Je vais commencer par la chambre :
- très petite avec une douche sale et non nettoyée, un robinet de douche qui nous reste dans la main, impossible de refermer l'eau pendant la douche. Lit grand mais on sent les ressors. Lumière de la cle toute la nuit et lumière du couloir que l'on apercoit a travers la porte.
L'hôtel:
- Les femmes de Menage sont impolies: elles passent l'aspirateur à 7H30 du matine en parlant très fort à leurs collegues.
- l'emplacement est très bien, juste a côté des vestiges d'herculanum.
- très belle decoration des espaces communs dont vue sur mer pour la salle du petit déjeuner.
- Un ascenseur qui met 10min pour monter au premier étage.
Le petit déjeuner:
- juste 30 minutes pour un simple chocolat chaud qu'il faut demander 5 fois. Nous avions pourtant pré-rempli une fiche avec nos envies pour le petit déjeuner, a quoi bon. On arrive a l'heure dite on nous dit il n'y a plus rien. La vaisselle est sale, le personnel leve les yeux au ciel quand on en parle. Seule la dame de l'accueil a su nous recevoir, le Mr de l'accueil le matin a pris a la légère nos remarques notamment concernant un cafard á l'accueil.
En conclusion, vous voulez dormir le matin, prendre une bon petit déjeuner ne venez pas ici.

L'hotel Herculaneum è situato proprio di fronte all'entrata degli scavi di Ercolano, vicino alla stazione della circumvesuviana, comodissimo per gli ospiti che intendono visitare l'antica Ercolano. Noi avevamo prenotato una camera doppia, ma ci hanno omaggiato un upgrade, facendoci alloggiare in una tripla molto ampia. La camera è pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che occorre e così il bagno, con tanti asgiugamani e una doccia grande.
La colazione, soddisfacente, dolce e salata, viene servita in una bella sala vista mare e scavi. La sera prima occorre comunicare l'orario prescelto ed i cibi che si gradiscono, compilando una scheda, penso a causa delle restrizioni Covid. Vicino all'hotel vi sono moltissimi bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e negozi di vario genere per ogni necessità. In conlusione, un ottimo soggiorno in una location gradevole e non cara. Il personale è molto cortese e preparato. Sicuramente un bel soggiorno da consigliare.

Staying in Ercolano and at this hotel was a very fortunate decision.Driving to Ercolano to stay, we were driving and avoided any confusing traffic. (We chose a, January visit which was a really good idea.)
This hotel has parking a block away, which you arrange by contacting the front desk staff. They are friendly, helpful and speak English well.
The hotel is directly across Hurculaneum! Our room (201)looked over the front gates.
Clean hotel, not fancy schmancy, but comfortable. Excellent price, and of course, off-season.
I ssuggest staying a few days... Hurculaneum one day, and train to metro to Naples and the Archaeological Museum. Train station is an 8 minute walk away, and takes you to Garibaldi/Central station, with Metro L1 to stop Museo. ( Metro was beautifully clean).
Hotel also has beautiful outside area for breakfast and lounging, but didn't relax long enough to enjoy. Next time!

The room was very small. Could barely walk around the bed and was worn. Frig didn't cool. Not what we expected from photos. The front desk lady was rude. The maid and food service staff were great and the breakfast was nice. The location right across from the ruins was perfect. Noisy at night with fireworks. It had lots of stairs and no view.

The property itself was fine. A bit outdated and older. Overall perfect for what we needed. Not the cleanest place and the area was not very busy and not well lit at night. It did not feel unsafe though. The area was not easy to get around without a car.
My biggest issue is with ******* as what we booked was not what we recieved at the site and ended up having to pay more than we already paid because our booking didn't match the actual property.
