 cards for the room and 2 cards for pool towels. A 20 Euros deposit is secured until cards are returned on check out. You can collect the pool towels from the SPA area and are only allowed to change these every 3 days. You have to ask for the safe and there is a charge of 12 euros for this. It is a physical key with the room number on it which is a little concerning should this get lost. The lift to the floors only allows 2 people in at a time. Whilst we didn’t have to wait long, this may be more of an issue when the hotel is more fully occupied. We paid for an upgrade and requested a quiet room. Unfortunately it was over the area where the entertainment is on at night so not so quiet. There was plenty of space with 10 hangars for clothes and lots of drawer and shelf space. Tea and coffee making facilities ( take your own teabags if you like a strong cuppa) and a fridge with water. The room did smell of smoke so we had to open the door to air the room. The bathroom was also spacious with a shower over the bath. The only issue we found was that during early evening the water pressure was really low and the hot water luke warm at best.. The TV had a couple of channels including ITV 1 (2 hour time difference) and lots of sport channels too. If you need a late check out room they charge 80 euros. You cannot put paper down to toilet and have to put in bins at the side. Also the water from the taps is not drinkable but there is a water station by the pool bar where you can fill up bottles etc. It is fair to say the hotel is a little tired, but staff work incredibly hard and are constantly cleaning If all inclusive you are given a wrist band, but then each time you had food or drink you were asked for your room number which seems a little bizarre. You are only allowed 1 drink per person at a time too. You also have to order the drink, give your room number which they then pass to the bartender and then they give you the drink, which again seems rather bizarre. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool area, but the ones with the shade and in particular the ones in the adult only section were always taken prior to 7.30am, despite the hotel advising people not to secure beds before this time. There is the usual games such as water polo and aqua aerobics. There is also a pool table by the pool area. There is also an ‘indoor’ covered pool but there is a 10 euro charge for the sauna Also a squash court and gym next to the spa. There are notice boards in reception giving information. You can also use these to book for the A La Carte Italian and BBQ dining which you are allowed to visit once each per stay. The Italian was nice and made a change

We have had a really great holiday at Atlantica Oasis. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious. The rooms are fine. Really good pool area for the kids. Pepsi and Carlsberg are included in all inclusive (never seen international brands in all inclusive before). The snacks included in all inclusive from Mocha Cafe are so excellent. If I have to say some improvements, I (or my kids) will have loved mini disco in the evening. (There are a lot of kids even though it’s out of season) And also the cleaning staff could improve a little. But overall I would really like to recommend this lovely hotel. 🫶🏼

The hotel is a very lovely pleasant hotel. It could do with a little bit of tidy up in places but it’s overall really nice. It is kept very clean and tidy. Food is okay but not anything special but I’m sure everyone could find something they like from the menu. The swimming pools were amazing and lots of choice for children and grown ups. Plenty places to sunbath and just sit around the pool. Drinks water dispensers on tap around the hotel is an amazing idea fantastic for trips or just filling water for the room wonderful idea. The bar staff and drinks availability was very good couldn’t fault plenty to drink and lots of nice options. Rooms themselves very tidy and clean nice and roomy only downfall for this visit was no air con in our room and it was very hot. Lovely view to the swimming pool from our room Reception staff very helpful and useful. Entertainment was very poor as there was none really they did paper quiz which you did on your own and even one night was watching sport on the telly this isn’t entertainment. The only good night or twice in fact and we only stayed seven days was the entertainment lady herself singing. The entertainment ended early every night too. They do bingo each night which was okay as we enjoy that kind of thing but would be good to follow up with proper different entertainment.m after.

We stayed as a family holiday and it was great. We have young children and they loved the kids pool (pirate ship slides, etc). The swimming lessons organised were great too. The hotel has lots of good facilities e.g. gym and the food is great. Staff friendly and helpful. Also, the location is a good base to explore Limassol and beyond if you want to do that.
