Wir wussten, dass wir zu spät ins Auto kommen würden, wenn wir in den Verkehr gefangen gehalten werden, so dass sie es wissen lassen, und sie sagten, sie hofften, dass wir ok waren und uns eine sichere Reise wünschten - so nett! Die Bar schloss sich, als wir ankamen, aber wir konnten noch einen Drink bekommen, bevor wir in die Zimmer gingen. Sie waren in einem getrennten Gebäude zum pub. Obwohl der Shop über die Straße eine Alarm-Ausfahrt hatte, konnte man nichts von den Zimmern hören! Sehr schöne Touchs mit Glass, sowie Muffins, Teekaffee und Kuchen, wirklich beeindruckt für ein Budget Hotel... und es war geräumig, sauber, komfortable mit Air Con, die funktionierte. Schlüsselkarte in das Gebäude und Sicherheit an den Haupttüren auch half, Dinge für uns zwei Damen fühlen sich sicher! Wir essen auch am nächsten Abend im pub, das super schnell, wirklich heiß und schmeckt sowie vernünftig. Insgesamt war ich nie so glücklich mit dem Wert für Geld in einem Budget Hotel in einer guten Entfernung von Einrichtungen und einem kurzen Fahrt vom Rennen, wirklich gekühlt - danke! :)

Das Hotel selbst ist nicht schrecklich. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich hatte ein Standardzimmer, modernes Badezimmer, sah schön aus, aber Dusche und Badezimmer-Tapeten leckten jedes Mal, wenn das Zimmer oben mit ihrem Badezimmer/Dusche verwendete. So offensichtlich ästhetik über anständiges Bleichen auf den Badezimmern! Die Schließung auf der Schlafzimmertür war bestens fragwürdig, es war offensichtlich, dass die Tür zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt gezwungen und gebrochene Schließungen ersetzt worden! Ich füllte mich nicht mit Vertrauen. Das Frühstück war OK (vermuten Sie nicht einmal eine Wahl, wie Sie Ihre Eier will, es geschraubt oder nichts!) aber gekocht, um zu bestellen, was ein Bonus ist. Das Schlimmste über dieses Hotel ist es in einer sehr tiefen Stadt und einige ihrer Bewohner, die ich annehmen, hier leben durch Nothauspläne, dies, keine Achtung für jemand anderes, schreien und schreien in den Hallen in den frühen Stunden. Ich hoffe, der Obdachlose, der auf den Stufen des nächsten Türgebäudes draußen sitzt, hätte zumindest mehr Respekt gehabt, wenn ihm je ein Zimmer angeboten worden wäre! Ich würde nicht zurückkehren, ich würde lieber 30 Meilen von der Stadt und kommutieren als irgendwo in der Nähe des Zentrums von Doncaster wieder bleiben! Es fühlte sich sehr unsicher sowohl im Hotel als auch außerhalb. Schrecklicher Ort! Entschuldigen Sie das Hotel, denken Sie, sie kämpfen einen verlorenen Kampf. Sein eines der schlimmsten Mercure, die ich in geblieben habe, es ist grimmig, steinigt auf Gürteln, Teppiche, die Sie nicht wollen, Ihre Fett auf etc, aber die FOH scheint ihr Bestes zu tun, aber auch wenn hier als Ort zu schlafen, wenn weg für den Geschäftsverkehr, es ist kein Ort, wo Sie sich entspannen können!

We booked our evening wedding reception here in October and couldn't have been more impressed with the venue and the staff. Although we didn't actually book as a wedding package (we booked the VIP party package) the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. My wife stayed the night before and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant too. Despite the function room being booked the night before, meaning we weren't able to set everything up until the morning, the staff actually took over and decorated everything for us so we didn't have to worry on our wedding day. It looked amazing, even better than we could have imagined, and everyone loved the hot buffet food. Even though there was about 120 guests there was never much of a queue at the bar due to the excellent bar staff, and so many people commented on how great a night it was. There was one lady in particular who was very helpful to my partner and helped organise the day and sorted everything the morning after too. Unfortunately my partner is rubbish with names so I'm sorry I don't know it, but it was the blonde lady who works on reception. Thank you so much you were fantastic! If you're in Doncaster and looking for somewhere local to hold your evening reception, or even just a party, I would highly recommend! The suite we stayed in was brilliant and very spacious too.

WE HAD A FRIDGE The toilet sit had some soap smudge on it and initially thought is something else but if foamed when tried to clean it (I always have sanitizer with me as is only human to miss a spot and do a mistake. Didn't kill me cleaning that myself. Housekeeping job ain't easy. Bless you all. Just keep a better eye to avoid Karen type❤️) The receptionists were all friendly and happy to assist me with both check in and check out. We absolutely loved our room and the view was magnificent. The dawn was heavenly seen from our window❤️ What I loved the most was the fact that in the room we had a FRIDGE. Many hotels don't have that anymore and imagine having a room without a fridge with this heatwave going on 🥵 I will attach a photo with our beautiful view🤩 This hotel will be my top choice whenever I'll need a room around the area. Clean room, clean hallway, clean reception area. Please keep an eye for the accessible rooms. Read all description and detail before booking as they have special rooms for people with a health condition and the room will have some things at a low level to the ground. Will be your fault for not choosing the right room not the hotel's as you need to read description always. Don't take it out to the staff for your own mistake😊 Seen a lot complaining about that, as I've seen also about the rooms accessible and didn't understand the term initially, until I went through the details. After reading the details I knew exactly what room I need to book and what would not be convenient for me🙌 Bless you all and hope this review will be of help to some of you at least 😊

Stayed for my 30th birthday and arrived to a very clean, decorated with banners room and a little gift and card waiting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a few gem finds around the hotel too. I'd definitely stay here again, I read some of the bad reviews on here before I stayed, I was a little worried but honestly, so glad I didn't listen because I had one of the best hotel experiences here.
