A real mixed bag here, the location is good and the rooms are large, clean, beds comfortable and the ac works well. The staff are friendly. Those are the positives. The food, breakfast in particular is atrocious for a hotel in this price range the restaurant staff idle about playing on their phones. The rooms were cleaned very late in the day on several occasions. The internet is weak from the rooms.Whilst the front desk staff are friendly they are pretty clueless and on wanting to escalate certain issues I am told that the management are based in Puerto Princessa. With good management and a complete overhaul of the menu and some internet boosters this could be a great hotel.

I am giving this resort a 4 based on the following pros The staff were amazing friendly professionals that made you feel welcome and greeted you by name everyday The air conditioning was silent and super effective. The shower had great pressure and temperature. Room had closet for clothes Breakfast was good and changed daily And location well you can't beat beachfront! The only con's internet was horrible and tv didn't work. We stayed on the new building C201

Das Beste am Hotel sind die Aussicht und Sonnenuntergänge von der obersten Etage neben dem Pool. Das Hotel ist neu und bietet eine sehr fröhliche, frische und jugendliche A**osphäre. Viele sehr junge Mitarbeiter mit Blumenhemden, immer hilfsbereit und mit einem breiten Lächeln. Die Zimmer mit Bergblick haben keine Aussicht, nur eine weiße Wand und sonst wenig. Und wer dem Meer zugewandt ist, hat auch einen Blick auf die umliegenden Hotels und deren Dächer. Kein Zimmer gewinnt an Ausblicken, die Sie vom Pool aus genießen können. Essen ist eine gute Option und noch besser, wenn Sie einen der Tische haben, die am nächsten zum Pool liegen. Die Lage ist nicht sehr gut. Das Hotel ist das letzte am Strand und in der Umgebung gibt es nichts in der Nähe. Zwischen 5 und 10 Minuten mit dem Tuc-Tuc bis ins Zentrum von El Nido. Das Frühstück ist großartig, sehr gut und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Das einzige Manko ist, dass die Aufzüge sehr übel riechen. Obwohl es Parfümspender gibt, bleibt der Geruch bestehen. Sie nutzen die Aufzüge, um das Essen (Fisch) in das Restaurant im obersten Stockwerk zu bringen.

Ich war hier vorhin und ich bin froh, wieder zu sein! Der Tag für Tag war die Wartung unverschämt. Geteilte Badezimmer waren immer sauber. Angelo vom Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich. Er empfahl Attraktionen, die wir mit unseren Anfragen gehen können und half uns. Das Frühstück war gut. Dieser Ort ist auch in der Nähe des Bereichs mit vielen Restaurants und herrlichen Cafés.

We left on a bad note and so our review will start on a bad note! All this place cares about is soaking you for every cent your worth without regard to your happiness. Billing meals and drinks uses a system devised in the 17th century utilizing carbon paper, a pen, and pad. No computers. How could things go wrong? On our final day we received a call from the front desk confirming our early morning transport to the airport which we had already arranged and confirmed twice. We were quoted $44 for private transport to the airport at 5 am which was already way too much for the 15-minute 4.3-mile journey. Our flight left at 7 am so I was a little confused why the resort wanted to leave so early. To add to the confusion, we were quoted $26 for a private airport transfer earlier that week. So, during the phone call we confirmed the price which now was quoted at $61! I balked at this and was requoted at $53 than again at $61. I now proceeded to the front desk to find out what is going on and talked to the manager. She showed me the pricing and indeed, if you had private transport to the airport before 5 am the cost was $61. At 5 am and after, the price was $53. However, my transport was at 5 am so it should be $53. She did not agree. So I arranged for 5:15 am and she reluctantly charged us our original quote of $44. Ok, all is well now. However, I believe that the resort wanted us to leave early for the airport in order to charge us more money. We ate dinner and we had two bottles of water. We settled our tab at 8 pm due to our early departure the next day. During the settlement, I pointed out that the restaurant had not billed us for the two bottles of water, however the desk person said that they were included and pointed them out on the tab. Great all is well! At 10:30 pm while sleeping our phone rings and the same desk person says “I know your sleeping but could you come down and pay for two bottles of water which were not billed?” ***! I said no (I was so mad I actually cursed on the phone) and said I would pay the driver in the morning. Again, I was so mad I could not get back to sleep! I cannot believe a resort would wake someone for $5 which I tried to pay earlier, particularly after spending over $2,800 on our stay. Just let it go! But the money was more important than the guest’s happiness. Our room and balcony were noisy from the main highway below and was really hot and unusable in the afternoon because the sad little AC could not keep up with the direct sunlight from the balcony even with the curtains closed. No shade at the pool. The resort is super steep so if you have any mobility issues, don’t stay here. Can’t walk to town because of how steep the road is. Housekeeping locked us out twice and confiscated our key. We had to ask for coffee in our room every morning. The hardest bed ever (ouch). We had amazing experience staying at CADLAO RESORT, when we arrived they sent tuktuk for pick up and upon arrival they guided really well throughout.. they arranged nice anniversary setup in room for us . They offered free cocktails from. 3-5 pm and you can watch best view while enjoying the cocktails at restaurant. This resort has 3 pools for each room location… staff is very courteous.. rooms are comfortable.. overall we had great stay.. i will definitely recommend this for families and couples. Had one of the best times in my life with the free sunset cruise of Balai Adlao. The staff was very accommodating especially the one who went with us in the sunset ride. Sir Nokki and Sir Vlad. Truly a place I would recommend because of their staff. The sunset rude was very very relaxing and at the same time informative as well thanks to the knowledge of Sir Nokki. We also saw dolphins as well. Truly a trip to remember. They also offer free snorkeling sessions for their guests. A must try for my next visit.

