Die Unterkunft lag in der Nähe von Annehmlichkeiten und nur 15 bis 20 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Alles war sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft und das Gebäude waren sehr sauber und der Pool war herrlich. Der Pool war am Nachmittag tendenziell viel wärmer.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab gutes WLAN. In der Nähe von Strandlokalen und Cafés.

The hotel is overpriced and needs attention to details. The rooms although spacious are dated and in need of repair and cleaning . We stayed in a poolside room and had a cockroach infestation ! This required the room to be fumigated . Overall not a ‘superior’ apar**ent which it was sold as to us . Complaint has been entered into .

Good holiday complete spoiled at the last minute by very rude woman at reception trying to change me 60e for late check out and another 10e safe key deposit i had paid both but she didn’t believe me and said I had to pay again would not listen to me i will never go back here again and can’t recommend as made to feel like a crock still waiting for apology

We had a lovely apar**ent,with wonderful views,the downside was the location which was on situated on a steep hill which was ok going down but very hard going up and with me having mobility problems I found it difficult,so I had to hire a mobility scooter.

Well first of all we booked a one bedroom apar**ent and got a studio. The room was nice but way to warm and no air conditioning which is definitely needed. A fan was supplied but it didn't really blow much air so I assumed it was a really cheap one. The heat was unbearable and its only April. On arrival the room was kind of clean but I could tell it was a quick job and I would of rathered a deep clean. The floors were soaking wet and the smell of bleach was so strong. The bed was definitely a small double which wasnt great as my partner is 6ft 3. There were cats using our balcony as a toilet so we couldn't sit out on it. The pool area was nice but the pool bar didn't serve food so we only spend 1 day by the pool. The staff on reception were really friendly and the watsapp to contact them was so handy. The location was great. Walking distance to Siam Park,Playa de Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Unfortunately we wouldnt stay at Malibu Park again based on all of the above.

Stayed for a week in April 2024. This is a quiet Aparthotel complex, and is up a hill. The pool area is very clean, and the pool is heated. There is a well positioned pool bar, but no entertainment programme. It made a fantastic base for our trip, and is within walking distance of the port, Siam park and the beach. Comfy beds, clean, great location, well equipped kitchen. Under the complex there are a few shops and bars, and a supermarket where you can get most things. There is a very good restaurant nearly called La molina blanca, as well as a decent pizzeria and other food options. We had a lovely balcony, and the staff could not do enough for you. I would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had a large fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob and fill sized oven. An iron is provided and there are hairdryers. The shower cubicle is very small, but the shower was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water.
