Currently sitting in my room at almost midnight, unable to sleep because the neighbors are playing music and singing incredibly loud. They've been in and out, in and out, in and out all night. I should have seen this coming as they were working on a car in the parking lot for hours drinking cases of beer and listening to music loudly all day. No help from the front desk...and on top of that the phone in the room doesn't work.
Finally had to go to the front desk to discuss the loud neighbors and the non- working phone. They seemed to be aware of the issue and offered to contact the neighbors to ask them to quiet down. I advised that would be great but it didn't fix the fact our phone was not working in the room. They eventually agreed to move us to a new room. So i walk down to check it out but it was a room with a single bed, which wouldn't work for my family of 4. I stood in the cold while they ran back to the front desk to look for another room with a double bed. They found a room 6 doors down from the current room. I got the key card and began to pack my family up to move to the new room...but the key card didn'twork. So there we are standing outside in the cold, in our PJs holding suitcases, coolers, snacks and left over dinner boxes while the front desk guy is telling the neighbors to quiet down. The neighbors come out, give me a bitter look and stare at my wife in a rather unsettling way. At that point I was so frustrated I loaded up the car and
