Yac Paris Clichy, A Member of Radisson Individuals

Absolutely wonderful. PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning. CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem. Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

Good hotel, quiet and cozy. Really love Mahdi and Raouf at the reception, they were funny and helped me with everything, thanks . A lot of kind jokes that made a friendly atmosphere. Wasn't sneakers, it was uncomfortable for me (bathrobes weren't also). The second minus was breakfast, good stuff, and place, but what about food? I liked only the bread station. The cut fruits were ugly and weren't even porridge, so for me, it made stay worse. The housekeeping work was very well.

Just try it - trust me you'll like it !! Fyi - set back off main road in a type of courtyard so deceptive when you pull up in cab abd you are wondering where is this hotel- then you see courtyard and instantly you start to see and experience the charm. Reception staff will go out of their way to help you make it a great trip - busy but make time for guests If you like a good value hotel, in a nice safe area you could do worse then to book this hotel.

I had a terrible experience in this hotel. Firstly very unfriendly staff and unprofessional. Secondly, we were simply tortured by the clearing service. A couple mornings they woke us up and every half an hour they came and knocked on the room and literally demanded that the room be vacated for cleaning. When I went down to the reception to complain about them, I was invited from the boss who apologized with a disgruntled face. Cleaning service is terrible, they do not understand a word of English and it seems that they are in a hurry to clean all the rooms in the morning and leave quickly. We also had an issue with the shower in the room as it was leaking all over the floor, the door wasn’t closing properly. The hotel has few employees and they combine different tasks. Receptionist and bartender are the same person. On Sunday they do not work and there are almost no employees in the hotel. The reception office made the worst impression: their workplace is messy, the check out was different every time, the invoice is different every time. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Noisy at night. On the last night, we hardly slept because the fire alarm went off twice and we had to go outside literally in our pajamas.

Overall our stay was good - the hotel was brand new and the lobby was spacious. However, some of the staff in the night shifts were not the most welcoming, the toilet paper and tissue box were not replaced in our room, the floor of the wellness area (pool) was at times dirty and there were no clean towels replaced. There are a number of different means of transport which are convenient to get you directly to Paris du Nord and Arc de Triomphe by bus.

Nice hotel, very modern and nicely decorated. Our room was compact but perfectly large enough, the walk in shower was nice and it was very quiet. We also had a large balcony, facing in, which was pleasant to sit out on, given we had fabulous weather, with a glass of wine.The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a metro station a few minutes away which makes getting into the centre (about half an hour) very easy. We would certainly stay again.

I had a great weekend stay at yak hotel good location not far from the city ,great facilities nice room very cozy , friendly staff i would definitely bool again when i visit paris once again . Thank you 4 the service .
