Grand View Hotel

Best hotel in Dalhousie, great hospitality and awesome services. Staff is really polite, they are customer centric, I have been to very hotels but this one is the best. They have lovely garden, also entertainment activities are organised. Rooms are neat and clean. Tasty breakfast and dinner. Food was very delicious. Also the owner makes sure you're not facing any issues during your stay. Everything is really good, if anyone visit Dalhousie,they can book this hotel without any second thought. Amazing and wonderful experience ❤️

Lovely hotel with magnificent views. Staff super friendly, caring and special mention to Kuldeepji who drove the golf cart ferrying us, Nadeem for the excellent massage and all the staff including reception. Ideally located for exploring the town and enjoyed the food too!

Had a fantastic stay at the Grand view hotel. We had booked superior rooms with balcony. The views were amazing and rooms were big and spacious. The room heater was so good that, you don't even feel like it was winter when you are in the room. Breakfast and dinner were also too good. They have lot of options in food. They have a karaoke event every day during dinner which is a bonus. The owner(Mr. Chadda) and the resturannt ***ager (Mr. Rana) would talk/attend to each and every customer everyday which feels really good as they were genuinely looking for feedback about there hotel. Overall a great option to go for if you are visiting Dalhousie

Excellent property with very cordial and homely atmosphere. Staff are co operative and good service. Very clean and higenic rooms. Prime location , can see spell bound view of hills and natural beauty from hotel gallery. Good food Highly recommended Gran View hotel for stay

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Spacious and clean room, beautiful view, tasty food and great hospitality. Live singing perfor***ce during dinner. They had Bonfire, indoor games, housie games etc. Can't ask more. Enjoyed everything.

We were 6 friends who reached on a day when it started snowing. Reaching the hotel took time as we then needed to organise local transport to take us till the property. Hotel check in was a breeze and all requests were looked into and provided. Most amazing staff who was always there to help! Housie and music night organised by the hotel was like an icing on the cake ! Food was absolutely delicious and we could not stop eating. We spent 2 wonderful days at the hotel and have returned with our hearts full of joy. Can’t wait to visit again with family.

Hospitality was exceptional !! My both kids felt like Home, the Hotel staff was very courteous. The meals, rooms and overall ambience was top grade. The view from the room of the valley n mountains was very eye soothing. Will surely comeback when there will be Snow

Me and my wife stayed at the Royal Suite and had a lovely experience. It was really spacious and an absolutely mesmerising view of the mountains both from the hall and the room. I must add, the room looks much better in real than how I remember seeing the photos! The hotel is centrally heated/cooled so it was really nice and cozy even on our visit in the winters. Bathroom is generous and ours had a jacuzzi, which we thoroughly enjoyed !! Although, just a note that water gets spilled outside the shower booth when taking a shower. But every time it happened, we just called the room service and it was promptly taken care of. Which brings me to the next point. Staff. I haven’t come across a more courteous staff in my experience and each and everyone one, from the caddy chauffeur, to the room service, to the restaurant staff, every one would always greet you with a big smile. The restaurant ***ager and the owner walk up to each guest and speak to them every day which was quite a gesture! There’s live karaoke every night at the dinner buffet with old Hindi songs..so a touch of nostalgia there. The food is great too ! They alternated between bonfire and Tambola on rooftop, we didn’t participate as it wasn’t our jam. A side note, the music for these events are quite loud, so expect a little disturbance from 7:30-9’ish pm if you are staying on the floor below(where we were). We weren’t fully satisfied with the spa experience for various reasons which we communicated to the ***agement. The feedback was well received and we were assured that it would be worked upon and improved. Overall, we had a really pleasant experience and would love to come back here!
