This hotel/resort is furnished beautifully and backed up with great service. From our easy airport pick up through to our fast check out, our stay has been lovely. Auf met us at breakfast most mornings and ensured that my coffee order was ready before I’d even thought about it. I’m allergic to gluten/wheat and Auf and the kitchen team ensured that my dietary restrictions were adhered to and that I wasn’t sick from cross contamination. The team had a couple of GF options each morning and helped guide me through them. I’m very grateful for this as it allowed me to eat safely without having to rely on the GF snacks if brought with us (just in case). This same level of service was extended at lunch and through to happy hour at Bubbles restaurant. I’m happy to report that gluten and I did not meet whilst dining at the resort (if you’re gluten free/celiac/allergic this resort carers really well for Thailand standards).
