I just wanted to take a moment to write and say thank you for such a wonderful stay. From the minute we walked in the door we were greeted by fantastic staff. From the bellman to the girl who checked us in a the desk. I cannot remember her name now; I am sorry! Giorgia Belletta had interacted with me via email prior to my arrival and she was nice enough to come out to the desk and meet me when we arrived! That was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was perfect and conveniently located. It was also spacious for our family of 4. Thank you as well for the lovely arrival gift that was in our room. The Concierge Staff was phenomenal. We just loved talking with Paolo and Vicenzo. They were so helpful, professional, interesting to speak with, and provided us with great restaurant lists. We loved every dinner we had in Florence (we ate twice at Osteria di Giovanni, once at Il Profeta, and once at Berbere). The list and descriptions were so helpful. We appreciated their adivce with car rentals, as well as booking our reservation for the Uffizi Gallery. Please send our regards from Montana to them. We thank you all for contributing to our wonderful trip to Italy. We will cherish the memories of your hotel and city of Florence.

We booked this hotel as a treat for a special wedding anniversary ( which was not even mentioned/ recognised by the team at all.) . Though a pre arrival email did add in a ‘ romantic dinner’ ( no explanation why ) that we didn’t request for 100 euros ! Em… no thank you ! I travel extensively and stay in many 4/ 5 star hotels . Sadly DP did not deliver ! The most alarming thing is that I emailed my feedback directly to the hotel on the day of our departure and still have not received a response. That says to me ‘ we really don’t care ‘ …. The good… stunning building / good room ( tho small bathroom ) and some nice customer service moments, housekeeping lady was fab and front of house staff were mainly helpful and pleasant The bad… breakfast on our first day , we were ignored for 3/4 minutes, had to ask for our table to be laid . There was just one waiter . Uncleared tables , no scrambled eggs . Had to ask for more . If you wanted ‘ additional ‘ breakfast items like poached eggs / omelette this was an extra charge . A bit ridiculous when the only offer of hot food was bacon and scrambled eggs which were hard / cold or none existent !,, !! This is suppose to be 5 star…. Well it was THE worst breakfast offering/ experience I have experienced . The were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room . There no atmosphere in “ the bar “ and definitely not somewhere I would want to have dinner … actually I didn’t see anyone in bar / restaurant apart from breakfast time. I wish you could have done much better DP …you definitely under delivered in terms of our customer experience and your lack of response says it all . We loved Florence and will definitely return to the city but will not be returning to Dimora Palanca or recommending it .

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ufer des Flusses Arno. Der Haupteingang des Hotels befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem französischen Konsulat. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Platz. Sie können Ihr Auto vorübergehend parken und am Wochenende kleine Märkte eröffnen. Fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Flussufer entlang befindet sich die Uffizien, Alte Brücke! Das im Raum geöffnete Fenster befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Baihua-Kathedrale, dem Glockenturm von Giotto, und die Kirche kann mit vollem Blick auf die Kirche geöffnet werden. Die linke alte Brücke und die rechte Holy Trinity Bridge, die Aussicht ist ausgezeichnet! Die Bettwäsche ist bequem, der Raumbereich ist in Italien relativ groß, klassisch und luxuriös. Die einzige Unzufriedenheit war, dass die Buchungsgebühr eindeutig das Geld für das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss war, aber die Rezeption sagte, dass die Reservierung nur für ein Superior-Zimmer war. Aber höflich und altmodisch zugleich, denn ich betonte, dass es keinen Sinn hätte, hier zu leben, wenn es kein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss gäbe. Die Rezeption sagte, es tut mir leid, dass das Zimmer voll war, und ich könnte auf das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss auf dem Balkon der Verwaltungsetage upgraden, wenn ich 200 Euro hinzufügen würde. Nachdem ich meine Unzufriedenheit zum Ausdruck gebracht hatte, bat ich sie, eine Weile an der Rezeption zu warten, zwang sie aber auch, das Zimmer noch einmal zu überprüfen, und bekam schließlich dieses Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss ohne Nachschub! Ich weiß nicht, ob dies der Fall ist, es ist Ctrip oder die Hotelroutine.

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar - inmitten der wunderschönen Altstadt von Florenz und in Gehweite zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück auf der Terasse war köstlich. Alle Restaurantempfehlungen und Buchungen perfekt und Eintrittskarten und Tour Guide perfekt organisiert. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt im Hotel The Place!”

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

I arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice. There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know. My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure. I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable. The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it! The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there. No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it. TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me. Lifts are efficient.

Das ist ein schönes, sauberes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen und Lage und einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück. Es hat eine sehr traditionelle Dekoration, mit einem modernen Badezimmer. Unser Zimmer war genügend angenehm, aber das Fenster sah eine Wand an und hatte riesige Schließfächer, die wir nicht öffnen konnten. Daher war im Zimmer kaum natürliches Licht. Ich fand auch das Personal etwas unfreundlich, vor allem auf dem Rezeption. Es gab keinen Grüß, wenn Sie vorbei gingen, und sie scheinen etwas konservative - nicht die übliche Freundlichkeit, die Sie auf einem Rezeption erwartet hätten. Das Frühstückspersonal war viel schöner. Ich mag dieses Hotel, aber ein wenig Freundlichkeit und ein Lächeln gehen eine lange Straße und hätte unseren Aufenthalt verbessert.

