Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal auf der Durchreise hier um endlich diese schöne Stadt zu besichtigen und wurden gewohnt sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber trotzdem gepflegt und div. Reparaturen durchgeführt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, lediglich die WC-Brille hing schief und der Spülknopf klemmte gelegentlich. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Für diesen Preis kann man nicht meckern. Es liegt relativ zentral. Covid-Zertifikat wird ordentlich geprüft! Frühstück ist zubuchbar. Vielen Dank!

Wir wurden in diesem Hotel von unserer Fluggesellschaft nach dem Annullieren eines Fluges gestellt. Erste Eindrücke sah gut aus und Mike auf der Rezeption sehr willkommen und hilfreich. Zimmer war ziemlich angenehm, aber die Klimaanlage nicht sehr gut und der Teppich hatte mehrere Farben auf. Das Abendessen war eine seltsame Sache. Wir erhielten ein Ticket, da die Kosten von der Fluggesellschaft erfüllt werden würden, aber wir sagten, wir müssten bei 9.30pm essen (nicht sicher, dass das richtig oder nicht) und hatten keine Erklärung, was gegeben wurde oder nicht. Wir wurden standardisiert und dann gefragt, ob wir 2 Pasta-Tafeln wählen. Wir haben noch keine Ahnung, ob eine Wüste geliefert wurde oder nicht. Wir wurden nicht gefragt, ob wir etwas anderes trinken wollen als Wasser und obwohl ich schätze, dass Wein nicht in das, was die Fluggesellschaft bereitstellen würde, wäre es schön gewesen, eine Option zu kaufen. Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass es nicht in der Kontrolle des Hotels sein kann, aber ich hätte mir einen zulässigen Wert vorgezogen und dann in der Lage gewesen, ihn zu verwenden, wie ich wollte und jeden Unterschied zu zahlen. Wir konnten nicht von der Fluggesellschaft bestätigen, dass der Transport am Morgen organisiert wurde, so dass wir einen Taxi am nächsten Morgen um 5 Uhr bestellt werden, um einen Flug bei 7.45am zu erhalten und sicherzustellen, dass wir genügend Zeit hatten, um zum Flughafen einige 20-25 zu kommen minuten entfernt und wurde gesagt, dass man gebucht hatte. Hier ging es falsch. Kein Taxi bei 5am und einige Leute, mit denen wir es gebucht hatten, warten seit 4.45am - wir sind bei 4.55 angekommen. Bei rund 5.20 fragten wir den Empfänger, ob er überprüfen könnte und er sagte, es sei auf seinem Weg - ein paar Minuten. Bei 5.45 ( 2 Stunden vor unserem Flug und beginnen, sich immer mehr besorgt zu fühlen) fragten wir, ob er jagen könnte. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt schien er wenig Interesse zu haben und begann, seine Arme umzurollen und zu sagen, nichts mit ihm zu tun, er vermietete nur Zimmer und es gab ”kein Manager” zu reden. Entschuldigung, es war mit ihm zu tun, da das Hotel ein Taxi vereinbart hatte. Er sagte dann, er könnte einen von irgendwo anders bekommen - keine Ahnung, warum er das nicht getan hat und ich sagte, ich kümmere mich nicht, wo er es hat, solange wir einen direkt weg haben, da wir jetzt in Gefahr waren, unsere Flugzeuge zu verpassen - er wusste, dass wir bereits eine Annullierung der Vorheriges Tag und es ist enttäuschend, dass es keine Verständnis oder Verantwortungsgefühl gab. Wir haben endlich um 6 Uhr einen Taxi und Glück machte unser Flug, aber nicht dank dieser Person.

The hotel itself i would rate a 3/5 at this point. not really the greatest place for a long stay, no dresser/storage to put your belongings. Front desk was very helpful though. So they are a 4/5 housekeeping a 5/5 so far, very helpful and showed up promptly when needed. however the attached restaurant is a perfect 10 out of 5, the food was excellent and our waiter Ionel was by far the best we have ever had. It's our 1st trip to Italy and 1st restaurant experience in Italy. Ionel made it a memorable experience, one we won't ever forget. He was very courteous, kind and extremely helpful. Ionel has certainly set the bar for other waiters, he will be a tough one to beat. Thank you Ionel for your friendliness and your kindness, it was greatly appreciated 💯

Insgesamt OK, die Lage des Hotels ist in der Stadt, das Personal ist sehr professionell und höflich. Eine Frage ist, dass die Isolierung zu schlecht ist. Eine Münze im oberen Zimmer fallen kann klar auf dem Boden hören. Außerdem ist die Tür zu schließen und die Blockade des Gebäudes. Es ist immer noch empfohlen.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city center but it is very convenient if one is traveling by car. To arrive to downtown one needs around 15 minutes on foot. Fine for us. One can see that it had been a very elegant place, unfortunately right now needs renovation. Some things of our room were not in good condition. The heating system was not working properly but fortunately the people from the reception sent someone to fix it. We had too a little inconvenient with some kids that were making a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. Again the problem was solved. It would say that the most outstanding offer of the hotel is the helpfulness and friendliness of some people in the reception area .There is a guy who is fantastic and I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name. The breakfast was ok. Investing some money to renovating it would be a fantastic idea!!!