Seda Leo ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, allerdings mit einigen Schwachstellen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Hotel auf hohem Standard, allerdings zeigt sich bei genaueren Hinsehen ein Abnutzung an diversen Stellen (abgestossene Kanten an Badezimmerrahmen, abgebrochene Tischecken, verschmutzte Möbel. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und der Strand ist grandios. Unschön sind hingegen Sandfliegen am Strand auf welche konsequent hingewiesen wird. Das Personal ist mehrheitlich freundlich, allerdings teils nicht besonders lösungsorientiert. Wer bspw. in einer Pool-Kabana etwas gesünderes Essen möchte als auf der Poolkarte angeboten, muss selbst in das daneben liegende Hotelrestaurant gehen und dort Essen, da das Personal der Poolbar streng die Poolkarte ohne Kompromisse umsetzt. Die Auswahl der angebotenen Speisen im Restaurant (Frühstück, Abendessen) ist relativ beständig und könnte mehr Varianten vertragen, Abwechslung für Gäste mit längeren Aufenthalten anzubieten. Ebenfalls ist das Personal des Front Office mehrheitlich freundlich, meist aber nicht entscheidungsbefugt. So muss ein Checkout mehrmals angefragt werden, Entscheiden darf aber nur der Supervisor bzw. Duty Manager. Trotz niedriger Belegung, gewährte diese („Devine“) nur eine Stunde, was für ein fünf Sterne Hotel und eine Familie mit Baby sehr enttäuschend ist. Die Servicequalität ist also eher tief mit Ausnahme des sehr freundlichen Restaurantpersonals (Maya, Ruel, Leanne, Jayson).

Diese Reise wurde am Nick der Zeit beschlossen und wir kamen gerade über dieses Resort über das Internet. Nicht alles fiel perfekt, aber die Ruhe und die Schönheit des Ortes machten unseren Aufenthalt wert zu erinnern. Dieses Resort hält die beste Sonnenunterkünfte auf der Insel. Ihre Lebensmittel und Getränkeangebote können Ihre Inselbegeisterungen übermäßig erfüllen, da es aromatisch und untagrammbar ist. Ein Ort ist kein Ort, wenn die Menschen nicht auf ihre besten sind. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Nacpan Beach Villa die besten Menschen hat, um Ihre Aufenthaltserfahrung außergewöhnlich zu machen. Es ist wert, einige der Sternen in der Art von Jonnel zu erwähnen, die unsere Buchungsarrangements uns platzlos gemacht, Marve, die uns warm willkommen heißen und unseren Aufenthalt durch alle seine ständigen Verpflichtungen und Folgemaßnahmen befreit hat, Annie und Merla, die schnell unsere Transfers und andere Bedürfnisse organisiert haben - beide Damen sind gleichermaßen erstaunlich und spektakulär. Joemar von Glamping, der auch ein Instrument war, um unsere orher Grundbedürfnisse zu bieten, als wir vor dem Restaurant wohnten und immer, wenn wir uns an die Rezeption für Hilfe näherten. Natürlich, der Operations Manager Mr. Butch, dem ich meine vielen Daumen für seine hervorragenden und unvergleichlichen Management-Bemühungen anbiete. Alles der besten Nacpan Beach Villa, Glamping und Resort Team! Sie sind der “Safe Haven” von El Nido!! Tipp: Bitte geben Sie in Ihrem Zimmer Veranda Kleidung trockener. Dies ist ein Resort und erwarten Sie, dass sich die Gäste mehrmals täglich nass bekommen.
