Ich besuche diese Unterkunft (da es für die 4-5 Star Hotels in Resorts World Genting keine Wahl gibt, zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt), und was mich beeindruckt ist die Eincheckung. Ich erinnere mich, dass die vorherige Kontrolle in der Regel lang und nicht gut organisiert, Front Desk Mitarbeiter nicht aufmerksam, irgendwie verrückt, aber diese Zeit, sie beeindruckten mich. Als ich in die Lobby kam, wurde ich von einem Vorab-Desk-Personal begrüßt, begleitet Sie in die Sitzbereiche während der Vorbereitung der Kontrolle in Verfahren. Die Mitarbeiter sind auf die Ankunftserfahrung der Gäste aufmerksamer und Sie können niemals fühlen, dass (wie letztes Mal) aus dem Hotel verlassen werden. Während das Zimmer gut gepflegt, sauber und willkommen Obst und Maske auch geliefert (letztes Mal keine willkommen Obst aber!) Gesamt, Servicequalität verbessert und hält es aufrecht, Highlands Hotel.

Luxurious Hotel on the top of the mountain. Absolutely glorious. The most attentive friendly staff ever experienced. Cleanest well appointed rooms. After a day of enjoying the theme park, shopping centre and ******, we stayed in our room the next day to enjoy the splendor of the amenities and the wonderful view over the valley below.

Room is spacious, no foul smelling toilet, sewer as mentioned by other stayers. Clean bedsheets, except some dust here n there. Supposed is due to no occupants for long time. Fast and smooth check-in. From lobby to room at tower 4 took less than 2 mins. Free parking. Down thing.. 1. Room service closed very early at 9pm. 2. Requested for extra bottle of water and sewing kit and slippers on day 2 morning till the time I check out, nothing came at all (request made thru qr code). 3. Need to pay for ice cube.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe verschiedener Malls und Attraktionen. Aber ein wenig Spaziergang nötig. Der Zugang zum Park ist ein wenig schwierig, da der Rahm eng ist und der Parkplatz in der Nähe des Strahls, wo ich geparkt habe, stinkt. Ebene B2 @ A3 Spot. Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber ein bisschen alt und rechtfertigt nicht den hohen Preis. Zu dem gleichen Preis kann man viel schöner Hotel anderswo erhalten. Insgesamt braucht Genting Highland ernsthaft ein paar richtige Spritz auf. Auf dem Weg zum Hotel können Sie den schlechten Zustand des One World Hotel, die Personalwohnung und viele andere Gebäude sehen!

Pros Hotel is great for families. We booked the sixer room as the quad room has been reviewed by other guests that it is far away from lobby. Our sixer room was just above the lobby at level 2. Space was enough for our family of 5 with toddler and we had a connecting room. Our room had a bunk bed. So in total there were 3 queen beds. 2 beds on the bottom and 1 on the bunk bed. Location wise is very convenient as the theme parks, restaurants and supermarket is just right in front of the hotel. There is also a small playground for kids at the lobby reception. Cons The bathroom has a separate cubicle for toilet and shower. But the bathroom has no door! You would have to change your clothes in the shower cubicle. I have never stayed in a hotel where the bathroom has no door, so if you are staying with a big group just be prepared😊 Room has no fan but it is cold outside so not a problem for us during our stay. Breakfast buffet location is not in the hotel. It is in the indoor themepark premise so you need to walk 10-15 minutes for breakfast. Otherwise great stay for families and reasonable price too if you are sharing.

Es ist ein absolutes Abenteuer hier zu übernachten. Allein schon die Anfahrt über die Seilbahn ist besonders. Das Hotel liegt zwischen mehreren Einkaufszentren, einem Indoor- und Outdoor-Freizeitpark in den Bergen. Der Check-In ist über Self-Check-In Terminals möglich, aber das hatte mit meinem Deutschen Pass nicht geklappt, weshalb ich an den Schalter musste. Early Check-In ist sogar ab 6:00 Uhr in der Früh möglich! Das Zimmer war klein, praktisch, aber nichts atemberaubendes. Für den Preis absolut angemessen!

Das Hotel war eine alte Wohnung, die das Zimmer so breit mit Wohnung Standard macht. Hat einen Sänke etc, das Zimmer selbst war sauber schön, schönes Bett, schöne Küken, schönes Badezimmer, aber sie gab keine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta. Sie haben viele Restaurants, und Glück war ich in Tower 2 so einfach zu erreichen Restaurant und Shuttle-Stop. Die Lage ist wunderbar, auf dem oberen Berg. Aber es war traurig, als ich wohnte, gab es große Regen die ganze Nacht und Morgen, so dass alle Flöhe und ich kann die Nuss wenige dort sehen, sonst seine wunderbare Aussicht, wenn es keine Regen gab. Insgesamt ist das sehr schöne Hotel

Große Wohnung, schöne Zimmer, kostenlose Snacks, geräumige Toilette, viele Kanäle im TV. Das Personal auch WhatsApps Sie instruiert und bietet Ihnen fast sofortige Hilfe, wenn Sie es brauchen. Ich finde das viel hilfreicher als ein Telefon oder ein Konzert im Lobby. Ich kann sogar Bilder senden und um Hilfe bitten. Mein einziger Beschwerde ist der Aufzug, der aufsteigt, es ist ein hoher Aufstieg, aber nur vier Aufzüge und sie sind häufiger als genug voll beladen. Sie müssen auch 2 Aufzüge nehmen, weil Sie auf L6 übertragen müssen. Alles ist außer dem Aufzug wirklich perfekt.

the location is quite far from resort world and the shuttle service is not available in the morning, grab is not available during morning. must wait for the shuttle bus by 10am if you have early morning activity is not quite possible anyway you still can take their taxi which way too expensive
