Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

Room was decent and nice (maybe mattress could be softer). PC works nicely and generally had no major issues. Just take note that it works similarly to PC Cafes where you will need to login to your accounts to access the games

Ich musste endlich versuchen, in einem LOFT zu übernachten. Die beiden 1,8-Betten waren sauber und komfortabel. Sie waren sorgfältig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Rutsche und das Ozeanballbecken machten meinen Kindern große Freude und die Leinwandprojektion war sehr günstig. Viele der Artikel sind sehr durchdacht und neben sterilisierten Artikeln gibt es auch Einwegartikel. Obwohl ich es nicht gewohnt bin, diese Art von Warmwasserbereiter zu benutzen, ist es in Ordnung, wenn ich mich damit auskenne. Als der Duschanschluss kaputt war, kam der Meister schnell, um das Problem zu lösen. Ein sehr zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Ohne weitere Umschweife habe ich zu Ihrer Information sorgfältig Fotos gemacht.

這次出行和閨蜜選了這家的雙床房，住完直接封神！必須來好好誇一誇！ 首先床品真的絕了！兩張1.5米的大床寬敞又舒服，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭是那種蓬鬆又有支撐的，我倆每天出門暴走回來，沾床就能睡着，完全沒有住酒店常見的腰痠背痛。床品都是乾乾淨淨的，帶着淡淡的清香，細節控表示超滿意！ 房間空間超夠用，兩張床之間的距離很寬，不會互相打擾，中間的小茶几剛好用來放零食和護膚品。窗邊還有個小沙發，晚上我倆窩在那兒聊天、刷劇，別提多愜意了。 衞生間乾濕分離做得超棒，熱水來得快而且水温穩定，洗漱台鏡子超大，化粧卸粧都很方便。房間裏空調、WiFi、充電口一應俱全，WiFi網速超快，追劇打遊戲都不卡頓。 性價比這麼高的雙床房真的少見，下次來還住這兒，已經推薦給身邊要出行的朋友啦！

Good hotel. Very clean and just by the roadside. Next to the hotel is McDonald and a small shopping mall which has supermarket. Can grab a quick fruits or water to drink. The staff of the hotel are very nice despite language barrier still willing to translate and help. The hotel also can do late Check Out, need to pay 20 yuan for every hour. We stayed until 5 PM due to night flight. The room service also cleans the room everyday and fresh towels and clean bins. Great hotel.

Positive: Very nice and helpful people working in the hotel. The room was clean and they are quite big. The location is not central but it’s easy enough to go to the center, plus in the area there are plenary of restaurants. They have a common kettle. Negative: If you book a room without private toilet, expect no shower and a hole in the ground as a toilet. We had to upgrade the room for shower and toilet which makes it a little bit overpriced.

Die Kinder waren begeistert, und die Familie war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel besticht durch sein wunderschönes Ambiente, geräumige Zimmer, elegante Einrichtung und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch die Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch, denn das Restaurant hat bis 20 Uhr geöffnet. Im Winter ist der Hotelgarten der perfekte Ort zum Spielen im Schnee; die Familie und die Kinder könnten dort problemlos Tage verbringen, ohne sich zu langweilen. Es gibt auch einen großen Kinderspielplatz, dessen Hygiene allerdings etwas zu wünschen übrig ließ, vermutlich aufgrund geringer Besucherzahlen und mangelhafter Organisation. Dieses Hotel wird bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Harbin definitiv unsere erste Wahl sein.

哈爾濱來過無數次了，這次入住的房間出乎意料的好，不衹是出行非常方便，離西站非常近，坐地鐵去哪裡都便捷，逛了早市，去了731遺址，吃了美食…… 關鍵房間入住簡單，面積夠大，寬敞舒服，室內設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機麻將機都有，大屏幕看電視還是電影很清晰，非常滿意👍，下次來一定多住幾天！
