Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte, ma è bastata per cogliere lo spirito di ospitalità di tutto il personale, che con molto garbo e professionalità ci ha fatto sentire "a casa", complimenti a tutto lo staff e alla struttura dimostratasi per pulizia all'altezza delle sue stelle.

Das komplette Hotel ist es sehr noble und neuwertig das gilt für alle Räume. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außergewöhnlich und besonders herausstellen möchten wir den erfahrenen Service, der jederzeit eher fünf Sternen statt vier Sternen entsprach. Die Gegend kann man in jede Richtung schnell erkunden: in Bergamo ist man in 1 Stunde sie lädt zum wandern, biken, Motorrad fahren uvm. ein. Es sind nur wenige geh Minuten bis an den See. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder hinfahren

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Die Investitionen in das Hotel ziehen sich durch alle Räume und den Poolbereich. Dies scheint noch nicht so lange her zu sein. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und den außergewöhnlichen Service des gesamten Personals. Hier wird einem wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen und das trotz Maske 😀 Sowas haben wir in Jahrzehnten des Reisens nicht erlebt und ist es ist einem fünf Sterne plus Hotel würdig. Zimmer 207 mit Seeblick sehr empfehlenswert! In 5 Minuten ist man unten am zentralen Ortsplatz und kann alle Aktivitäten auch rund um das Hotel strategisch gut von hier in Angriff nehmen wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das ganze Hotel mit der Einrichtung und dem liebevollen Service sehr empfehlen!

Am Hang 10 min. zu Fuß vom See, man sollte nicht "fußkrank" sein. Blick auf den See von der Terrasse aus, wo man auch das Frühstück einnimmt. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal - hatte den Tankverschluss nach dem Tanken offen gelassen und wurde nachts im Zimmer dazu angerufen und zum Auto begleitet. Hotel liegt in einer Sackgasse, freie Parkplätze davor. Der kleine Pool ist etwas für Familien mit Kindern, richtig schwimmen kann man im Iseo See. Gutes Frühstück nach europäischem Standard und feine süße Teilchen.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. This is a small hotel with stylish and comfortable public areas including a pool with loungers. The staff were fantastic, always happy to help and were friendly without being obtrusive. Our room had a lovely balcony with a view of the lake. Would recommend

As soon as we arrived and parked easily in the allocated parking outside the hotel we felt calm and relaxed . We were greeted with courtesy and charm . All staff were superb and special mention must go to Orietta who is very helpful ,friendly and gives such helpful advice about evening restaurants and things to do . We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake . It was spacious modern and spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and excellent shower . Breakfasts were an array of tasty local produce . Pisogne is peaceful and quiet . We ate at Trani trattoria and La Curt restaurant and went back to both as they were so lovely . The hotel is a short easy walk into the town centre ( about 10 minutes ) We rarely needed to use the car . The hotel provides tasty salad lunches and drinks served on the terrace overlooking the pool . We would certainly recommend this hotel and an idyllic little town.

Delightful small boutique hotel in a great location with fabulously helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun was a great way to start the day. There is a bike room which was useful. The short walk down to Pisogne was pleasant and there are some great cafes and restaurants there.

This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the world. Unlike the busier lakes this area is very gentle and tranquil. The hotel is quietly elegant. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast ample. My only suggestion would be to include a few variations on the egg options ! Orietta and her team are simply lovely. They are kind and warm and extremely happy to give suggestions as to where to go and do. Every single one of them was spot on. One everlasting memory would be cycling in the nearby nature reserve, getting lost and then finding our way to Lago Moro. You can rent e-bikes from the hotel itself. Such a treat!!

This is a four star hotel with a five star service. We stayed here for five nights and can't wait to come back. The hotel is nicely located on the slope down to the village, which gives you a fantastic view over the lake and the mountains. It's only a short walk (5-10 minutes) down to the waterfront. The selection at breakfast is not large, but it is top quality and includes what you want for brekfast. Worth mentioning is also the hotel's resturant. It serves very tasty and delicate dishes typical of the region for a very reasonable price.
