Gee! Das ist eines der Orte, die bei FIVE STAR bewertet werden und Sie werden herausfinden... sie verdienen es wirklich! Ich liebe diesen Ort! Das Front Desk-Personal stellt wirklich den Stimmung für jeden Aufenthalt, und diese Damen ERREICH warm Ihre Herzen mit echten Lächeln, humorvollen Witt, kompletter Professionalität und charmant & willkommene Persönlichkeiten! A1, 100% konnte nicht besser sein. Erste Klasse. Das Beste! Die Namen, die ich am meisten erinnern kann, sind Ariane & Jora, da sie wirklich exzellenz in diesem manchmal schwierigen Beruf üben. Die Zimmer sind sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Sie haben fast den ganzen Tag ein Frühstück serviert, plus ein wenig Menü. Gemütlich, erschwinglich und schnell. Wie sie sagen, ist es LAAMI KAAYO! Auch große frische Schleifen! Der Besitzer ist eine reine philippinische Gesellschaft, so keine seltsamen Auslandseinfluss. Ich mag das. Plus die haben eine Konferenz-/Badewanne, schönes Schwimmbad obwohl ich es nicht versucht habe, große Lobby, und ich denke 28 Gesamtzimmer. Das einzige, was ich hoffe.... Ist nach all diesen gut verdienten 5-STAR Bewertungen, bitte nicht Preise erhöhen! Ich werde hier immer wieder kommen. Ich liebe diesen Ort wirklich! Zuhause weg von zu Hause.

Haus zur Straße, laut! Nacht- und Morgenmotorräder, Hunde, Hühner! Darf nicht schalldicht sein! Türschlösser funktionieren nicht! Fangen Sie das neue Jahr ein. Das Spa in der Nähe konnte das nicht!

Unzureichend ausgestattet und schlecht gepflegt. Nicht einmal ein Tinöffner in der Küche, als wir ankamen, keine Tumbler, nur 3 Kekse, keine Teelöffel. Kochgeräte zwei Camp-Stil-Kisten und ein Fruchtpan mit einem losen Handtuch! Fliesen schmutzig, Bad schmutzig. Dünne Blätter über verfärbte und gedrehte Matratzen, kein Zeichen von Matratzenschutzern. gefährliche elektrische Socken mit exponiertem Draht. Der Pool wurde für 3 Tage grünlich besetzt, aber offensichtlich ignorieren sie akzeptable Standards und fehlen sowohl Aufsicht als auch Beratung.

We (1 x Australian male & 1 x Filipina) stayed for one week in a Family Apartment. We chose Villa Prescilla as we wanted to be able to self-cater and cook our own meals. The hotel is a short drive from both the airport (via taxi) and the centre of Dumaguete (trike). Getting transport via a trike is easy, plus the trikes here are much bigger than in Manila or Angeles and the prices were reasonable: but it does help if you have a Filipina with you to ensure you are not being taken advantage of (but I still gave tips to drivers). Location is away from the hustle & bustle of Dumaguete, but the road is still very busy and noise from traffic can be a bit of a problem, but main bedroom is at the rear of the building and we kept the doors shut. To avoid being awakened too early by neighbouring roosters or barking dogs, I recommend having the fan on for white noise. The hotel is a bit old and showing its age, but it is still clean, pleasant and had everything we needed, plus the caretaker/s were very helpful and friendly. My only gripe would be in relation to the Wi-Fi signal which at times was non-existent (welcome to the Philippines...lol). In the times we live, Wi-Fi has become a necessity and I was relying on being able to use my laptop, so it was of great importance to me to be able to access the internet when I wanted / needed. Fortunately, each time I really needed to access the internet the caretakers would come to the apartment and were able to get a signal for me through trial and error, plus a lot of persistence and sometimes calling upon the available IT guru (caretakers’ teenage son). My Filipina was very happy with the kitchen facilities and was able to whip up some great meals. Caretakers were also able to arrange a private car with driver for us (day trip to Bindoy) and a taxi for the journey to the airport for our departure.

Diesmal habe ich ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern gebucht, was sehr praktisch ist und man selbst kochen kann, aber dieses Mal habe ich es nicht eilig erlebt. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist nicht so gut wie alle sagten, aber es liegt über dem Gesamtniveau der Philippinen. Der Pool ist wunderschön und es gibt Rutschen zum Spielen. Nach dem Auschecken musste ich zum Pier, um mit dem Boot nach Tin Island zu fahren. Da wir 5 Personen und Gepäck hatten, baten wir die Rezeption, einen Wagen für uns zu rufen. Daher haben wir einen brandneuen Van organisiert, der uns kostenlos dorthin bringt. Das Gebäude ist sehr unverwechselbar, die Aufteilung ist sehr süß, ich fühle mich wie eine kleine Stadt in Europa, das nächste Mal muss ich meine Tochter mitnehmen, um noch ein paar Tage zu bleiben.

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

작은 수영장이 아기자기한 아담하고 재밌는 숙소에요 트별히 젊은이들은 너무 즐기기 조아요 요일마다 다른 파티가 열리고 투숙객들과 직원들이 함께 즐겁게 보내는 것이 아주 인상적이엇어요 워치는 시내에서 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그래서 좀 더 조용하지요 밤12시까지는 파티로 일찍자는사람들을 위해 귀마개를 주드라고요~~ 숙소가 청결해서 좋앟어요

Being new, the rooms are small, but neat and clean. They are very colourful, as you can see from the photos. There's a rooftop pool, possibly the smallest hotel pool ever, yet quite deep. Good for cooling off and for its views of the city. If there are sufficient guests, breakfast may be a buffet on the top floor, which is quite good. Otherwise, you only get to order a meal and one drink from the cafe next to reception. As is often the case in the Philippines, the choice is extremely limited in that case. It's hard to rate the hotel's value, when these are two vastly different situations. You can have 4 or 5 or more glasses of juice at the breakfast buffet, or only 1 if that's not operating. I'll be generous and rate it very good, but that assumes they supply the decent breakfast. If you get stuck with the cafe breakfast, I'd downgrade it to average.
