Liz was away on holiday during our visit, but we were so well looked after by Sue, who is an absolute diamond. She made us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. Each morning, Sue served up the most delicious breakfast — easily one of the highlights of our stay! The house itself is immaculate, and having private bathrooms is always a huge plus. Everything about our stay was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. We’d happily return in a heartbeat. Thanks Again Sue x"

About an hour later I receive an email saying my booking has been cancelled due to maintenance on the property. When I go back onto ******* they are now charging £915 for the exact same room. Avoid at all costs!"

"Our host asked us to please remove our shoes in the hallway. We were happy to oblige, as they provide basic slippers to wear indoors. This policy helps them keep the house spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Shower was excellent. You can eat as much cereal and toast as you like in addition to a lovely cooked breakfast. The house is well situated for walking into Chichester or to Fishbourne Romsn Palace, but also handy for Portsmouth, Petworth, Arundel, the beautiful Chichester Channel and the coast. The town has plenty of nice restaurants and every village seems to boast a pub which does good food. My only gripe is that the wash basin is rather too small."
