房間乾淨，採光明瞭，花園式酒店，有游泳池和健身房，但是健身房設備比較少，如果離游泳池比較近可能會比較吵，綜合來看入住體驗還是比較不錯的，前台服務也比較熱情。

My reception was not good, Hotel is very expensive, it does not has coffee service at rooms, breakfast not included and very expensive for the food offered.
I won’t return ever.

They charged additional fees for additional people in my room, but didn't provide enough towels. We had 2 beds, and one of the bed sheets were dirty. The air conditioner was super noisy, and seemed not to function properly. Property seems really old, dirty, outdated and parking is a bit limited. There is a guard gate, but no guard on watch. There is no complimentary breakfast and does not offer in room coffee like most hotels offer. I needed to extend my stay one more night, but Orbitz could not accommodate. I went to the front desk and the additional night rate was way more than my night per stay. Will look to stay somewhere else on my next stay.

We have been staying in Casa Grande in our way to my parents house and our stay is always pleasant. The people is very friendly. It has a restaurant and the food is amazing.

Most disappointing was staff, not friendly at all. It seemed as everyone hated their job. The worst was in dining area. The supposed free breakfast was just a small ant and doesn’t include buffet so we paid anyway. They just seemed to be so cheap on everything. Not one extra towel, had to ask for iron and then seem upset when they have to bring to you. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Will never stay again and maybe they should update a bit!
