A fabulous stay at Saddler with our sympathetic host Milly. An excellent price-quality-confort. Milly is an inexhaustible source of advise for all South Down area and even further. Tasty breakfast, lovely design, friendly experience and a beautiful garden.

We stayed for 2 nights at Saddlers. Proprietor Milly is an absolute gem. Nothing too much trouble. The rooms are lovely. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Breakfast was fabulous. All freshly made with local ingredients (some from the garden) and even the yogurt was homemade! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Saddlers to anyone.

We stayed one night to attend a wedding locally and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Milly was very welcoming and attentive (without being intrusive). Our dual-aspect room was cosy and well-appointed with a very comfortable bed and wonderfully soft, fluffy pillows. There was some traffic noise from the road but this subsided during the night and didn't affect a good night's sleep. We also had sole use of the snug during our stay and the log fire on a rainy afternoon was much appreciated. Tea, coffee and fresh milk were provided in our room and the snug and homemade madelines were a lovely touch. Breakfast was beautifully cooked to order and well presented with freshly made smoothies, coffee and a selection of breads, jams and preserves. Thank you Milly for making our short stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

The perfect stay-Millie is the best host and her house is beautiful. Wonderful teaser in the room, fluffy white bath towels, a gorgeous fresh breakfast, a comfy bed and soft bedsheets, absolutely spotlessly clean. Millie has carefully considered every single detail of your stay in advance. She goes above and beyond to be the best host- ensuring that she has understood all dietary preferences and the time that you want to have breakfast. We have stayed in many upmarket B&B. Without a doubt this one is the very best. Beautiful House, lovely Bed, Fantastic Breakfast. Everything is real Quality. But the Best thing is Milly who runs it all on her own. She is a lovely bubbly lady. Born to be Mein Hoste. Nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are immaculate & Superbly Dressed. Excellent pub with good food 1 minute away. Milly even got us 10% discount on the food & drink. Do yourself a Favour & Book it. You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived we were given a warm welcome. The attention to detail that Milly provides is awesome. The log fire lit in the snug, freshly baked biscuits, lovely airy room. The breakfast is just delicious and very filling. Again, little details like the fresh butter, jams and marmalades with toast. Also, I’m lactose intolerant so soy milk on hand for me. This is a stay you won’t forget as it’s luxurious and a very relaxing atmosphere.

What can I say! we attended the Goodwood revival and from booking our overnight stay at Saddlers Milly was brilliant at keeping in touch with us and coming back to me with any queries I had. We arrived just after 7.30pm to check in and Milly was very welcoming and made us feel right at home! Even giving us a lift to the local pub so we could have some food and drinks! Breakfast was amazing, all freshly cooked and served to us - nothing was too much for Milly and she ensured our needs where met continually throughout our stay. Rooms are very clean, tidy and comfortable. Loved the air con unit - especially due to the hot weather we have had. I can't recommend Saddlers enough! Thank you Milly for a wonderful trip!

Saddlers B&B great location for Goodwood and Chichester. Easy to park, lovely house, friendly people, appetising breakfast The House seems to newly decorated had a good nights sleep, would book again

We had a lovely relaxing break at Saddlers, Milly is a great host, breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice freshly cooked and made. Chichester is a lovely place so much to see and do so will be back for another visit to Saddlers.
