Ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom zentralen Strand entfernt. Der Nachteil ist, dass das Warmwasser sehr schlecht ist, es fließt entweder kaltes oder kochendes Wasser. Und schwer zu finden. Und es ist so sauber und schön.

Die Lage ist für Ausflüge sehr günstig. 50 Meter vom Ponton entfernt, eigentlich in einer Fußgängerzone. Der Nachteil ist, dass die Spülung nicht funktionierte. Es gab einen Bottich und eine Schöpfkelle. Die Klimaanlage war etwas alt und laut, aber sie hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Für eine Übernachtung ist es ok.

Budgetfreundlich für Familien, separates Schlafzimmer im Apartment! Voll ausgestattete Küche 😁 nur 30 Meter vom Bootssteg für Touren entfernt. Toller Ort, wenn Sie unabhängig bleiben möchten. Wir hatten schöne 5 Tage dort. 2 Klimaanlagen und Warmwasserbereiter.

I guess you cannot always expect for everything to be luxurious. This is more like a room inside of a house. The beach and the dock is just there but this house is located inside a humble neighborhood surrounded by other local houses. I couldn't stand the noise outside during the day, especially a man that was there working, hammering nails on a piece of roof that I actually had to open my window to tell him something. The shower wasn't working really well so I had to just shower also by using a bucket and filling it up with water. The worst thing about this is that the Wi-Fi wasn't really working even if I had to get near its router (I had to report it twice to the person that's in charge).They need to update their contact info because the one that's listed it's very hard to get ahold of somebody. I'm also leaving photos from the people you might want to contact as soon as you check in.

I was surprised by this little gem sitting right in front of the beach 1 minute away from the pier where all boats leave for island hopping. All the happening streets are just walkable distance. Can get bit noisy at night. But it didn’t when we stayed. The place is clean and nicely kept. Real value for money that we paid. I always stay in 5 star hotels. But had to stay here as there was no availabllity. But it was an experience in itself.

The superior apartment is perfect for a family. It is right by the ferry port and close to all the restaurants and shops, but is at the quiet end. The WiFi isn't the best but that was good because it meant the kids weren't on their phones all the time! The shower was either super hot or cold, but again not really a problem because who wants a hot shower in 30⁰C+ heat?? Lovely local people living near by too. We loved our stay here.

The accommodation is ok, just very basic. The internet doesn’t work and there were several power outages during my stay. The noise outside was unbearable and I couldn’t sleep at all. The owner seemed a nice enough guy.

Очень простой вариант размещения, но с идеальной локацией для посещения экскурсии по островам. Одна минута пешком до пирса эль Нидо. В номере кровать, соломенное кресло, табурет, полки и вешалка для одежды. Кондиционер оконный, шумный, но функцию свою выполняет отлично. В туалете слабый напор воды для душа, поэтому стоит ведро с ковшиком, так проще, меня это не напрягало. Хозяин этих частных апартаментов старается, есть кулер с водой, пакетики с кофе, шампунь, мыло. Уборка по запросу, смена белья раз в 3 дня, бельё хорошее, чистое. Насекомых в номере я не видел.
