I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... This hotel exceed my expectation....above standard wow All staff will greet you with happy and heartily mabuhay!!!! Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... Super happy with the stay.....

OK so at first you might think this a back road but it has schools and colleges along it. The location is like 15 min walk from port and maybe 20 from boulevard and loads of great street food. Staff are not only helpful I'm sure the smiles they have were best I've seen Thought it's an older hotel it has kept its majestic quality. With staff all wearing the same from head to toe. Gave a feeling of quality with room angel that reset the room daily. Been in a few that don't do this. For me top marks

We originally planned to stay at another hotel but it was full so we decided to try Henia. Overall it’s been a good experience and I think this is probably the best option in Dumaguete, which for some reason has a very limited selection of hotels. The good: - The rooms are reasonably sized. They only had twin rooms when we booked. While they are basic, they are up to date, clean and reasonably roomy - The bathroom is decent quality, with expected amenities such as shampoo, toothbrush kits, etc. The shower is spacious. - The wall air conditioner works well - They bring the included breakfast to your room. You choose from a number of Filipino options each day. There is no western breakfast option. - Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and helpful - The elevator, which is a rarity in Dumaguete hotels, is decent sized and very smooth The not so good: - There is a lot of traffic noise - The water pressure is not great - The internet is not strong. It’s virtually impossible to even upload things - The key card is very touchy, so it takes a long time to get the door open Overall, given the other options, I would recommend this hotel

Wir haben hier über eine Woche geblieben. Das Hotel ist einfach, aber sehr sauber. Zimmer sind groß in Größe. WLAN ist stark. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und untergebracht. Es ist auch groß, da es in der Nähe von Restaurants und Gemüseherden ist. Groß für Geschäftsreisende oder Menschen, die einen schönen sicheren Ort suchen, um während der Besuch von Dumaguete zu bleiben. Erleichterung des öffentlichen Verkehrs, aber auch mit einem großen Parkplatz, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Fahrzeug haben.

Weil ich nach Dao Causs Tauch gehen möchte, habe ich keine Wahl, um in der Stadt Duma zu leben, am Meer von Dao Causs, sehr nahe dem Tauch-/ Tauchplatz, keine Luxusversion, die Hauptreise ist ein Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Zum ersten Mal in Duma, ist es eine ungewöhnliche Freude! Es ist sehr glücklich, den Bruder und Nana kennenzulernen, so dass es sehr gerne mit Ihnen zusammenzuhalten. Einrichtungen: Das Feriendorf ist gerade dekoriert, sauber und sauber, das Zimmer am Meer ausgewählt, die Augen öffnen ist das Gefühl, das Meer ist sehr schön. Hygiene: Ich persönlich würde mich um die Umgebung des Toilettes kümmern, was man sagen kann, sehr begeisternd. Dienst: Vorher sagten wir, dass es alle Chinesen gibt, die Chinesen sind, aber es ist sehr glücklich, dass wir mit Chengko und Nana zusammen sind. Keine Sprachbarrieren, keine Englischkenntnisse haben völlig Probleme. Chen Coach als hochrangiger Trainer kann man ins Haus dämpfen, und die Leute sind sehr nett Das ist es. Ich warte auf die nächste Ferien, bis wir das Bild fertig machen.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

We stayed only overnight at this unique beautiful botique hotel as we have to fly the following day to Manila . We were immediately greeted by a very special and charming lady by the name of February, very sweet and charming ! Welcome drink was really timely after 1 hour ride from Zambuanquita where we had our hotel for the Apo island diving the night before. What makes this hotel special is how friendly and accommodating the staff were, not to mention the Philippine hut style “igloo” & beautiful interior design.The role model for how to “treat” a guest is the GM & Operations Manager, Marlon Navarro. I am a Filipino expat who had lived over 40 years in Europe and just on a diving & golf safari with my buddy but I have never seen an “over the top” hospitality from a hotel manager. Marlon answered all our enquiries including where to have a nice dinner, bar to hang out, sightseeing and spa. For spa, don’t miss the hotel spa especially with Jess - one of my best massages in the Philippines. Also, as Marlon noticed that I have an Austrian guest who is a little bit inquisitive about the area, brought us even by himself to the Boulevard as my friend is quite tall for a “tuktuk” (our local Tricicle). I wish UNWND all the success in the world and without a doubt, with Marlon under it’s helm, it will be the top hotel in Dumaguete in due time. Thank you so much for this “unusual “ experience! Es ist in der Stadtzentrum in der Nähe von Macdonald's, Jollibee und Lee Plaza und anderen, es ist ok, wir blieben, weil wir einen frühen Flug hatten, es gibt einen Aufzug auf die Etage Ihres Zimmers.
