We stayed here for 6 nights as my husband was attending the Parkinson’s centre nearby. Our room was comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard. The shower was very small but powerful. Once we were given a remote control for the air conditioning the room was kept cool ( although we somehow managed to stop it working twice!) The efficient Mauro rectified the problem. The family that own the hotel are lovely and Mauro was able to speak English as was the lovely waitress who translated the menu for us very patiently. Food was delicious and the swimming pool an added bonus. We will be back next September

Ein schöner, romantischer, entspannter Ort mit schönem, freundlichem, verbrauchsgemäß professionellem Personal. Unser Blickraum war perfekt, hatte alles, was man wünscht, und wurde unverändert von dem Reinigungspersonal gehalten. Unser Aufenthalt wurde von allen hart arbeitenden Hotelpersonal, Barpersonal und Rezeptoren, einschließlich der schönen Schwestern Julia, Elena, und Cecilia, Raffela, Mauro und Raoul, die uns am Klavier am letzten Abend nach dem Dienst abend verabschieden us Francecorta, der leckere lokale Wein. Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage im Hotel Ulivi in Paratico verbracht. Das Auto kann man sofort, wenn man ankommt, in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Einige (genügend) Parkplätze sind für die Hotelbesucher reserviert. Wir wurden von allen Mitarbeiterinnen des Hotels sehr freundlich empfangen und man zeigte uns unser sehr schönes Zimmer (Parterre mit Garten), mit sehr kurzem Weg zum hoteleigenen Pool. Das Frühstück lässt absolut nichts zu wünschen übrig. Beim Buffet ist alles dabei, was man sich zum Frühstück nur vorstellen kann. Dazu lässt man sich jeden Tag etwas einfallen um, sowohl das Herzhafte, als auch das Süße, abwechslungsreich zu gestalten. Als besonderes Highlight haben wir die frischen Honigwaben empfunden. Bei Kaffee und Tee kann man sich selbst bedienen, bei Wünschen wie Cappuccino oder Espresso braucht man nur kurz Bescheid zu sagen und man bekommt diesen an den Tisch gebracht. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aller Mitarbeiterinnen ist im Hotel Ulivi ebenfalls besonders hervorzuheben. Der Aussenbereich und der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt und auf unserer Seite hat man entweder Garten oder Balkon am Zimmer. Der Zimmerservice macht ebenfalls einen sehr guten Job. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag wieder aufs Neue super sauber. Kurz zusammengefasst: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an Alle! Macht weiter so!

As soon as we arrived and parked easily in the allocated parking outside the hotel we felt calm and relaxed . We were greeted with courtesy and charm . All staff were superb and special mention must go to Orietta who is very helpful ,friendly and gives such helpful advice about evening restaurants and things to do . We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake . It was spacious modern and spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and excellent shower . Breakfasts were an array of tasty local produce . Pisogne is peaceful and quiet . We ate at Trani trattoria and La Curt restaurant and went back to both as they were so lovely . The hotel is a short easy walk into the town centre ( about 10 minutes ) We rarely needed to use the car . The hotel provides tasty salad lunches and drinks served on the terrace overlooking the pool . We would certainly recommend this hotel and an idyllic little town.