Die Lage des Zimmers ist gut, im Stadtgebiet kann das Zimmer als großes, sehr schönes Hotel angesehen werden! Die Lobby des Hotels ist sehr stilvoll. Das Frühstücksumfeld ist auch gut! Die Aufteilung des Zimmers, eine dreiköpfige Familie, wird während des Aufenthalts nicht überfüllt sein! Das Kinderbett befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Raumes. Guter Platz, drei Koffer fühlen sich nicht zu voll an! Das Badezimmer ist nicht klein, das Duschbad ist sehr interessant, es ist flexibel und versenkbar! Die Klimaanlage des Hotels ist etwas heiß und die Klimaanlage ist ausgeschaltet, aber es fühlt sich immer noch etwas heiß an! Alles andere ist in Ordnung! Sehr kostengünstiges Hotel.

I am not writing this type of reviews often, but unfortunately this time I have to in order to reflect the reality about this hotel. Prior to this hotel we stayed at another hotel in Rome also 4-star that we really enjoyed (price level and distance from city center was similar). Firstly, I would like to point out that this hotel, even though it has 4 stars, cannot be considered to be a European-level 4-star hotel at all, at maximum a refurbished 3-star hotel. Given the price and its location, I would like to tell you straight, it is quite expensive for what you get, especially given the further circumstances described below. Secondly, I have not read many negative reviews regarding the noise level, but would like to shed some light on that. Even though we asked for a quiet room, we got the room facing the hotel parking and front road. I cannot say that there was a lot of noise from the road, but you could definitely hear cars from the road. But the biggest problem is the noise insultaion, or more precisely its complete absence. We could hear our neighbours talking in the other room like they were in our room. Our neighbours were awake until late night and we could hear them receiving messages while chatting on the phone and it seemed like the phone was vibrating each time near your ear. There was also noise from outside and other neighbours (it was partially not clear where it was coming from), so overall an awful experience also given the fact that each room has roller blinds and some people are using them at night and each time you can hear the mechanism working (it is quite loud). When people flush in other rooms, it sounds like it starts raining heavily. To sum up, insulation is really bad. Thirdly, the room was furbished at the level of refurbished 3-star hotel, the old hairdriers from the 20th century, only one card key, thus you cannot leave the AC on when you leave the room. Room was not ventilated at all once we arrived, so it was very hot to sleep and smell was not very pleasant. Breakfast at the level of 3-star hotel maximum and they do not let people finish their breakfast telling at 9:55am that you have to leave in 5 minutes since the breakfast time ends at 10am. As a cherry on the tart, when we were leaving we were told that the water in the room was not complimentary when we arrived, even though we did not found anywhere information with pricing of water in the room. When I asked where we could find price list for water in the room, as I belive it should be clearly placed in a visible spot, the person at reception firstly insulted us in Italian (not knowing that we speak Italian) and then just answered arrogantly ”it is in the room”, showing that he does not want to speak with us. Unbelievable and unacceptable behaviour from staff, you are paying them for being treated in such a manner... Overall, I understand that Florence is an expensive and crowded city, but in this instance when we unfortunately had only extremely negativ

I Sleep B&B is absolutely fantastic! First, owner and operator, Clarissa is an exceptional hostess. The pride she has in her establishment and caring for her guests is evidenced by all her attention to detail. Clarissa is always ready to help with reservations, directions, and recommendations which she copiously writes down for you to have in hand when you go out for your day in Florence. She made several reservations for us before our arrival through messaging with us. Her willingness to help you using text messaging was amazing and went above and beyond any innkeeper we have encountered. The food choices for breakfast were plentiful and delicious! The entire property is spotless. There is a wonderful terrace to have breakfast and start your day well. Clarissa is kind, gracious, efficient, and personable. I Sleep B&B has a few other perks. It is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the main train station. Right next door is a laundromat and affordable laundry service. Two good restaurants are just 5 minutes away, Antica Trattoria Il Giuardino on Via della Scala and Trattoria dall ‘Oste. Clarissa maintains an English TV station (39). It’s a marvelous place!

Zimmerreinigung: Gut Klangbewertung: Verbesserungsbedarf Bett : Gut Wäscherei : Arm - für das Zwillingezimmer, Wasser aus dem Duschebereich leckte, wenn dusche. Beide Toiletten haben keinen Haken/Haken für Kleidung und es gibt keine Wandbefestigung in der Dusche Platz für unsere Shampoos, wir haben keine Wahl, sondern auf den kleinen Stuhl in der Toilette. Auch im Einzugsgebiet gibt es nicht viel Platz für die Anbringung von Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta. Frühstück: Eingeschlossen. Das Essen ist geräumig und es gibt mehr Vielfalt. Der Hammer und die Pandecken sind lecker.

