Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt. D.h. man muss vor der Medina parken, ein zufällig anwesender Hotelpage zeigt den kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das war mit etwas Stress verbunden! - Feines Hotel, sehr ruhig. Freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer relativ klein, aber geschmackvoll. Problem war dass die Klimaanlage zu schwach war und nur zentral gesteuert wurde. So entfernten wir die Bettdecken und schliefen unter dem Bettlaken, ansonsten wäre es zu warm gewesen. Schönes & gepflegtes Bad. - Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl. Leider vergaß der Service unsere Bestellung der Eier. - Abendessen war guter Durchschnitt. Der Service auch hier überfordert, stets bemüht aber für eine Hotel mit diesem Anspruch nicht gut. - Alles in allem etwas überteuert mit kleinem Zimmer und passablen Service.

Das Beste Haus am Platz, für mich aber zu angestaubt und alt, ein wenig zu teuer für ein Classic DZ Gerne wieder ab 70 Aufwärts…. Personal freundlich, Hotelmanager erkundigt sich persönlich, ob alles in Ordnung ist.- sehr schön. Nach einer Nacht vorzeitig zurück nach Marrakesh. - Aufmerksamkeit mitbekommen Plätzchen & Wasser für die Fahrt, sehr nett. Im August nicht zu empfehlen, wofür das Hotel selbstverständlich nichts kann, zu viele Menschen.

We did a tour of Morocco. We stayed in many remarkable places. You should read the entire sequence of our reviews. We got amazing service at every accommodation we stayed at in Morocco. A unique Hotel on our Moroccan tour. It was the least expensive hotel we stayed in. But once again, by world standards it is a TripAdvisor 5 star. It is in a fishing village. It was the best room, in the best hotel in the village. Nonetheless, by Morocco standards, it was the humblest room we stayed in. But it is at least as good as any other suite you have stayed in.

Absolutely perfect. Stunning. The location, the settings, the elegant classy luxurious interior decor, the calm, the personnel, the food, the service, the boutique shop, the magnificent suite, the rooftop pool and restaurant and especially the Director who took time to communicate with his guests ...... It was such a pleasure and joy to stay in this Riad for 2 nights. Wonderful unforgettable souvenir. Thank you to the kind efficient staff and to Mr Molle, the Director for allowing us to have such a gorgeous stay.

Avoid rooms near the Medina entrance if you’re a lite sleeper or enjoy the view and use white noise. Rooms are lavish and well stocked, mine had a tub and shower, views onto courtyard are beautiful, musicians in courtyard and restaurant. The terrace has a variety of seating (covered and not), nice pool. Be prepared for alot of wind, so close to the shore. Friendly staff, many know English well enough, some are fluent. Check out L’Petit Spa!

Lovely staff and hotel but if you want peace there isn’t any . It’s sooooo noisy ALL the time . I gave it a 4 but would probably do 3.5 based on that . Staff were fantastic . Food was great . Pool area a bit flat lacking atmosphere but it was so windy and chilly anyway . So if you’re not noise sensitive go for it !

Nicely located and comfortable with super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We also very much enjoyed the dinner experience and breakfast buffet. The room was comfortable and pleasantly decorated, including a nice fireplace. The only negative was that the shower was a bit small. The rooftop pool was nice, but it was too windy to use during our stay. As with so much of Morocco, the hospitality and service commitment of the staff was the real highlight!

This wasn't our first choice in Essaouira, but it should have been. Picked up by the porter just outside the Bab. The drive from Marrakech took about 3 hours. Lovely welcome amongst water and plants. My room was very nice on the first floor, but my two sons on the second was even better. It was a big suite. Breakfast was excellent, (we ate out in Essaouira each evening), do try the local places.. All the staff were very friendly and provided Casablanca beer whenever requested! Great place to stay and easy to walk around Essaouira. I would stay again.

Beautiful palace in the heart of the Medina. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms set around a central courtyard. The roof terrace is an incredible place to relax after sightseeing. Breakfast also very good. Would definitely recommend as a great place to spend a couple of nights.
