Nice location, lots to do around. Different options for restaurants too. Bathrooms could use some cleaning (mildew in shower) Smelled of dog food but got room spray and it was fine. Decent price

This hotel was very easy to get to off the freeway and there were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need. Breakfast in the morning was great too. Plenty of food to choose from along with a variety of drinks.

Our stay was horrible. Poorly lite, old carpet, mattress was old and lumpy, shower was very poorly cleaned, refrigerator barely ran- was tepid. Outside noise was an issue. Bottom cover of bed frame was ripped and hanging on floor. Ironing board was laying on floor in closet and was moldy.

Check in was easy, nice staff. Room was clean , beds were comfortable.
Only problem was if you come in late at night parking might be hard to find. We barely got into a spot bc a box truck took up 4 spots. Other than that its a nice place to stay for the night.

Property is easy on easy off the interstate, and is close to everything. The staff is super helpful and always available. We enjoy the morning breakfast which has been deliciously consistent over the past three years. This will continue to be our go to stay in Chattanooga! See you next February!

Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. Just a word about rooms for pets: While the room appeared clean, the carpet had pet odors from previous “guests.” I understand that accidents happen, but an appropriate enzymatic cleaner would help prevent future accidents.
