This was a trip for a family funeral. It served our needs well. I had stayed there 4 years ago. It doesn’t seem like it has been kept up very well - definitely sighs of aging.
There was an advertised “dinner” in the lobby in the early evening; it was chicken nuggets, iceberg lettuce with dressing, and potato chips. I think a “happy hour” with things like chips/salsa, cheese/crackers, veggies/dip might be more appealing.
The breakfast was better than expected - the best we’ve seen since our limited travels the past pandemic years. Wasn’t fancy, but it was ok.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
A serviceable hotel, at a reasonable cost.

So there was a sewer smell in our room and the front desk lady would not do anything about it. She just kept repeating how she isn't housekeeping or maintenance over and over. Finally after she told us they were completely booked she said there was a block of rooms available that we could switch to. It was just very frustrating that she lied about there being no rooms to switch to, she couldn't refund us, or call maintenance or a manager. I had to ask for the managers number and then this block of rooms suddenly appeared. The second room was perfect, but I'll never come back to this place because of the horrendous customer service. I had my four year old daughter with, no way was I going to stay in a room that smelled like sewer.

The location was great, however the property is a bit run down in my opinion. We tried to use the pull out sofa bed for my son but the mattress was completely stained up. We had a couple blood stains on the one bed's sheets as well. The breakfast hours were not as convenient as other hotels as it ended at 9 AM. My son went down a few minutes after 9 AM and was told the waffle maker was shut down and done. Front desk staff was very friendly and we love that the property was pet friendly. The pool area is decent, but the pool water was very cold and not enjoyable.

The bathroom had mold in the corner of the bathtub and on the floor. There were stains on the countertop. It was extremely noisy, we were in the fourth floor.

Property was dirty and noisy, we were placed in the west wing, as they call it. You can hear everything in rooms around you. Not like in the main building. Different excuse why things were sub par. Bathrooms on main floor out side of pool area and breakfast area. Kleenex and toilet paper on the floor. Sofa dirty in our room. Poor water pressure. Tile floor dirty on the main floor between buildings. It took 2 1/2 days for clothing in hall floor to be picked up. Pool and hot tub were cooler than normal. Grandkids were very cold and would not go in past knees. Hot tube was warm at best.

Check in is at 3. We got there at 3:15 and the line was back out the door of people trying to get checked in. Finally it's pushing 4pm and I finally get to the desk after waiting in line where I'm informed that the King size room that I reserved was NOT available and if I want a king room that I will have to wait further for one to cleaned. We waited in the lobby... Finally got our room and had the worst night sleep ever. The sheets were extreme low quality. The pillows were rock hard.
Went down to try and enjoy the hot tub and was swarmed by children, splashing and kicking. No available towels.
Then the noise in the hallways... Kids running up and down the hall, slamming doors the parent yelling after them starting at 5am.
Worst hotel stay of my life.

This property is going downhill ever since Wyndham took it over. I had stayed at this hotel for 15 years and I don’t think I will stay here again. Where the tub meets the tile the caulking was full of mold. It needs to be completely removed and redone at this point.
