The room was clean and the mattress was good quality. The AC didn’t work although the issue was reported to reception a few times. We were told the problem had been sorted. Water pressure kept cutting off so couldn’t have a shower.

Enjoyed staying, very friendly staff and very helpfully, always at hand if you need things, wouldn’t fault them any other way, highly recommend staying here, even if it’s just for one night, enjoyable experience and very very friendly xxxx

Gill and her great team helped accommodate me and 19 of my friends when we all arrived 3 hours early for our check in time and got us a few rooms so all tge girls could get ready for the races, all the rooms were clean and spot on and the staff from the cleaners to the staff behind the bar for breakfast were polite and cheerful which waking up very hungover was lovely. Great team and can't thank then enough, apologies if any of the rooms were quite messy it was a very long day of drinking

Nice friendly staff, very comfortable bed, great sleep. Clean, tidy and perfect for our visit. Had to move dates which the staff were very helpful with due to change of circumstances to our visit.

Lovely large, very clean & comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful. Location is good. Shame the overnight parking isn't a bit closer but no problem. Special mention to the ladies on reception who made us very welcome 👏👏 Would we stay here again? Absolutely.

We arrived last minute due to being let down by a city apar**ent last minute. The lovely ladies on reception could tell we were having a rough time so offered a free complimentary breakfast! There was a knock at the door and they brought a bottle of wine to our room. This experience turned a written off day in to brilliant evening! Thanks

I was rather surprised to find a dollop of faeces on the toilet seat. I scrubbed this off myself and reported the issue via the online feedback form. I even provided photographic evidence. I was refused a refund. Worst hotel experience of my life.