We liked the location. In 15-20 minutes, you're in Piazza del Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and many other attractions. We loved how clean the hotel it was. They came and changed the towels/made up the beds every day, which is a lot more than any 4* hotels usual offer. We liked the fact that there was parking for free, although we arrived at the hotel late in the evening they still had parking spaces available ( this is a great location and to find a hotel like this with free parking it's an absolute bargain). The breakfast was very nice, they had a very good choice from cheese, mini mozzarellas, ham, boiled eggs , yoghurts, croissants etc. The 2 ladies at breakfast were very nice and friendly. We had our 2 years old daughter running around and they were very understanding and patient. I saw in the previous reviews that someone said the shower was small. Personally, I think that's a bit unfair. The shower was absolutely fine, and the pressure was very good. They even give you shower caps. We liked that the mattress was quite firm, great for the posture and the pillows not too high ( both very comfortable) . Also, I liked the fact there was a mini fridge, very useful as we have a little girl, and it was perfect to keep things cool. We really liked the hotel, and we'd go back in the future. The only thing I would have liked better would have been a room that's on the same floor with the lifts. We had a baby, pram, 2 big cases, rucksack, and we had to go down a big set of steps, which was a little challenging with all our stuff. Also, we didn't like there were some noisy ladies talking quite loudly until midnight outside their room on the corridor ( this is not the hotel's fault, though just inconsiderate people). Everything else was great! Thank you, Hotel Golf. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll be back next time we're in Firenze.

Wir blieben 3 Nächte im April, das Hotel war sauber, komfortabel, ruhig und komfortabel. Das Personal war wunderschön ohne Ausnahme. Jeder von der Frontdesk bis zum Frühstückspersonal und Zimmerservice war freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass wir sehr willkommen fühlen. Unser Zimmer war hinter dem Hotel (204) mit einem Balkon, der eine angenehme Überraschung war. Die Aussicht war nichts Besonderes, da es die Hintertür anderer Eigenschaften übersehen, aber es war schön und komfortabel und sehr schön. Es gibt einen Spa, der Sie für Ihren exklusiven Gebrauch buchen können. Dies ist manchmal in Ihrem Deal enthalten, sonst ist es jeweils 25 Euro für 50 Minuten und gut wert. Die Aussicht vom Dach oben ist großartig und Sie können einen Drink aus der Rezeption und nehmen Sie es dort oder sogar Ihre eigene Flasche Wein! Frühstückszentren hauptsächlich auf Gewürze, Obst und Fleisch. Es gibt eine “hot” Option von Eiern und Bacon, aber ist nur immer warm am besten. Allerdings sind die Herden sehr schön und mehr als genug verfügbar. Es muss auch die bequemste Reise, die ich je von Flughafen zu Hotel erlebt habe! Aus dem Flughafen wechseln links und gehen zum Zugstopp etwa eine Minute entfernt. Nehmen Sie den T2 Zug nach UNITA und gehen Sie ab bei Rosselli. Das ist es! , es dauert etwa 20 Minuten und wenn die t4am verlässt Sie werden dem Hotel gegenüberstehen. Es kostet 1.50 Euro jedes. Sie können die Tickets auf der Tramplattform kaufen, aber ich würde den Hudson-Shop besuchen, wie andere hier erwähnt haben und sie dort zu bekommen, da es eine Warteschlange gibt, um Ihre Ticket auf der Plattform zu bekommen. Vergessen Sie nicht, es in die Maschine zu schleifen, um es zu validieren, wenn Sie an Bord. Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß für die “Dome” im Zentrum und ca. 25 Minuten bis zu den Brücken am Fluss. Es gibt einige hervorragende Restaurants wie Casa Ciabattini und Osteria Vecchio Cancellous innerhalb von 6/7 Minuten zu Fuß, von denen ich beide sehr empfehlen würde. Ich würde nicht zögern, zurückzukehren.

Но шумно с улицы, спать лучше в берушах. Есть лифт. Но есть очень большой минус. Код от домофона, как заходить в квартиру, где ключи и другую регистрацию о заезде дают ТОЛЬКО после оплаты городского налога КАРТОЙ (union pay не работает), при этом наличные не принимают(!), на встречу не идут. Процесс регистрации проходит по интернету через сайт, где непросто все заполнить. Никого из персонала нет! Сам как хочешь, так и выкручивайся.

Beide Toiletten haben keinen Haken/Haken für Kleidung und es gibt keine Wandbefestigung in der Dusche Platz für unsere Shampoos, wir haben keine Wahl, sondern auf den kleinen Stuhl in der Toilette. Auch im Einzugsgebiet gibt es nicht viel Platz für die Anbringung von Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta. Frühstück: Eingeschlossen. Das Essen ist geräumig und es gibt mehr Vielfalt. Der Hammer und die Pandecken sind lecker.
