This hotel needs serious refurbishment. All the furniture is very old and the paint on the wall peeled off

1. Room is smelly
2. Stains on the cups, pillowcases& bed sheets
3.There’s a hole in the toilet door
4. There's no basic toilet paper holder or tray for shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We end up placing the shampoo on the floor or on top of the toilet seat during showers.
Had an awful experience; I will never, ever consider staying at this hotel again.

The location is great. The room is spacious. The facilities and foods are enough and a simple traveller. My 2nd staying and luckily the parking lot is available.

When checking in the guy on reception tried to fraud me saying that I should pay 24 RM as a tax. But 20 RM tax has already been included in price that I prepaid online. Then he gave me a key-card that didn’t work and I had to go with the baggage to the reception again.
And then it’s supposed to have a room with a window but I have a room with a window to the wall of the building. There weren’t information about this in the description of the room
The safe box didn’t work too and I needed to ask help.
There were many insects in the room: spider, fly and ants.
I was so much disappointed with ur hotel and necessarily leave a review to other tourists to know how the hotel is unpleasant.
